I have been using Gayle's Auto for YEARS! This is truly a one-stop shop! Chris and crew are great to work with. Fair, honest business with top-notch service! I wouldn't trust my vehicle with any other auto body repair business! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Our vehicle was repaired by Gayle s, and it was a most disappointing experience. Our repair estimate was done by the shop to include the number of labor hours which was 8. The vehicle suffered minor damage (no structural or body repairs, no paint needed). I was told the repair could take as long as a week. I scheduled our repair a month in advance only to be delayed by another two weeks. After dropping off the vehicle, communication ceased (emails and phone calls). After a week in the shop, I called to get a status update it was difficult to get anyone on the phone and when I did get someone on the phone I was told twice they did not have the answers because someone else at the shop had the answers and they were not in the office. One and half weeks into the repair, additional parts had to be ordered. Finally, a day shy of two weeks in the shop, I received the phone call the vehicle was ready for pickup. I confirmed with the shop that we were responsible for paying the deductible at time of pick up (there was no mention the shop had not received the insurance check). I left work early to pick up the vehicle only to arrive at the shop to be informed they had not received the insurance check. Had the shop informed me of that when they called, I would have brought the check with me to pick up. I had to take time off from work AGAIN to arrange a pickup the next morning. At the time of our second pick up, I provided feedback to the woman in the office, It would have been nice to know about the check beforehand and her response --- she laughed.My experience in the beginning was a good experience. The office seemed on top of scheduling and was friendly. Once the vehicle was in their possession, communicating with the shop became difficult, and the repair was torturously slow. I can t imagine how long a more involved repair would have taken. I like to support small local businesses, but this experience was not a good one at all and unfortunately, will not recommend this shop to others.

Amazing!!! Understands the needs of customers and wants to help, not just out to make a fast buck. I can't say enough about this business, dealing with my insurance Co. was such a hassle but customer service towards me did not reflect. Will recommend to anyone.

These guys were great. After my accident I had my car towed to Gayle's Auto. This was the week of Christmas and they were already busy, but they got to it quickly and did a good job. I definitely recommend them and will be back the next time I have an issue.

I had a bumper painted by Gayle's - it is perfect. It matches the exact color of the rest of the car from every angle. Super friendly folks, and excellent work
