Vern's plumbing did a major residential plumbing job for us retrofitting a whole house plumbing system for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath dwelling into an unfinished building. It was a complex job and Vern and his crew (led by Butch) worked with us to get it done just right. We are thrilled with the job and certainly recommend them. The attached pictures show a selection of rough-in and completed pictures of the plumbing work that Vern's Plumbing did. They also added a whole house water filter system and ultraviolet water system.

Nathan was efficient, courteous, and most importantly, highly skilled. He made quick work of a simple job and I am certain we will use him again. Not to mention tell our friends of the fine service Vern s plumbing offers, from the call center to the technician. AAA company!

We had a leak in one of our copper pipes and called Vern s plumbing. They got back to us immediately and scheduled an appointment. Nathan came by and diagnosed the problem and was able to immediately fix it. He was outstanding in his knowledge and service. Given their awesome service, we will surely contact them if we ever have any other issues.Thank you Nathan and the Vern s plumbing team.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. We contacted Vern's. They were so helpful, responsive, and responsible. Nathan came out. He was so pleasant, polite, professional, helpful, explained everything and fixed everything. Highly recommend Vern's, as well as Nathan. Thank you!

Nathan was great! He politely donned shoe covers as he walked into the house and quickly diagnosed the problem. The cost for the repair was very reasonable, what a pleasant surprise. Will definitely call Vern s Plumbing for any future needs and ask for Nathan.

I have had many, many experiences with Vern's Plumbing over the years and have only good things to share! Every single person on this team has been amazing. Our location has a variety of plumbing issues and Vern's has been our hero. They always make time for us, their prices are more than fair, their work is always complete when they leave, assessments and solutions are accurate, they involve you in the entire process showing you all their work and their client service from the minute you call them until the invoice is finalized is outstanding! These are the friendliest, kindest and most professional plumbing team I have ever worked with. Big shout out today for CHRISTIAN who not only promptly fixed our sink but had a smile on his face the entire time. Great work ethic Christian, thank you! The service man Christian was knowledgeable about the water leak issue. He throughly explained the problem and the required repair including all costs. After my authorization he repaired it without any difficulty. He also performed other water pressure testing while here as a courtesy and informed me of issues that need attention. I plan to request him for future plumbing needs for my home and recommend him and Vern's plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem

Vern s provided a great price on the purchase and installation of my gas water heater. Quick response for installation and less than a day install. Carlos did a clean, neat job of installing the water heater and associated plumbing. Both Carlos and Tyler were easy to approach and talk to, answering my questions about how the heating system works. I will recommend Vern s to my neighbors if they require plumbing services. Thanks. I am entirely pleased with Vern's Plumbing. Nathan was an outstanding representative of what is clearly an outstanding company. The work was done quickly, it was performed well, and the price point was fair. I was guided by the good reviews that I found online, and my experience with Vern's Plumbing was so good that I wish to add my own review to the litany of happy clients who have done so already. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend Vern's Plumbing!!!

The technican was more than on time. In fact his manager sent me a text and asked if he could come early as he finished his previous dispatch early. I said he could. Christian was very knowledgeable, lots of experience, and customer oriented! If I need their service again I will ask for Christian by name!

Wanted a new sewer line run. Vern's wanted to charge $650 for camera scope on existing line. Did not need a camera scope as already had one done. I already knew the problem... abandon existing sewer line and run a.new line. Fern's kept pushing for the camera scope. Did not want to waste $650 to discover something I already knew. But Vern's kept pushing for the $650. Felt like it was a hard sell for the camera scope. Needless to say they did not get the job.

We contacted this plumber from our church bulletin as we thought they would be a reputable, honest company. We needed an exterior faucet replaced and their estimate was over $600. I asked what the hourly rate was and he said $400 but due to the need to access from the interior wall, they would need to quote a higher rate. He (also an assistant) spent a great deal of time explaining the work and seemed pleasant and knowledgeable. I returned to work doing laundry and chores on the 3rd floor. I could feel the vibration against the wall as they were cutting the pipe. I returned to the basement to see how things were going and offered everyone a drink. I went to deliver something to my neighbor and received a call from their office. When I returned they explained there was a leak in the pipe and water was coming down from the ceiling. They said it was not their fault and that the leak was probably already there. I said there was no leak as water marks would have appeared at the recessed light and that their repairs caused the leak from all the cutting and vibrations. They said a leak should not occur due to our work. They offered to find the leak and make the repairs at my cost. I asked to speak to the owner. After considerable time, I spoke to their scheduler, who said she was a co-owner. I asked for them to take responsibility and to submit through their insurance for the repairs needed. They refused to accept responsibility and directed their technicians to pack up and leave. The technicians removed the spigot they just installed and left a huge hole in the ceiling and exterior wall (see attached photos). They did not charge for any service but I'm left in a worse condition than when they arrived. Although I typically support small businesses and use them regularly, I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this company nor use them in the future.Service: Plumbing leak detection

Liam & Tyler did a nice job replacing a 30-year single piece low-profile toilet with a new American Standard Champion elongated comfort height toilet. They came immediately when I lost water. The service provided was professional, friendly, and efficient. They worked very hard to track down the issue and fix it. I am more then pleased with this company.This friendly service started with the office staff and extended all the way through the work.
