I was truly happy that these guys were able to make me a set of U-bolts same day. Nobody carries the length I needed and they bent them up for me instantly. Jon Mayer was the man helping me and I can only say good things. He even gave me a tour of the shop and showed me how they make them. Awesome place, awsome people, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

I had my RV Travel Trailer inspected last year at RCS and it was so good I called to set up an appointment this year too. Jon was very professional on the phone and set me up for a 8AM Friday inspection.I arrived early and went into the office and was greeted by the General Manager who asked me if I had been helped. I told him I was scheduled for an RV Inspection and he let me know that one of the guys at the counter would take care of me. I provided my keys and they were given to the inspector who went out and took my truck and RV to the inspection bay.The GM asked if I wanted water or coffee and I was invited to wait in the lobby or I could go down to the Drivers Lounge. I was good where I was, and the inspection was done in like 30 minutes and the inspector pulled my truck and RV to the lobby door while Jon took my payment. He even asked if I had a RCS keychain and put it on my truck fob. Super clean facility with great personnel that are just plain courteous. I won t take my trailer anywhere else.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Irvin was able to get me in for a much needed oil change at the last minute! No upselling or pushing for products/services that weren t needed. Highly recommend!

My go to place for all of my vehicles, I know the work will be done right and they get me back on the road in no time. Staff is very knowledgeable, Jon and Sharon have great customer service and are always helpful.

We broke down with our RV down the road. We found this garage to be the nearest and by chance he could check our RV the day after the incident. The team is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice driver room to wait in during the reparation. Thanks Jon and Chris

Absolutely the best auto experience I ve ever had. Chris met us in the parking lot (in the rain) to begin our onboarding. He started by taking pictures of relevant equipment and had us in and out with two trailer inspections in under an hour. Jeff, the inspector, was very competent and thorough. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail! Due to the rain he warmed up the frame with a mini torch so as to add in sticker adhesion. This is definitely not a slap a sticker on it and send it down the road kinda place. The atmosphere and professionalism where top notch. Everyone to a person went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Shout out to Ryan and John! I would strongly recommend this business for your next auto or heavy haul truck repair. They seem to do it all..... and do it well!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

We had a major breakdown on our 32 ft motorhome while we were day's away from home and pretty desperate. Jon and his crew were amazing. They took every opportunity to make sure we knew what was going on and the invoice at the end was much less than what we could have hoped for.

I stopped at RCS by way of a tire blowout! The staff was very helpful and super nice! Chic fil a nice!!!! The staff was knowledgeable and gave me options to save money. The also gave me information of other services they provided that would assist me later. They mad a bad situation better, and made my visit comfortable. I like the light hearted atmosphere. Went in for a state inspection. The staff upfront was super kind and helpful. His customer service was exceptional. Inspector completed inspection in timely manner. We've had nothing but great experiences at RCS. They inspect and maintain all of our cars (4 of them) as well as our motorhome, and always have been taken care of fairly here. This was unfortunately not the case with some other shops I've used in Virginia. Their technicians do a great job diagnosing and analyzing problems that currently exist, as well as pointing out things that will need attention in the future. This really helps us get ahead of the repairs and plan for them, instead of being blindsided every time we go for inspections (had that in the past). I found this place when I was traveling through the area and was in a jam and needed work done. They were very helpful and able to start working on my truck right away and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was great and definitely customer service oriented. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of repairs or needs work done.

They are great. Got my car inspected front-end alignment and 2 tires installed. John my service advisor let me know of safety concerns and did not try to push a sale just wanted to give me the information and let me decide the best course to take with no pressure. I will be using RCS for my car services from now on.

What a fantastic experience!!! This company has it down when it comes to customer service! Took our company truck here for repairs and was so impressed with the service we received, I took my personal vehicle for repairs that same week. I stopped in there yesterday with a broken alternator belt and bad water pump idler pulley. I was very impressed with Danny and his crew. They located the parts locally and worked me right in and treated me very good. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

About a week ago I was looking for a place to get my car inspected........this and one other place popped up (the other one didn't do inspections) lolI called them up and right from the start the gentleman on the phone was sweet and professional (I can't remember his name......he told me but that information flies right out of my head after I am told ) he told me it is first come first serve (like all places are) but he also let me know that they would have morning meeting so they would need a little time. I came in and my car was taken almost immediately,I was offered a bottle of water and had a place to sit and relax while I waited.I felt very welcomed and had a couple of different conversations going with another person there for repairs and a gentleman that worked there. I ended up needing a rear tire to pass.They did not try and pressure me into buying a tire from them and did not make me feel like an inconvenience when I asked questions!I went and got a tire and came back and not even 5 minutes later my car was being inspected again. All in all It was an enjoyable experience for someone like me who does not really enjoy human interaction! Thank you!

These guys were great, from the initial contact until the end. They inspected a vehicle pre-purchase and were honest in their findings. The time has come quickly for new tires on my ride. This place took great care of other family members and so I found myself in need of there services also. 4 tires and an alinement. Tires went on and the alignment was very critical. The service writer came out to explain that he personally has never seen this before, how everything was going to need adjustment. Front end and rear end. How some parts could be adjusted and in some of the parts that can t be adjusted they simply need to be replaced! That got me all excited that my almost new vehicle that has never left the blacktop was completely worn out. And I m totally engaged in conversation with this person and I ask, do you have confidence in this tech and has been properly trained on this alignment machine? He reassures me that his tech was the guy they sent to the factory for training of this highly sophisticated technology. Hearing this I felt a little bit better as I m still trying to figure out how things are so out of adjustment. Then I start to notice the vehicle data at the top of the page. I asked him if this was for my vehicle and he reassured me that it was. I pointed out that that was indeed not my vehicle. It was for one of my family members vehicles and he said that was the vehicle that came up when they entered my vin number. Still believing that he was correct, I assured him that, that was indeed the wrong vin number, the wrong vehicle and that s why nothing looks right for the alignment. I got that blink,blink deer in the headlight stare! He excuses himself for the moment and goes back out to the tech and has him put my vehicle information in the computer and viola, only a slight adjustment to the rear left needs attention. I could have spent a ton of money fixing my vehicle for nothing. I m glad I noticed the error because neither one of them were able to figure it out. And then they still charged me for the alignment. Only time will tell if the alignment was indeed corrected or not. And ask for a printed copy of there work. They sent my paperwork to my email. That s nice but ask the customer if they would like a hard copy of the work that they did, so you can go over it and ask any questions about it that you may have while your there. So buyers beware! Use your better judgment. If something looks totally wrong, it probably is.

Excellent service and extremely helpful and friendly staff. This is now my "go-to" spot for all my trailer service and inspection needs. If you have an RV or Food Truck, give them a call.
