My name is Miss Lillian Bledsoe, I did not personally come into this lot myself, however my son did. He came in for an Kia Forte, and left with a bad story. He was not treated accordingly. I expected him to come back with a car that met his satisfactory needs, and instead got a story about a shady dealership. My son believes this car to be potentially stolen, I will not make the claims myself as I did not over hear the conversation, but I will say my son tends to have good judgement. I ll be making sure he takes his business elsewhere.

My name Terrell Johnson III and I had came up here about 3 weeks ago in need of a reliable car to take with me as I relocated. My experience with the staff was 50/50. They presented themselves as knowing the basics of the vehicle, while simultaneously reassuring myself n my older brother that we couldn t find a better deal in the area. The problem was the lack of common decency and sense while the office reeked of alcohols. Despite all of this, I was in desperate need of a car and the reassurance seemed genuine from the staff(key word: seemed). Safe to say that I walked out of there as happy as I could be, just for my new mechanic to tell me I have to come out of pocket $3200 not even a month after having the car. These particular individuals are professional con-men who should be shut down by the state for violating a numerous amount of federal and state laws®ulations. I pray no one else has another experience like I did.

Love my new best purchase I've ever made!!! There are a lot of lemons out there but this that applesauce! Dealership owner and staff were extremely personable and followed up with me even after a year. What more could you ask for.

Came to check out a 2011 Honda Civic. The owner took care of me personally but seemed a bit off on the information I was given, car had many unlisted issues. He was slurring his words and leaning constantly, I think he was on drugs, I hate to be critical in that sense but I did not enjoy my experience here.

I really don t leave reviews but when it s this bad I have to that way no one else waste their time coming in to this address can t even call it a dealership I went here looking for a car and left with a headache and now wrong a bad review first off they didn t even have the car I was coming for so then I had to look for another and found a Honda civic all for them to tell me it doesn t look like I can afford that one without even seeing how much I had it was a lot more also I would stay FAR away from this place when trying to purchase a car for any reason

At first I was very happy with my experience. They were friendly and helpful, they didn't breath down my neck while I looked at the car I was interested in. After a chat with my Partner we decided that the car I was interested in was my match so we bought the car. It had some issues that they were up front about like the exhaust. They knocked 500 off the price cause of the exhaust issues and the fact I would need to replace all 4 tires on the car. I left feeling like they had helped me out. now fast forward about 3 weeks later. I took my car to the mechanics shop that I have gone to since I started driving, these guys fix everything. They called me back this afternoon and told me I would have to come get my car and take it to a Mazda Dealerships mechanic because they wont touch it. The car is riddled with issues from strut bars to exhaust. We aren't talking just a few hundred dollars in repairs like I had originally thought. I feel like a fool and like I have been had. They even had the guts to ask me to write a review about how pleasant my experience was, well here is the review. Don't buy your car from them, they are not fair or honest people.

Very shady dealership.Sold my son a car which would not pass inspection. And engine blew up five days later then proceeded to tell me to stay out of their business.Great way to keep customers.

Frightening! It started off okay but when we actually went to test drive the car we found significant issues with it. We were still ready to work with them because of the car but the guy (not sure of his name) refused to let us take the car to an independent mechanic and then told us the car price was going up by two thousand dollars overnight. They have been sitting on the car for over 6 months! (Now I know why). We did our research and had the carfax and numbers all figured out and we really were wanting to make something work but the attitude and being lied to like that is a gigantic deal breaker. I know used car lots are used car lots but this one was awful. I feel sorry for them. I don't usually leave bad reviews because life is full of ups and downs but this was bad.

So I decided to wait a little over a week after purchasing our new vehicle before giving this review. I wanted to give an honest review. So here we go:I am soooo happy with my purchase. The service my family received was great. The vehicle we decided to buy has been amazing and runs smooth. I don't know of any one else who would come into work 4 hours early just so I can make it back to my sons baseball and soccer games. AJ thank you so much for all your help.When I'm ready to get rid of "little blue" I know exactly where I will go!

Extremely pleased with recent experience I had buying a vehicle with the team at NVA Motors. They were extremely professional, patient and responsive. The entire purchasing process was completed virtually. The automotive salesman named AJay took the time to send me videos and answered my numerous questions and calls throughout the whole process. His team member Maria also was extremely clear with informing me about purchasing process and sending all purchasing & vehicle service history records. Since this was a vehicle that was more than 25 years old (1994 Acura Legend), obtaining as much vehicle history as possible was important to me. The Team at NVA Motors knew I was highly concerned about the vehicle s maintenance history and made sure I had all available records. They even located service records from 1994! The entire team there went above and beyond and based on my experience I would highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I had been looking for a car for around a month when i stumbled upon Northern Va Motors website. I browsed their inventory, which was stocked with a lot of great cars for an even better price, when I found exactly what I wanted. I called them up and went in that day for a test drive. The staff was friendly, professional and eager to help. The process was fast and easy and I was driving my new car home within 30 minutes! I highly recommend this establishment when looking top buy a high quality car at bargain rate.

Good inventory, good prices. I saw No.VA motors online while searching for an older Ford Ranger. They happened to have what I was looking for at what I considered a reasonable price. After test driving and finding a couple things here and there that I felt needed attention they were willing to work with me. No heavy handed salesmanship just honest negotiating. I would definitely go back.

My 18 year old son bought a used 2005 Nissan Xterra from this dealership. The ad on cars.com said it runs great and transmission shifts smoothly. This represented his whole life savings in addition to this car being my son's 18th birthday gift and his graduation gift. There were no major issues disclosed at the time of purchase, albeit it was sold "As Is"...we assumed, as any normal customer would, that this was a checked over vehicle with nothing to disclose. This vehicle didn't even make it much more than 1 hour away from the dealership before the transmission failed, leaked into the radiator, and destroyed them both. Within 1+ hour (just over 80 miles) of purchasing of the vehicle, it catastrophically failed. We immediately called Northern VA Motors, Inc, AJ in particular, as he was the salesperson. He refused to do anything to help us. He stated "maybe your son drove the car in the wrong gear going up a hill." That's a laughable deflection as my son has been driving, with a spotless driving record for 2 years....the car was in (D) drive. Additionally, he said, "you should've purchased a warranty". This option was never offered to my husband. We took the car to a local Nissan dealership to assess the problem. The bill to fix it: $5,000. That's more than we paid for the vehicle, and more than my son or we can afford (we have 5 children). We called AJ again, appealing to his sense of reason and what's right- how can anyone put their head down on a pillow at night knowing he sold a car that was either inadequately checked out or deliberately sold with a major defect. Surely AJ would see the need to help. Surely selling a car that catastrophically fails within 1 hour and doing nothing about it is not justice. AJ was disrespectful, argumentative, and flat out refused to do anything to help, citing his business needs the money and it's within his rights in the law to wash his hands of this. I'm pretty sure he's missing the spirit of the law, and now my 18 year old son, who milks cows for a living, is a decent, honest, hard working young man is out his entire life savings AND the vehicle that he purchased specifically to drive himself to his first real job as an adult this upcoming Monday. I'm stunned.

We purchased a Eurovan for what we thought was a decent price, but as soon as we tried to drive it home, things started to go wrong. We flew up to VA specifically to buy this car and took our 3 year old with the intention of having a fun road trip back to Florida. We ended up having to stay extra nights and put in an additional $2000 just to get it to drive. We should have known better (should have read the yelp reviews first!!), but we asked AJ about the car and he said that if we drove it off the lot, to the stop light, and it broke in half it was ours to deal with. To me, that is just not an ok thing to say to someone purchasing a product from you.We tried to drive home in the car and made it less than 50 miles before deciding, for the safety of our family, to have it towed to a mechanic. We called AJ to ask him (since it had been less than 24 hours) and he was so apathetic and basically said it was our problem. I told him we paid more than $10k for a car from a dealership, not a junkyard. He blamed us. I would avoid buying anything from this place in the future

The price, reliability, and cleanliness of the vehicle justified the purchase. The customer service and trustworthiness of the salesperson inspires the constant referral of family and friends.

I traded in my vehicle to get more miles for gas cost. I got an BMW wagon which was a perfect, I was offered offered cash for my trade as well. The car had low miles for the type of vehicle and it runs great. The merchant was friendly and professional outstanding service. Btw... if you are thinking about a trade be sure it has no inspection issues, meaning no engine light display :).

I never thought I would say this, but buying my car from Northern VA Motors,Inc. was a great experience! Most people dread the process of buying a car, but AJ Attai and his team did an excellent job answering all of my questions and they were not the typical pushy salesmen. AJ is really trust worthy and I can tell that he is an honest guy. He even spent extra time with me on a holiday weekend to test drive the car I was interested in. I found a gem at that dealership at a great price! Because of AJ and his team, I am now a proud owner of an amazing Mercedes Benz E320. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Thanks AJ!

When I found my new 2013 Mazda car listed on Autotrader, I thought it was too good to be true. There were only 7,000 miles on the car and it was priced lower than any of the other dealers I'd visited or viewed online. I decided to make the 4 hour drive to view the car.Knowing I only had a two hour window between 10am and 12pm before the dealer and my bank closed at 12, I woke up early to make the drive. I arrived on time and test drove the car and find no issues.Due to technical difficulties and long holds with my bank and insurance company, 12pm quickly turned into 1:30 and AJ, the main Associate at Northern Motors graciously stayed with me, helping me work out the details so I could take my newly purchased car home with me. He went above and beyond to his responsibilities and provided me with a safe, affordable new car. planning on I got my finances in order and drove to Bealeton to meet AJ, a sweet and competent Associate working at Northern VA Motors, Inc.

I was excited that they had the car I have been searching for. 99 Mitsubishi eclipse. I was amazed on the condition of this vehicle and also the low mileage it had. AJ worked with me with the finance. Great customer service. I am happy with my purchase.

Purchased the 2004 Lincoln Navigator SUV to replace the one that was wrecked. AJ and his staff assistant Mike were very friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable and they are hassle free. I would recommend my family and friends to purchase a vehicle from his establishment.

Very honest and staff, must say i would definitely recommend these guys! I recently purchased my first diesel truck and made the mistake of running it out of gas.. (oops!) AJ took time out of his day to help me get it running again to save me a hefty tow truck bill. Cant find service like that hardly anywhere anymore! If you need a reliable vehicle for a great price go see the guuys over at NVA Motors!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They are a no frills organization so you do not get things like carfax reports or a full tank of gas, but you do get hard to beat fair pricing and a great car. I pulled my own carfax report and it came back clean. The car was exactly as described by AJ, so I knew what to expect BEFORE I got there. I will definitely be calling AJ for all future used car purchases.

Worked with these folks for 3 days on a truck they had listed on the CarGurus site. I needed a truck with a long bed they had the truck advertised as a long bed. I explained to Danielle that I was traveling 250 miles to buy the truck from her and I needed to confirm that it was a long bed plus a few other little questions she called me back and gleefully reported that the truck was indeed a long bed and had all the other accessories that I had ever dreamed about. Took an important day off work, one of my best helpers and his truck 250 miles from northeast North Carolina to arrive and find it was a short bed truck.I would be careful buying car here because they don't know the difference between 78 in and 96 in. And when she realized her mistake she said it's not my fault it's the bosses fault. Shrugged her, shoulders took her little dog and went back into the showroom.

Here is what Andrew my brother wrote about his recent experience at northern va motors. Andrew: "BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars for this car dealer, I would. If you are excited about one of Ajay's cheap cars on this lot but haven't bought it yet, WALK AWAY while you still have money in your pocket! You Will lose So much money you hadn't planned to use trying to keep the car driving. Ajay at norther va motors will lie to your face again and again and CANNOT be trusted at all!! He refuses to do anything to return a vehicle no matter how bad it is. My wife and I with our 5 month old daughter went there to buy a family car, a 2011 Hyundai Genesis v8 with only 65,000 miles on it for $11,000. I took it for a test drive and didn't notice anything unusual but on the way home, my dad noticed a strange engine noise after strong acceleration. I chalked it up to maybe needing an oil change and promised myself if the oil change didn't work, I would take it in to a mechanic and have it diagnosed. After the oil change, it got louder and I found metal shavings underneath the oil filter. I immediately took it to the Hyundai dealer and they said it had internal engine damage. I immediately called Ajay and told him I needed to bring the car back and he promised to help me. The next day my dad and I took it back to him and wasted an entire day there trying to get him to take the car back. Needless to say, we were unsuccessful and he became more and more rude to us and lied constantly about what he was willing to do for us. He wanted me to sell it back to him for only $8500 but he would not buy the car straight up. He would only buy it, if I bought another car on his lot. The closest one to the Genesis, was a 2010 Cadillac CTS base model with 56,000 miles for $12,000. The car wouldn't start, so we had to jump it off. Then I noticed all the tires were bald, dry rotted and low on air. The car drove very sketchy and made this really loud humming noise. I decided to pass on his offer and I was sick to my stomach thinking of him trying to scam me a second time by taking even more of my money. Earlier that day, he promised to pay 50% of a $5,000 engine swap so $2500. Later on I asked him if I could get him to pay 50% of the engine swap if I was able to use my own mechanic. He vehemently refused to do it and completely denied promising me he would cover half of the repair! I asked him how he sleeps at night and asked him how he will feel about explaining the way he screws people over, to God one day, when he dies. He said I was judging him by saying that! He started using the f word by saying that I was already f___ed and he wasn't about to be F----ed by this car with a bad motor. I then said it was time to go and we had nothing left to talk about. I then went to Carmax to see if they would buy the car from me. On the way, the engine got obnoxiously loud and started shaking. I barely made it there and after they looked at it, they would only give me $4000 for the car and said they couldn't even sell the car after putting a new motor in it because it had frame damage from the 2 accidents it was involved in. The appraiser said he has looked at thousands of cars but mine was the 5th worst engine knocking sounds he has ever heard in his profession. He said I was driving it on borrowed time and that it would seize up at any moment! He said a rod would probably be thrown out of the side of it if it didn't seize up before that! Now I will be stuck replacing the engine in it, or selling it to Carmax for them to part it out. And will be losing thousands any way I turn. I refuse to do any more business with small independent car dealers and advise you all to do the same! Carmax will at least take care of you if you find an issue with one of their cars. PLEASE WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS DEALER! NORTHERN VA MOTORS WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY THROUGH FRAUD!

I didn't buy a car from these guys but if I ever need one I will be sure to buy from there. Heading home on route 17 my car broke down and I pulled over right in front of this store. No one said anything to me for 2 hours after a while a guy comes out and asks if I'm OK or need a jump. I told him my car just died... Long story short not only did they install a brand new alternator on my car for free but also let me use there hefty discount at the local part store and even let me use the WiFi at the store while the part was installed...Thanks you guys so much and I will spread the word

AJ as well as two other associates spent time helping me find the right car for my son. AJ came back to the store in a thunderstorm and stayed well after closing while we got all finalized with the bank. Everyone was very friendly and honest.

I purchased a 03 Mercedes C32 Amg from here car looked beautiful from the pictures, I didn't expect this car to be in perfect condition so I didn't get discouraged when I did find a couple things wrong with the vehicle but the worst part of my experience here was I test drove the vehicle and it had a strong wobble I assumed it was the tires were wore uneven so we took it back to the lot I had rolled the vehicle forward until the dealer told me he found the uneven wear of the tire. I thought a good tire rotation would fix it so I did and found one of the tires were split and had a bulge in it and the dealer knew of it but still let me leave the lot knowing I was taking it on a long trip back to Wisconsin. Unfortunately I bought it Saturday and didn't notice it til Sunday and at that point couldn't get ahold of the dealer. Would I purchase another vehicle from them, No. They don't know alot about their vehicles to be able to tell you if there is anything wrong with them.

The prices and quality of vehicles thumbs DOWN!!! High mileage and overpriced! If you need a vehicle this is NOT the place! The employees are shady with no respect for the customer. They give you the runaround, response time is horrible (waited hours just to see the vehicle which wasn't on the lot)... they hold your title ransom and make you write a good review on Google even if it wasn't a good experience... if that's not enough I caught them in a lie numerous times, of course all after the fact (after they got their money) So If you want to get played like an instrument, this is the place! Ask for A.J.....
