We've now bought 3 vehicles from M and B auto group and every single time, they give the best service. Eddy is our go to salesman, and he is always going above and beyond to make sure we get the perfect vehicle. I told him everything I wanted in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and he delivered! If we are in the market for a new ride in the future, we will for sure check out M and B auto group before looking anywhere else.

I recently purchased a truck from M&B auto group. I want to say that Eddy, and Isaac provided us outstanding service!My car buying experience hasn t always been the best. Mainly, because of my credit laying just under what most banks consider to be good. Until I found M&B. These guys worked hard for us to get a truck that our family deserves. I bought a 2009 Pontiac G8 gt this time last year February 2023 and while it being a 15 year old car needed some repairs to get it to pass inspection it has been flawless ever since and have had 0 issues since buying the car from them. Was a really easy process to trade and purchase the new car.

Let me begin this car-buying adventure by telling you that up until very recently, my daughter s interest in vehicles & the notion of ever owning one was completely nonexistent. Fast forward.. a drastic turn of events has occurred. My soon to be senior in high school, mentioned that most of her friends have already started driving their own cars, have jobs & are currently enjoying wonderful lives as a result of their newly found freedom. Not one to be left out, or experience the shame of being a passenger in friend s car, my daughter began a feverish search beginning with brand new, high end cars & ending with something more reasonable that a father/teacher might be able to afford. After weeks of research, some negotiation & perhaps a few tears, we decided upon a used, 2011, orange Honda Element. Little did we know that this search was going to be the equivalent of finding a unicorn, but find one we did! M&B Auto sales in Virginia held the keys to my daughter s happiness and her very first car. Only one obstacle remained, we live in Indiana. Mike at M& B couldn t have been easier to work with. We quickly made arrangements to pick up the car with a huge shout out going to my best friend who kindly agreed to accompany me on this road trip halfway across the country. One only needs to look at the photo of my daughter and her car to see genuine happiness. Thanks to Mike at M & B Auto & Dale for making my daughter s dream a reality!!!

Personally i had a wonderful experience at this auto shop. Eddi was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with the work. This auto shop is a little far from my house but i will be returning here every time i need repairs.

Buyer beware! I bought a ram 3500 from this dealer a little over a year ago. Not only was the process rough and I should have walked out then. The truck that I wanted so badly turned out to be a lemon. At this point I've put about 3-4 thousand dollars into it repairing it myself and the issues are still persisting. This truck has been down at least 2 full months of my ownership. Alot of these problems almost immediately surfaced. To top it off when you buy a vehicle they try not to let you leave until you leave a reveiw after purchase to try and boost their ratings. I'm telling you stay away don't make my mistake just because you see a vehicle you want.

Hands down the best experience I ve had at a dealership in a long time. Big thankyou to my man Musa. Made me feel comfortable and instead of trying to sell the car to me with the same old salesmen strategy he actually made me feel comfortable and really has a genuine and honest persona. I appreciate it Musa and the car is amazing. Won t need a car for a minute but when the time comes your my go to.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Things you need to know before you "think about even buying from here".#1.TRANSPARENT NOT!!!They are not transparent about the vehicle you're looking at. Eddie even after several phone call conversations never told me it had been damaged on front and whole right side. It was my credit union that disclosed this damage to me. His excuse was I could have looked at a carfax at anytime.#2.LIED TO CUSTOMER. I was told this automobile they have had for 2 months. But when my credit union handed me a printed carfax is shows they have owned it going on 4 months.#3.PRICES ARE LIES AS WELL!!! You cannot buy from them on price that is advertised. They have a hidden $1,000.00 + - hidden fee that they say has to be paid that they collects before you leave the lot.#4.NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. DONT DO IT never give a deposit to ANYTHING that you have not test driven, felt, touched, or seen upclose and personal. And never give a non-refundable deposit where you don't get back at least 50% if you change your mind. If a company is trying to extort non-refundable deposits and collect non-refundable deposits and keep non-refundable deposits from people they know has never seen or test driven an automobile, THEY ARE A THEIF and are not practicing customer service skills. No appreciation for honest ethical people in need of transportation. Very poor business practices.#5I'm a 10 hour drive away. Was at the bank ready to have a check cut for $25k that was approved. But only with a buyers order needed from Eddie and M&B this Carlot would not agree to sell a truck they have owned for 4 months and advertised price of $26,995 for $25,000.00 out the door for a 16 year old damanged wrecked, and has been in New York for 16 years of salt and snow. There loss, and thanks to my credit union and a friend my gain that I did not jump into the fire.#6.THERE PHONE SYSTEM. I could never call in, as there phone system would cut off. I would have to text Eddie and get him to call me. What's up with this? A business where the call drops when called.#7.BUYERS BEWARE. There is more true honest, bad experience that I personally experienced with this so called dealership and Eddie.Also let it be known Eddie says he is not in sales, he is in finance. Is this true or false? Why am I not talking to a sales person? Why is a financial guy trying to sale. Or was I lied to again and he is really in sales. IDK. IDC.

A few weeks ago, I went to M&B to purchase a vehicle. Musa was helpful in understanding my needs and facilitating the buying process. I am of the belief that I paid a reasonable price for current market conditions. I have no reason not to recommend M&B auto group to another buyer.

WOW... Where do I start... When I found this dealership, I had planned on picking a modest car that would get me back and forth to work for a good price... because of the staff, I not only walked out paying the same price... but a car that would get me back and forth from work and allow me to appreciate it as truly a dream car! Check them out and I promise you won't regret it.

Where do I begin? The reviews that tell you to stay away just take it from them and listen if you want to be serenaded by a used car salesman this place is for you; the constant lying and cheating and scheming one person can utter is beyond me; Eddie is a CROOK! Ponzi scheme material , wolf of Wall Street crooked has nothing on this guy. I knew he was shady from the moment I talked to him but I went against my better judgment because friends had great experiences here years ago; the man just does not listen he just speaks and speaks and SPEAKS MORE; and that should have been my red flag when someone doesn t allow you to speak and they feel the need to offer their opinions even when you do not ask; talks down to his female counterparts which if absolutely disgusting ; he is very impatient with customers on the phone almost rude; doesn t know a lick about cars or even what he s selling; he stated he has been selling cars for seven years but I doubt that is true and another one of his imaginary statements, handed me a Carfax lied about what s on there after stating they are required to do research on all the cars did he think I wasn t going to read it? Offered me an inspection report that he started clicking away to retrieve and I never got one ; I guess he had no knowledge how to print it instead of being honest he began talking about his kids so I just forget about the report ! It s just too much to mention and it s truly sad if this is what this place considered the face of the dealership he introduced himself as a sales guy, a finance manager, then later on the phone he said I only work on the finance department and at one point he said on the phone well guess what I am the manager you will speak to me so WHICH IS IT . Looks like a small team everyone else was working and seemed quiet, maybe I should have asked to work with someone else and perhaps I would ve had a better experience; he did come off as confrontational therefore I decided against it. If anyone reads these and takes them seriously not just replying with an auto response this is a problem and if you all want to stay in business this problem needs to be FIXED! Some training or communication strategies will definitely offer more professionalism to the house!

If you need a vehicle come see Eddy. He helped me find the right vehicle anhe right financing. Eddy answered all my questions, answered all my phone calls and talked to banks to get an approval from my loan. IF YOU NEED A NO HASSLE EXPERIENCE, EDDY IS THE MAN FOR YOU.

One of the best experiences I've had with a dealer so far (6 total), definitely could have been better in terms of service/attention, the seller didn't know much about what they were selling and it felt like they weren't really engaged through the process, but not entirely a bad thing, i guess they gave me my space and they did their part when needed. Financing went smoothly, they got me a good deal, The car (2017 BMW 230i) was in excellent condition and properly prepped for sale. Would definitely do business with them again if opportunity presents itself (they had some really cool cars onsite including an MK4 Toyota Supra and a Hummer)

I bought a 6.7 power stroke from them.The place was a joke I have have to put a new transmission in it right after buying it reseal the engine and I had to have new heads put on the engine costing more then $180000 in just the first month. It has been on the shop more than on the road. They offered no warranty
