Had a few bad runs with some shops up here before finding this buisness. For those who dont know. While this business might be out of your way, its in what I would consider a very small area. With that said it has been in business for more than 40yrs. Everyone knows how small towns talk and it says alot that they have continued for this long. Obviously doing things right! Both cars now go here for everything. And while you might have to wait a few days to get seen. Its absolutely worth the wait.

Great customer service and honest company. This is probably the best automotive shop in Fauquier. I haven't come across a better shop yet. 5 out of 5 stars! Congrats!

Steve, James. And Judy got me out of a bad mechanical problem. I can't thank them enough. I was traveling through Virginia and lost a cylinder in my motor. On a Friday afternoon these caring people helped out a stranded motorist. I sincerely want to thank and recommend Global Automotive at this location. If it is indicative of others great job!

Global fit me in the same day I called with a thump in one of my tires. They were friendly and quickly located the offending machine screw in a tire. Got an inspection done here and was failed for multiple things which I ve passed for MANY times at other places. I ve had this car for 4+ years with the modifications and haven t been bothered till I came to this place. Nice people up front but I will not be coming here ever again with any of my cars, as well as letting people I know to not come here. I m sure if you have a brand new car you ll be fine but they definitely nit picked my car over, almost as bad as VA Tire and Auto.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Shoutout to Global Automotive! They have the best office staff and best technicians around! I took my Nissan in for replacing lower control arms and adding new transmission fluid. The pricing was reasonable and affordable! Anytime anything happens to my car Global is always the first company that comes to mind. Thank you guys for all you have done for my vehicle! Love these guys. They're always professional and courteous, but straight forward as well. Prices are good, often less than other places, but the work and experience is so much better. If there are a couple different ways to handle the situation with your car, they always give you options and opinions without trying to sell you on the most expensive repair schedule for that day. I've brought my car to other places out of convenience, and the issue was not resolved. Brought it up to that shop and they just beat around the bush and say they did the work, the problem must be with something else in the car, and just want to charge even more money to look at other things. I then brought the car to Global and let them know what the original issue was, and look at that-car is running smooth as a babies bottom. I can't speak highly enough of these guys.

My neighbor backed into my parked car and messed up my grill. I called global and they got me in the same day and gave me an estimate. We ended up going through insurance and everything was a breeze. They had my car fixed in one day once all of the parts came in. The owner even took it upon himself to use some solvent and wax to get some nasty scratches I had on my rear bumper without me even ever saying anything about it to them. (Which was no where near the damage of what I was originally in there for.) All the scratches we re gone and my car looked as good as new again. In the future I will definitely come back should anything happen to my car. Thanks again for everything!

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The shop does great work and they are honest. No attempts to sell you repairs you don't need.If you are looking for a reputable, community oriented repair shop, this is it.

Terrible . Car was here for 4 weeks for a tune up and break pads and inspection . Constantly giving me quotes then adding to quotes. Never sticking to schedule . Always have to call them they never will call you and give you any update . Please stay away from this place and save your self . I d give a lower rating if I could

I've been coming to Global Automative and Hamilton Auto Body for 21 years and so have my parents and my kids. You won't find a friendlier group of people that give prompt quotes and service, and they take the time to explain exactly what you need and what the options are.I cannot recommend this shop enough.

My wife and I Have always used and been happy with Global for all of our family s cars and trucks for the past 10 yrs or so. I Recently dropped my pickup truck off with Global because tailgate was busted, and prior attempt to fix by another body shop had failed. They searched and found exactly what I needed, which wasn t easy on my 2006 Ford F-250, they replaced it and painted the new tailgate to match my truck. They also repaired damage done by the other body shop s poor repair/replacement. It now looks and works great. A+ job and price was fair. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. #happycustomer. - R Hall

I love these people! The staff in the office are very friendly and aim to please! They will even pick you up or take you home if you need a ride! You don t see service and a family business like this much anymore! We ve been using their services for over ten years now!

By far the worst auto shop to get a car repaired took my 2006 hummer h3 to these guys to have them put new tires on and also to check for electrical draw to see what was killing my battery they said I had to drop the truck off and comeback around 3pm and they will have everything completed I came back at 330 PM they havent did anything and told me my battery was no good and I needed a new leaf spring which was the only true thing they said out of everything so after waiting a whole 2 hours for them to replace my tires while they said oh also my windows didnt work or my back 3rd brake light was out but took it home fully charged my battery and as I thought no problems with anything they said besides the leaf spring and they prices are outrageous 300 for labor to replace leaf spring when I researched and also called around average price to replace is 100 to 150 max this place is no good in my opinion unless you getting your car fixed threw your insurance otherwise look elsewhere if you want to SAVE BIG MONEY

Horrible... kept telling me he had to run test.... every test was 2-3 hours at 85 dollars a hour... speaking to the mechanic is 75 dollars a hour.... swear he told me my car wasn't worth putting the money into it... but they wouldn't run the test because I was low on oil which he said he put 2 quarts in... finally when I asked for him to fix the problem he went back to say he had to run another three hour test to see which sensor... i paid $215 for 2 test 2 quarts of oil and a oil changeIf I could rate it in the negative I would
