Oh my, what an awesome garage of professionals!!We had a horrific previous 36 hrs, then noticed a nail in our tire. We found this, what I consider the best run, most clean facility of its type ever, in my 79 years. They had us back on the road to Pennsylvania, 30 min after entering their door.Thank-you all!!

I had the best experience with Broadview Automotive. I was moving myself and all of my belongings down to North Carolina when my new car broke down and was leaking oil at a gas station. I called a couple local places and no one would fit me in, until I called Broadview. The kind gentleman who answered the phone passed me off to Karen, who genuinely sounded concerned and told me they would do their best to help me see what s wrong. She also recommended a local towing company, Rusty s, who showed up in 20 minutes instead of waiting for my insurance roadside assistance that estimated 2.5 hours. They were able to immediately help me, checked the issue out, and had a new drain plug put in and refilled my oil up in less than an hour. I was back on the road in no time. They made an extremely stressful day into one that made me feel lucky, and I wish I lived closer so I could continue to use them for all of my service! Thanks so much again to the whole Broadview automotive family & crew.

Did great work fixing a issue Ford dealer didn't find and wanted me to replace a bunch of other stuff. They've done a great job on 05 tundra rack pinon. And troubleshot a ongoing electric issue on 95 Ford conversion van. Would recommend to anyone if you want the work done rite this is the place! Gregg is knowledgeable and prompt and his team is doing great work! Thanks guys!

My experience here has been great. They did the best alignment I've had to date on my 4runner. Other shops can't seem to follow instructions when dealing with modified vehicles, but Broadview got it done right and on time!

I highly recommend them. They are very honest and I love the small town family atmosphere. They recently worked on several of our vehicles and kept us informed and explained what work was needed beforehand. We were VERY happy and will return in the future.

After a nine hour drive in a 10.5 hr trip a charging system light came on. We pulled into Broadview and they looked at it right away and made sure we got to our destination. Outstanding service and incredibly kind people.

My engine splash shield got bent back on the way from NC to MD and I was dragging it down 29 not knowing what to do. Pulled over here and the owner told me that even though the bays were full till tomorrow he d come out and take a look. He ended up jacking the car up in the parking lot and removing the shield as it was too damaged to reattach. He advised I d be ok to continue driving but also told me how to get a replacement and where all the parts were to reassemble. Extremely helpful and friendly, on top of all that he refused payment and said he was happy to help. Great guy, wish I lived closer I d bring both my cars here for routine maintenance!

A friend recommended this place and I thought to give it a try. When I called to make a last minute appointment, despite their already busy schedule they made arrangements to service my vehicle and at a reasonable price. They did the service and offered me a free tire rotation, checked my breaks, fluids and provided me with an idea on what I should service next. Everyone was friendly and I felt that they care about their customers. I am so glad I found this place and I will definitely go back!

Greg is always extremely friendly and does his absolute best to accommodate you. He has, on a few occasions, gotten my vehicles in last minute. One of my favorite things Greg and his crew do is when they bring me back, show me the issues on my cars, and let me know how critical the repair is and how much it will be. Plus the prices are always reasonable

Looks like we found an honest and competent mechanic! I have never experienced such good customer service from a mechanic: BAS staff are courteous, professional, and complete the job within the stipulated time-frame. Oh, and the prices are reasonable.

I took my truck there because the battery kept dying. I thought it was the alternator going bad, turns out it was the positive battery terminal it wasn t getting a good contact with the battery, that was it. I meet the owner I spoke to him for a while he is a very nice, professional and honest person. I will definitely keeping taking my cars there to his shop. Highly recommend.

The people that work here and own it are amazing. We had a brake emergency with our truck while on a long drive and they saw us right away to help us. Being almost 6 months pregnant and having our 3 pets with us had me worrying, but the people here were so kind and helpful, and made us feel right at home! We were there for maybe 2 hours, if that, we were expecting to be there for so much longer but nope! They re just that good.

The best auto repair shop in this area. They are honest, professional knowledgeable and friendly . They will deliver upon promises every time. They do a great job. The owner and the staff show that they care on a personal level. Rare in other places. You will be greeted with a smile and they are attentive to what you have to say. Greg and his team are wonderful. They are honest about what your car really needs, and always do their utmost to get you the best bang for your buck. I trust them completely with the maintenance if my car, which is a persnickety vehicle. I know when I bring it to their shop I'll be taken care of.

I have had my 2004 Ford Expedition in their shop many times (unfortunately)... Greg, Larry, Karen and the rest of the team are always helpful and sympathetic. They will take you into the bay to show you exactly what's wrong with your car where as many auto repair shops won't take on that liability for the sake of your money. They are decent, hard-working people, not looking to rip anybody off, but instead, looking to help people out! Highly recommended.

I have been going to Broadview Auto for my auto service needs for probably 20 years. The service is professional, competent, and fairly priced..... and I have had more than a few challenges (including a steering column problem on a 1982 C10 pick-up). Recently, I had my Focus in for service and a part was not delivered on a Friday as expected. John had the part delivered on Saturday (not his normal business day) and got the car done before noon. Excellent service once again.

My battery is still draining, just so you know Greg. The same way as when I dropped it off back in February. I don't want a sympathy call. I want my vehicle fixed. So I'm just gonna go try the Chevy Dealer in Manassas, Va. Hopefully they will be able to help me. I appreciate the effort.I originally took my vehicle here to figure out, what was draining my battery?? Also why are all my lights on the dashboard on all the time?? (Like airbag light, ABS light, Brake light,Engine light)The 1st time I went here they charged me a $100 to charge my battery. They told me that was my problem, that the battery was dead and needed charging. She told me my car was fixed.So I called back explained that's not what was wrong with my car. And told them again how my battery was draining and the lights were on in my dashboard.So I ended up giving them another opportunity to fix the problem.I took it here and they told me they cut a wire and that's what was draining the battery.The lights were still on in the dashboard. Greg said come get it drive it for a week and if you want come back in a week and I'll fix the dashboard lights.Its obviously an electrical problem that I'm having. So how can my vehicle be fixed if my dashboard lights are still on????Well it wasn't, 2 weeks after Greg saying (my vehicle was fixed) it was still draining the battery.I Woke up, went to start up my vehicle and the battery was completely dead. I then jumped my battery and recharged it at Auto Zone. A week later, same thing, my battery was dead once again.So $1,300 and 4 weeks later that was my outcome. That's what I paid for... I understand a man needs to be paid for his time but yet in that same sentence, a man should take pride in his work.Bottom line. I still have the same problem I did in February.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

We broke down 100 miles from home near this shop. John gave our repair priority to get us back on the road. The part we needed was expedited from a dealer and we were on our way 2 hours BEFORE promised! We thought they were reasonably priced and honest. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency and I was across the street from this shop. They did an AMAZING job for me and helped fix my car today. I was given EXCELLENT customer service by the WHOLE staff. My car was returned back to me in a timely manner and I'm TRULY thankful for everything this business did for me during my time of need. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Fantastic service! I traveled over an hour to have the Broadview Auto Service Team basically rebuild the braking system on my 2011 Camaro SS and couldn't be happier with the results...fair pricing, professional service, and top notch workmanship. I've found my new "go-to" shop!

I was traveling from Chesapeake to Pittsburgh, 200 miles from home, by myself, and leaking brake fluid rapidly from my car when I stumbled upon this shop. I walked into the office, in tears, and explained my situation. Greg assured me that they could help and I was immediately relieved. Luckily, my problem was a matter of a few loose parts and they had me back on the road within 30 minutes! After the mechanic explained his work to me, I went back into the office to pay. Greg would not accept payment for the service and said he was just happy they could help me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service, kindness, and compassion that I received from Greg and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. If you are looking for knowledgeable, genuine, and honest people, look no further. This is where you want to be.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Broadview Auto, especially Larry! My grandma and I were headed back to Ohio when our tire pressure light came on. After having a bad experience ignoring the tire pressure light coming home from VA before, I decided to pull into Broadview Auto. Larry offered to check the pressure for us and explained how there was actually too much pressure in the tires. He even checked the spare for us just incase. When I asked him how much we owed, he told us to have a safe trip home. Thank you so much for taking the time to check everything out for us and deliver great and friendly service!

Great service. Honest. Does not oversell but is detailed and will show you exactly why repairs are needed. Restored my classic truck engine as well as my normal vehicle repairs. You will not find a better company to work with.

We have been using Broadview Auto for years and I highly recommend them. Knowing little about cars I know I get the same information and pricing as when they speak with my husband. They explain things in layman terms and are exceedingly professional. They are honest with good prices and keeps the schedule they give you.
