Geat experience! First time buying a car for me, and the gentleman I had was more than willing to answer any questions I had, show me some cars, and discuss anything with me. Was an emergency at that and got me in a car in no less than three days so I could continue with work. Very pleased.

This is another of the Nelson Automotive Group's dealerships. As a local resident I find all of their stores are professionally managed and maintained. Although this is a small town environment these dealerships carry a big city reputation and meet or exceed the metropolitan area abilities to provide an excellent buying or service experience...!

My experience with Nelson for my Hyundai Santa Fe was extremely wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to others. The woman that handle my scheduled appointment was very nice and informative with all information. The work was done in a timely manner, they even offer VIP ride to pick up your car when it s done. Great experience.

I love their shuttle service, Driver, Kathy was so nice! They picked me up, and I live 25 minutes away, so I could get my car after an Kia soul engine replacement. So grateful for it.

Good people to deal with. Good communication when checking on the vehicle before driving down to look at it. They treat you fairly on the final deal also. Highly recommend dealing with the Nelson auto group.

Fantastic service! I was able to schedule an oil change online for the next morning. Marian in the service department was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I wish I could take her with me to places and have her show people how they should treat their customers. She helped each person while acknowledging new arrivals and managing everyone's service requests. I was ready to go within the hour. Mike, Dearl, and Reece were very helpful in sales. The dealership is laid back, the service prices were lower, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to upsell me like they do in Greensboro. I requested and received a great trade-in offer and hope to come back very soon to get a new Subaru. This will be my place as long as I'm driving a Ru. Thank you!

Marion goes out of her way to make sure you re happy. There was an issue with an overhead shop door, my vehicle was inside the shop and the door would not open and had to be repaired. Marion arranged for me to be dropped off at my home. A few hours later after the shop door was repaired she called and said a driver will pick me up and drive me back to the service center. Service cannot possibly get any better then the Nelson Subaru Kia service team!

Everyone was super nice. I had to reschedule my appointment and they worked me in the following week. Ladies there are super. Someone had scratched my new Subaru Forester (not at dealership) and Scott buffed it out while I waited.Even though the trip to Bassett is long for me I am thankful I bought my Subaru there. I will continue to take to the dealership for maintenance.Nothing to do with service but I want to brag on my vehicles. The Subaru is for comfort and my 2010 Kia easier to maneuver in tight places. Fuel mileage is great on both. Happy with and enjoy both vehicles.

The check engine light came on in my 2020 Forester last week. We found a mutually convenient time for the service to do the diagnostic and correct the problem efficiently and it was covered by the extended warranty that I added at the time we purchased the car. We had a very good experience and were kept informed of the progress of the repairs. All taken care of same day.

We had Dearl helping us at the dealership. He helped make it one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! I definitely recommend this dealership and especially Dearl. Jennifer was great from start to finish. The repair took longer than expected but I didn t have to miss work. Larry came and picked me up on their shuttle service and came back to get me when the repair was complete. I will definitely use Nelson Subaru service center the next time I need a repair.

After 7 1/2 months we finally got our car back as of right now it runs pretty good the car was left dirty the they never offered her a courtesy car in the seven and a half months that they had hers even though they said it would cost $2,000 to get the parts and to fix it it end up costing 3,300 they said it was issued they'd never faced before okay I'll give him a little leeway on that but the fact that you did not wash it you never offered her a courtesy ride you never offered to rent her a vehicle at a discount price Subarus are known for their quality but I'll tell you Nelson is not great as far as mechanical work goes speaking to the representatives on the phone was good they were respectful they were nice but like I say after 7 and 1/2 months I'm just glad it's over and I hope the car last enough to get the money's worth out of it

Customer service was great, Jennifer was very nice. I'm usually assisted by Marion when I take my car in for service but I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jennifer this time and she was very pleasant and understanding because I had gotten My times mixed up for my appointment and I had to reschedule but she was very nice about it and got me fixed up the next day. Jennifer and Marion both are good to work with at NELSON KIA SUBARU.

Great service was kept updated on what was being done to my Kia.Marian showed where everything was while waiting on my car. I always enjoy my visit here at each service time and really amazed at knowing that I am known by my name and greeted mostly before I get completely out of my car. I feel right at home here. Thanks for the great service and big thanks to Marian for going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought my car to me so my mom who is (unable to walk) didn't have to. People I run into there are like family especially Marian. Another Big Thanks to Marian we love you!!!

I visited the service department simply to talk to someone who could explain the pros & cons of towing a small boat with my Crosstrek. The first service tech was very willing to talk with me and we went over the many aspects. When I took the conversation to a more technical level, he asked one of the mechanics in the service bay to come over to see me. That tech was also very nice and we all three talked for 15 or 20 more minutes. All the while, neither tried to sell me anything and they stayed with me until all my concerns were talked through. Best dealership experience ever!
