Normally a great place to get parts cheaper very helpful but this time dude got under the jeep to check and still got the wrong brake pads and caliper but they brought the right one to me so it worked out in the end

Always call Jeff's Auto Basset VA first. Make them your personal autoparts store also. Great low prices. Always answers your questions and always nice.

I've only been here once so far but I have to say, I truly enjoy these privately owned businesses because you can't get any better customer service than you can at places like these in my opinion. I walked around just seeing what they have to offer and they had everything you could possibly need and if it isn't in stock then they are more than willing to order it for you. Another thing that I enjoyed seeing is they were willing to answer any questions I had instead of acting like you aren't even there like most big corporate businesses. It's always a good thing to support local businesses and this is definitely one I will continue to shop at for Car Parts, Cleaning supplies and anything else I may need at actual great competitive prices.

Don't get to go there much any more but when I work on people's vehicles down there I always call them first. Always competitive prices but the people and there knowledge is what makes the difference. I have made the trip from Roanoke just because of the price

Very kind and informative staff. I tend to see a lot of vehicles here, both shopping and in need of some car help. The staff seem more than eager to help in either situation. Lower prices and a great staff, I've started going here for my auto needs.

I have narrowed down all of my auto parts shopping, to, Jeff's Auto Parts in Bassett! They are eager to help you with any brand of Auto and lawn-mower parts! They have or will get any part you need at a cheaper price!!! I am especially pleased with their line of batteries!!!
