If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just recently moved to the area and this is my the shop that my car dealership uses in the area. The service technician half way does the work you are charged for and sometimes doesn t do the work at all in my case. I spent thousands of dollars to have my car repaired only to have my car back broke a week later with no ac and little power and the shop is unwilling to assist with refund are aware it s due to their negligence. If anyone else has had this experience reach out to me. Please avoid this place the service manager is horrible to customers and will allegedly avoid any additional cost to save his salary. They mixed two different antifreeze in my car below you will see the photos. The owner is more concerned with my personal experience of other business rather than the destruction they caused to my car. I didn t see this energy with the other bad reviews that were left. Here you will see a photo from the shop stating they mixed my coolant. And my making the shop aware my car was still having the same issues after 2,6850.50 of work.

Our experience at GR Chevrolet was great! Brett came out to greet us and asked how he could help without being pushy. We enjoyed getting to test drive the car and look it over before making a decision. The customer service was awesome and we ended up buying a used car. Thanks for helping us out!

Good morning, this is a review for the staff at GR Chevrolet GMC. My experience there was very exuberanting, from the time I walked your establishment. Fist, I would like to say, although I don't remember her name the wonderful woman at the service desk was very professional, friendly as well as pleasant to talk with. Secondly, after checking my vehicle in for an oil change that was supposed to be a two hour wait I was directed to the waiting room. While walking through the service area l notice the entire area and surrounding areas where very clean. I walked around and looked at their show room cars, looked at the new vehicles out side and those area's was clean as well. I returned to the waiting area and after a few short moments the service woman that checked me in returned and stated that I was ready to go. What was supposed to be two hours, took only approximately twenty minutes. She stated that she had a free mechanic and he wasn't doing anything at the moment and he did the job. The overall quality of work and experience there was heartfelt. As a visitor from Georgia travel through Virginia, I will tell all that I come in contact with, who may be looking for a place to service their vehicles that's in and around your area that you are the best professional service providers that I have ever encountered in all of Virginia.

They were great and pleasant to work with! I will be going back for my next purchase as well! Very fast and friendly service as well! We drove over an hour and a half and it was well worth the drive!

This service center provides exceptional customer service and offers affordable prices for oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes. The service is incredibly fast, and I've never had to wait longer than an hour on a Saturday. Despite having a service center just 3 minutes away from my house, I choose to drive for an hour because of the outstanding service they provide.

This is my second visit for service since my Sierra purchase last July. Love the small town feel of the area and the friendly and thorough job that I received on both visits. I drive 50 minutes from Oak Ridge, NC and will continue to do so as long as my time there is as pleasant as the first two.

What an experience! We went expecting the usual games that dealerships play, We were expecting to be aggravated to point of walking out! BEST experience ever buying a car! Danny is a no pressure guy! I had a dead battery in my car, and I needed a replacement quickly, but Advanced Auto told me they weren't qualified to put it in my car because of the electronics. I called GR Chevrolet and spoke to Will, who told me to come straight over, and he would take care of me. It also cost me less than the battery that Advanced Auto quoted me that they couldn't install in my escalade. Great Job GR.

Worst experience ever. Went in for an oil change last week. Was told too busy, come back next week. Went in today and someone forgot to tighten the bolts one front tire. Tire falls off and tears up front driver wheel. They put me in sad rental, but yet to call and give me update or how they plan to make it up.

I had a very good buying experience with GR Chevrolet. Joe was a great help with selling me my suv. Very nice, up front with me and right on time with everything! He didn t waste any time getting everything ready for me to hit the road. Everyone s time is worth something and he was on the Ball!! If I decide to buy another vehicle, I ll definitely be buying from these guys again! Joe and the guys there were Great! Thanks again for all your help and hospitality! On Thursday October 12th, 2023, we took our 2019 Chevy Trax to the GR GMC Nelson Chevrolet to have a part replaced on the driver's seat. We were met by a young lady with a very nice smileFor the work we had done, we had a fairly short wait time in a clean, comfortable environment. And the cost was kept to the estimate given us several weeks ago.A pleasant experience all the way around.

Dealership is great. Service department not so much. They ve had my car since 8 yesterday and was told they d work on it this morning and they have the part in stock. I ve called and was told it will be ready later this afternoon. Friday before Christmas and they are making sure they get their labor charges in. Will not service my car here anymore. May take my business elsewhere!

ZERO STARS!!! AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY!!! Had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. I told the lady up front that I was waiting for my car and went to sit in the waiting area. I made it there at 7:52 a.m. It's 9:21 a.m. now and they have called other people to get their cars, because they were ready but still not mine. I go to the front to inquire and they didn't even know where my car was!!! It was not in the bay so that means it had not been worked on!!! Then after about 12 minutes and them looking for my car and me tracking my car, I realized that it was sitting on the other side of the car lot, obviously hadn't been even worked on but parked!!! Then, they tell me the alignment machine was down but the guy that came out of the bay said that she had coded me as picking my car up later. He also said that the wheel alignment had not been done but the tire rotation had been done and they just moved it!!! The lady then says I owed for the tire rotation but not the wheel alignment that was done!!! HELLO THERE WAS NO ALIGNMENT DONE!!! I'm seriously doubting whether the tires were even rotated but my mechanic husband will check those when he gets home from work. Didn't charge for the tire rotation but for the unnecessary inconvenience and aggravation, they should have paid me. And my husband marked the tires so we now know that the tires weren't even rotated like they said they were and she was actually going to charge me for it!!! They are also not very friendly. Other dealerships that we've taken our automobiles to for services, see customers waiting and will at least say good morning. There were workers walking through and didn't even say good morning. Well not to me and another black person but they did speak to others of the different race. These were people in the offices and it was just so uncomfortable and no way to make customers feel. This by far is the worst experience ever!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF POSSIBLE. Spend your money and trust your automobiles with more professional people!!! This place is absolutely horrible. I should have know better after we were looking to buy a 2018 Chevy Tahoe which was overpriced and the hatch didn't open all the way and the salesman said the owner said he wasn't going to put anymore money into the truck than he already had. NEVER AGAIN AND LESSON WELL LEARNED!!!

If ZERO STARS was an option, that would be my choice!!!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this dealership under ANY circumstance!!!! If I could give them back my vehicle so I could never do business with them again, I would!! Two weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for a recall. I did this online following the instructions on the postcard sent to my home from THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Upon arrival on 8/19/2023 (1.5 hours away) I am informed that the parts are unavailable to complete the service. The location opens at 8:00AM, yet they did not call or email to notify me before my arrival. They claim they did not have a phone number, which is a BOLD FACE LIE because I received a confirmation phone call from this location confirming my appointment. I have also received multiple text reminders and emails from them regarding this appointment. They have no care for their customers and have nothing to offer in return for the 3 hours of time I spent traveling to and from their dealership. This place of service IS A JOKE!!!!!
