Very professional shop, the entire crew is personable from the owner's to the technicians, repaired wiring in our motorhome for the radio which we thought we might have to replace. Make this your go to shop for electrical needs. Very reasonably priced

I've heard about how good this shop is, so I decided to stop by and get a quote on an amp and sub install for my 2020 CRV. After talking about needs and equipment with Chuck (owner), he sent me a detailed quote, later that day. I then agreed to come back, just four days later, for the install. He knows his stuff and is VERY knowledgeable.The overall service here is outstanding. Chuck leads by example and it shows in how his people interact with customers. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. From Michelle, that called me to setup the install date, to the installers (Levi and Nick) that took GREAT care of my vehicle; EVERYONE HERE is 100% TOP NOTCH.Before the install, they took the time to walk the vehicle over with me and discuss options for mounting the amp and bass knob. EVERYTHING came out SUPER clean and I couldn't ask for better. It all looks OEM and CLEAN, which is a HUGE deal for me.I'm SO excited about how it all came out and functions. Adding a quality subwoofer to my setup made a BIG difference. I will be sure to return for ALL my car audio needs in the future. This place is exactly as billed. 100% OUTSTANDING. SAFE AND SOUND! WOW! 5 STARS!

On a whim, I swung by this place today, because I was having issues with the sound of a new head unit that I had installed at another shop. The owner was very gracious and spent nearly 45 minutes in my truck helping me resolve the issue. There were some limitations of what could be done, but they greatly enhanced my listening experience and reduced my issue. I would highly recommend people go check out this place. They do great work!

Can't say enough good things about Chuck and Nick! Thank you for taking care of the lighting on the truck, custom audio work on the car and the outdoor stereo system. Highly recommend to anyone!

Huge thanks to Adam for the quality job done on my car. I took my car here and had some sound equipment installed. Normally I do all my own work because I am skeptical of shops working on my car; however, I have no worries with Safe and Sound. The final job resulted in an OEM look as far as where/how the wires were run and the quality of their work. I am very impressed.

Pulled up because of a flat tire. I had called for roadside assistance, but the staff offered to help and did a great job. I'll recommend this place to anyone since they care.

I have heard of their services and went in, I was having trouble with my Kenwood stereo in my Chevy Suburban, the associate came out and looked at my system, ask me if any other electrical issues and I said no. He explained that chevrolet was known for their electrical issues and that it probably the interface, so they replaced it and ensured the stereo was hooked up correctly, called me and said the issues are fixed, their honesty has gotten them a repeat costumer and I will definitely tell others to go there.Thanks

We wanted a remote system installed, and our auto shop recommended Safe and Sound. Called and walked thru what I needed, was given several options, picked one and set up a date for install. Everything went great, the staff is so pleasant and friendly, and made sure we understood everything about how the system worked. A really great job

You will not go wrong having the awesome group help with your audio system. From the quote to installation they were super friendly and easy to work with. I am very picky about my vehicle and they did an excellent job. The system has worked great for the past 10 months. You will get quality work from chuck and everyone at the shop.

Got two back-up cameras on my work trucks. The staff is very nice and polite. A young worker was dealing with boxes when I heard the store manager say "boxes wait, people don't!" It appears customers are priority one, and nobody was tinkering on cell phones.

Staff was extremely friendly and knew what they were doing. My wife was very happy to get her windows tinted and the quality of work was great. The process was simple and hassle free. I will be a return customer in the future and I highly recommend Safe & Sound to anybody looking for quality service and and exceptional work.

Great service, very knowledable. Owner provided multiple options at different price points, transparent and honest throughout the entire process. Was responsive to my email questions and provided advice timely. We encountered one minor issue with plastic clips holding about 60 days after install. We contacted safe and sound and they fixed it immediately. Very happy with our purchase and customer service experience. Would certainly recommend to others without hesitation.

If you want the job done right and professionally there is no better place. I don't know much about stereo systems so it's nice to feel comfortable about a purchase and install. Thanks for helping guys, I promise not to screw future installs for you by trying to install it myself first. Also thankyou for the Christmas decorations during the holidays, my daily commute at four am was brighter.

Had some surround sound wiring hidden under the house and through the walls, had a great experience. The guys showed up exactly when they said they would, were professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable in my opinion, they even finished for less than what was quoted. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Excellent job installing an aftermarket head unit, amp, and speakers in my car. Great prices and service. I went back to have a few minor changes (personal preferences). The technician was very accommodating.

Called to get an estimate to install some upgrades to my Camaro. Seems you will only get an estimate if you come in person (COVID!). Don't understand no response to an estimate request. Who turns down a 3K job?!Seems the owner doesn't get it based on the response he provided.I requested a quote to purchase and install equipment. I did not request a response to come to the shop and "Discuss" the installation. Thank you for being a place where car guys can "Discuss" getting their rides upgraded!

Great knowledgeable service!! Instead of a quick ,"We'll have to replace your whole system, ma'am," where I got another place, they checked out the effected speakers and found small plastic parts broken off and bouncing around in both to make the crackling noises. So glad I went here.

Place ain t bad. It is a little on the pricey side compared to surrounding audio stores. The specific job I was quoted here was $1000 cheaper at another audio store.
