It is rare to find a mechanic that you can really trust and feel confident in, but that is definitely the case with Chuck s. I am really thankful for Paul and the rest of the team, and glad I found them when we moved to the area several years ago. They always take great care of our vehicles, are super transparent about everything, and are never pushy. I recommend them to everyone!

Took car in to Chuck's Auto for state inspection and hub replacement.After looking at my car, they found both rear bearings were shot, and exhaust pipe was rusted through. They were upfront with what needed to be fixed, and the possibility of other potential repairs that they may discover. Excellent service and fair price.

We have only used Chuck's Auto since moving here 2 years ago. Every experience has been wonderful. They are very honest and helpful. Prices and work times are very fair and accurate. Between the service, the wonderful staff, and the adorable office doggies it's a painless experience when you're needing car repairs!

I truly don't understand all of the positive reviews. It must be the dogs in the lobby that bring them in. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I hadn't heard anything from the shop during the day so when I called at 4:45pm, 15 minutes before they close, I was informed my car was not touched and nothing was done to it. What a waste of my day and my time. In the past they have tried to sell me on things I know I did not need but they got the requested work done so I let it slip. With this last experience, I will not be returning. I suggest looking elsewhere.This second review is in response to the reply I received from the owner, as seen below.There was an instance I was told all 4 of my rims were bent and I needed all 4 replaced. Luckily, I am a smart enough woman about cars to not be taken advantage of in that instance. I got a second opinion and was told they were fine.Considering I work in the food industry, I am well aware of when things don t go according to plan. I also understand that there is a job to be done and you do anything you can to get it done. I guess you are unaware of a good work ethic.I wasn t aware on the day I had my vehicle scheduled for you only have 1 bay open and apparently 1 mechanic working that day. To push the work off a pregnant woman because you assume she is an adult and won t need her car for work or basic live needs, that offering to work on her car the following day, is not good enough.Someday when I grow up I guess I ll see that the world doesn t have the same work ethic as me.

They did some work on my car two months ago and the work was great and the prices were competitive. I even had tires which I usually get at Walmart but these were a really good deal. It's a family business and they take good care of their customers. Honest folks and good work. Highly recommend!

Just moved into area and utilized Google reviews to get our car serviced. Chuck's Auto Care definitely lived up to their high reviews. Service was quick and easy - enjoyed discussing recommended service intervals and the reasoning behind service requirements with Paul (Mgr./Owner). I will use Chuck's Auto Care for other family vehicle in the near future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've been to a lot of shops. This shop is different, it's more like family, as it is family owned. Prices are totally reasonable. They're personable, and don't forget the welcoming committee! Paul and his group are fantastic! Chuck's Auto Care was where I used to go when I used to live here. After relocating for a few years, I recently relocated back to the neighborhood. I visited Chuck's Auto Care, my reliable and trustworthy auto repair company, because my automobile needed some maintenance done. only to discover that their former location had changed. After visiting a few expensive auto shops, a buddy of mine recommended that I visit Chuck's. In the end, it was the shop that I had faith in, they had moved to a different location and I didn't�know.� I am glad I found them again!!!

I was looking for an alternative after the formerly great Airport Auto turned into a tragic shell of its former self.I m super glad to have been referred to Chuck s. They lived up to the high praise. Finally found a shop that can diagnose and repair, even when it involves dash work. Definitely saved myself over going to the dealer again as I had a good idea of what was wrong. Paul and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and were willing to deal with my extended warranty company to get my heat fixed.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Great auto shop! The people here are friendly and professional. The prices are fair and they don't try to upsell you or make you pay for services you don't need, unlike some other auto shops. The best part for me are the three adorable dogs who will greet you when you come in the door or keep you company while you wait. Highly recommend this place!

Paul and his team at Chuck s Auto are amazing. I found them two years ago when my check engine light came on and needed an auto mechanic. They have become my go to mechanics for my family s cars. The prices are always reasonable and their quotes are regularly spot on. Had a great first time experience! They did a good job explaining what they did with my vehicle. I asked to have my vehicle finished by a certain time and they delivered! The labor rate was higher than I was use to which is why I didn't give a 5 star.

I went to Chucks Auto because they do great work. Daughter had problems with alternator and her electrical. Brought the car in and he replaced the alternator and car running like new again.All done in one day!Thank you Chuck,EdServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Chuck's Auto has taken care of the wheel bearings on my Forester XT. The job was done well and in a timely manner. Best part, if you're semi-local they can hook you up with a ride to work while the vehicle is worked on.

Every experience I ve had at Chuck s has been top notch. I appreciate the fair, honest and detailed evaluation of my vehicle s condition and the pictures to point out faults is really helpful. I also appreciate the report of what is an urgent need and what issues could wait a little while to repair to help manage costs while still keeping my vehicles road legal. Paul has great customer service and explains everything clearly. You can t beat the value for service at Chuck s. We were traveling through town and had an issue with the skid plate. I called Chuck s Auto Care and they were able to take a look and quickly fix it. Paul and the team at Chuck's saved the day for me. I highly recommend them.I was visiting the area, and experienced a significant problem with my rear brakes. Someone recommended Chuck's, and I'm so glad that I found them. They gave me a quick diagnosis, a timely fix at a good price, and conveyed a complete sense of trustworthiness. Highly recommend Chuck's Auto Care! I reached out via email to schedule an oil change on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in during the tight window I provided the very next day. On arrival, I was greeted by a nice receptionist who quickly got to work processing my service. Within a few minutes, the mechanic pulled my car back. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Internet is available which was nice because I was able to do some work. They also offered to turn on the TV. They were kind to other customers as they arrived and even offered cold water to a customer who came in after working outside looking very hot. My car was finished within 30 minutes and the mechanic came out to tell me about the work. There's a 4% fee for all credit card charges, so the receptionist offered for me to go to an ATM and get cash to avoid it..very thoughtful. My car was clean when returned, no sign of anyone inside. I also asked them to rotate the tires if needed and they said all was fine, no need. Appreciate the honesty and impressed to find people who still do what's right instead of charging you for unnecessary work. I will be returning to Chuck's Auto Care to have my vehicle serviced!Service: Oil change

Paid several hundred dollars for leaking transmission oil identified by them as a bad transmission pan. Day after installed, I found oil leaking from new pan, brought it back, they "claim" its completely dry with no leaking oil. Same day, looked myself and there is transmission oil leaking from the pan and is still there 2 weeks later. Liars. Will take your time, money, and not fix your vehicle! Unfortunately, I have been there too many times and will not be returning.

Excellent service! Super friendly and great at explaining what things they did. Even though they couldn t fix my lift gate, they still took time to try and didn t charge me for their efforts. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any issues with my vehicles.

I went in for some routine maintenance (spark plug change, brake fluid change) and went home with a car that dies on me after a cold start. When I called back the immediate response was "it can't be anything we worked on". I took it back for them to look at and they couldn't duplicate (b/c they didn't try to duplicate it until 2:00 PM on a warm day, which isn't a cold start). So now, I am worse off than when I went in there.Also, one of the ladies in the front got snippy with me on the phone when I asked what they were doing to my car when all they were suppose to be doing was driving it with a scanner tool.Paul was kind and friendly, but I was put off by his immediate denial of responsibility. Maybe it is a coincidence but the better way to approach that would have been "bring it back and we will take a look and make sure we didn't mess something up and then try to figure it out from there.I always try to use small businesses and am disappointed by Chuck's customer service.

Reliable place to get car work done. I ve had two experiences with them, and both times I was impressed with the way they explained what was going on with my car. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
