WORST PLACE YOU COULD POSSIBLY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!! If you want to be ripped off, cheated, lied to and have your car kept forever while nothing gets fixed on it this is the place to bring it. If you want to be treated with disrespect and get an attitude from the bit**y and I mean that with a CAPITAL B office lady whenever you call to inquire when they are ever going to fix your car bring your vehicle to this dump! If you feel like paying for half the job upfront and they still don t fix your car this is the place to come. Now on the flip side, if you want anything else even remotely resembling a car repair of some sort, any other shop ANYWHERE would be a better option as opposed to this business (if you want to call it that). This place SUCKS and I can t stress that enough! I would almost guarantee any of their five star reviews had to come from friends and family members or paying someone to give them fake reviews online. Read all their bad reviews. They all sound about the same and say pretty much the same type of stuff. That says a lot right there. STAY AWAY, trust me on this. If you value your time, money, sanity and frustration of never getting your car back fixed while you already paid upfront steer clear. If this review keeps at least one other person from getting their money stolen from them it was worth my time I took to write it!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! PLEASE READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE. YOU WILL NOTICE THEY ALL SOUND ALMOST LIKE THE SAME TYPE OF EXPERIENCE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAD. I WISH I HAD READ THEM BEFORE BRINGING MY CAR THERE! These people (meaning Eric and his air headed wife/secretary) are the biggest crooks and dishonest people I ve dealt with EVER! How they are still in business amazes me! They want money up front to do work on your car and then let it sit in their parking lot/junkyard for weeks and never touch it. When I first talked to Eric he definitely had a forked tongue and having just enough knowledge of what things to say to get me to bring my highly collectible 40th anniversary ultra low miles vehicle in the door for a service. Upon pulling up to this shop, which is in the middle of nowhere, I immediately felt that this is not a place I would like to leave my vehicle. Nothing but junk cars parked everywhere and you can barely find a spot to pull in. I don t mean just a lot of cars, I literally mean junk cars parked everywhere. Vehicles with hoods missing, along with other body panels missing on some, flat and/or missing tires, etc. It truly looked like a junkyard. I Immediately wanted to drive my car out of there without even walking inside. The ONLY reason why I didn t is because he was referred to me by someone in the Ford dealership whom was obviously a friend of his trying to funnel business to him. The dealership claimed they could not work on my car because of the age and do not work on specialty vehicles which I thought was odd at the time because it was a stock Ford Shelby. Needless to say, I figured a recommendation from a Ford dealership, couldn t possibly leave me too far astray, boy was wrong. Looking back on it, it was Definitely a friend of his funneling business to him. There is no way a Ford dealership would ever recommend a hole in the wall garbage shop such as this In good conscience. At any rate, I was promised by Eric, the owner that my car would be kept inside the garage during the two days it was supposed to be there. It ended up turning into two weeks before I couldn t take it anymore and told them I was coming by to get my car since work had not been done on it. I would call just about every single day trying to get ERIC on the phone just to be told by his wife/secretary, that he was out to lunch, the next call would be he was out on a test drive, the next call would be he stepped out and would call me back, he was gone for the day, you name it, there was an excuse after another after another. Never received any phone calls back so I would have to call from another phone number so they didn t recognize my number and avoid it before I could get him on the phone. Each and every time he told me that he has been working on my car right along, but always had an excuse of why he hadn t finished it yet, but assured me it would be done the following day. I reiterated on several occasions that I wanted that car to be kept inside As opposed to their Junkyard outside. This was told. to both him as well as the useless secretary that answers the phone (whenever they choose to) assured me it would be. Without going into all of the major details of this terrible situation I can tell you this. My vehicle was never touched, did not have a single tool mark on any of the bolts And he had all intentions of stringing me along and keeping the money that I have given him upfront. When they finally realized I was beyond pissed and was coming from my car Eric was conveniently not there per usual. When I asked the secretary/wife, what happened with my vehicle and why was it not fixed, she said that she had no idea. That seems to be her favorite phrase that she doesn t know anything and is oblivious to the world around her, or at the very least the shop she works at. She has probably one of the rudist, unprofessional customer service (if you wanna call it that) person I have ever dealt with EVER! I never leave reviews online whether they re good or bad. So be AWARE, I would not bring your vehicle here!!!

Don't bring your vehicle here it's been damn near 2 and ahalf months since I dropped off my vehicle for a head gasket that normally takes 2 weeks at the most. The worst part is thr communication skills are horrible they never pick up or when they do the mechanic is out on lunch with a client or didn't come in its always and excuseService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They were referred to me by our local tow company, and wasn't disappointed. They were able to get my Jeep in and out pretty quickly, got me a quote the same day, and when something still wasn't right, they fixed it. Will be using them in the future.

Well unfortunately brought a pretty serious car to them hoping to have everything running and driving well by late summer, put 8,000 upfront for turbo kit and accessories, months went by, kept hearing the kit would be here any day or it s on back order it ll be soon heard there was supposed to be a tracking number and it ll be in a week, well long story short kit was never ordered. Took 6 months or my time, they sold my exhaust, headers, and mufflers without my constant, it was clear everything that was coming off the car was mine to keep. When I confronted them about this I was told oh it was just an old exhaust I didn t think anyone wanted it but it was good enough to be sold without my permission I guess. Took 2 weeks to get part of my 8,000 back, took another 2 weeks to get the rest of my refund back. Still technically 96$ short of what I was owed. 1 star review I don t like my money, car and time being messed with. The staff and owner is incredibly nice though, and I hear they do good work on some things but since my experience here I ve heard similar issues from multiple different people now.

Had my father's truck for over a year and lied each time about fixing it. When he got the truck back someone apparently had hit the truck and he never said a word about it. Parts are in the seats and in the hood laying everywhere. Owner is a liar and more importantly a racist. Do not bring your vehicle here because he will lie at every chance he gets and swear that's he is a Christian. Even local law enforcement knows Eric is a liar and a grifter.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wow, had to bring my car in for different issues 3 times over a couple weeks. I was a new customer but was treated like I had always gone there. They are famous for high end cars, I have a low end high milage car, 300K+, but they showed no discrimination. Each time when they called they gave me all the information I needed to where I didn't have to ask questions. A lot of garages are known not to be professional in the office but not here from what I have seen. The repairs totaled a lot but the pricing was better than I expected. I commute 4 to 8 hours a lot of days so my ride is may not be pretty but is extremely important, I don't want to be stuck out in the middle of no where. Thank you all

I had a transmission rebuilt by them about three months ago (witch was good turn around time and was happy with). I brought the truck back for an alignment and I had been noticing some slipping from the trans. The truck was there for about 2 1/2 weeks and called about every other day for updates. On a Thursday I called and the service writer said "they found a wiring problem in the tranmission harness, the tech was just finishing it up". Called him that Monday to make sure it was ready for pick up. Drove an hour and half to pick up the truck. I asked the same service writer to give me more info about the wiring problem and he said "I don't know where you heard that from, stop towing in overdrive with the tuner all the way up". Saying it like a abuse the truck and he doesn't know how I drive. But anyways warranty or not I was under the impression I was picking up a fixed truck, not to be talked to like a idiot. I hate to write a review like this.

long story short I dropped of my car and paid the deposit half of the job . 6 months latter I picked up my car untouched never moved not looked at . unprofessional and unmotivated good people nice attitude but as a place of business it's terrible .

Inexcusable! Unacceptable! Unprofessional! A man whose word is worth nothing. After almost $6000 work, and a verbal guarantee to stand behind the work, "as long as you own the vehicle," that has been proven to be a lie.After "bulletproofing" our F250 Diesel truck, turns out he did not machine the heads. Checked them with a "straight edge," which seems to be common practice for this shop, and simply replaced the head gasket, unmachined heads running 18:1 compression. After the head gasket started leaking, well, it's our fault, and he will take $2000 to repair them, AGAIN, CHECKING WITH A STRAIGHT EDGE! Completely unacceptable! Irresponsible! Untruthful! Unprofessional!Where I am from, a man is only as good as his word.(btw, a verbal agreement is legal in the state of Virginia))

He advertises that the diesel is the new hot rod & unlimited what can be done to a diesel, he's obviously listened to too many millennials. I called him, asked details on a diesel engine, all he finally said was yes, all we can do is more air in & more air out! Ain't that a crock.

This is the place to go for mechanics that are knowledgeable and truly professional. Car repairs can be expensive but I did not feel that I was over charged in the least. I know for a fact that this owner will stand behind his work.

High price paid $700 just to put in distributor... and broke down before month was up ...took car back to have them check distributor told them to call before doing anything to car they ran $200 bill just to put mass airflow on and didn't even call me too let me know before doing it

I have taken 2 vehicles to this shop for repairs: neither issue was resolved. They want to keep your vehicle for weeks or months while they misdiagnose the problem. I will never use this shop again in the future.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

exelent mechanic shop these people keep what they say I have a 85 corvette transmission went out on me, they fixit I was worrie because it went out again thinking about to pay again but these shop keep the promise about the warrantie job they will no charge no a dime thanks boys
