I couldn t have ask for a better experience. I did my application online, got approved, when in the same day and walked out with a new car. Betty was phenomenal the mechanics was awesome. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for a car. Make sure you ask for Betty. And I love my car!!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this place and we had the pleasure of being waited on by a beautiful young salesperson named Ms. Anveli. She gave us great customer service and the vehicle we purchased was priced just right! I would recommend Yes Auto to my family and friends!

This is the worst dealership I ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I purchased a vehicle from them at a price that was falsely advertised. It took my threatening legal action after 4 months of phone calls and being ignored to finally get the title for the vehicle. When I received the title it was not properly notarized and caused even more hassle. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Anyeli was super informative and patient with my situation! I had reached a road block with getting a new vehicle but they were able to work with me and Anyeli s ability to present different options was really appreciated :) I would definitely recommend Yes Auto - I walked out with a car in less than an hour and a half! Props to the whole team.

The general manager there does an outstanding job on making everyone feels welcome her partner in crime Jim goes beyond and above all expectations and needs to provide A+ service and I love the lady who speaks Spanish and translates everything with passion and ease there's one person who I feel likes to strong arm and scam there way to get deals or extra money but that's just my opinion

Hi, my name is Ron I went to yes auto sales looking for a Ford escape and they had one on lot I purchased it and I was very satisfied with how friendly they are. And amon goes out of his way to make sure that you drive away with car or SUV you were eyeing on lot..I would recommend yes auto sales to anyone.

Test driving there 2012 GMC Acadia denali.. car broke down on me in the middle off the street.. then going to have the to ask me if there was gas in the truck I pretty much waisted 45 mins of my day .. and the way they handle situation seems like it was normal for them ,not empathetic or sypmpatic at all!!!!

How about "no" auto. The name and what they say is a scam. Took them 2 days of me calling them to find my application. Then they said you need a cosigner. Even though the window display says bad credit, repo, etc...if I had a co signer I wouldn't be going to a used dealership. Bad communication bad customer service. Dont waist your time.

0 stars I only left 1 star because I had to. The young lady is right about them being the same people from Chamberlayne Auto Sales. Yes they will give you a car, almost any one you want. But there will be buyers remorse, BEWARE. Even if you are desperate DO NOT sign on the line. Ask for the carfax and they will do everything in their power not to get u one. Complete Rip Off

0 STARS ! 0 STARS ! No stars should be given! This is just sad. Oliver's brother, from Chamberlayne Auto Sale, has decided to SCAM people at a different car lot. The over-sized black man in the cheap ass commercial for Yes, Auto Sales is a scamming , rip-off, partner with Oliver who use to own Chamberlayne Auto Sales. Do your research on both of them and you definitely will not trust anything else he has to say. I have plenty of other people lined up that are pending lawsuits against all of them. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and these people.

this car place is 100 trash i took a friend may 26 2018 he talked to the salesman the day before he went to get a car he said he was approved for a 2013 kia but when were got they he said that he couldnt get that car then he said that he could get a lexus car or truck after hos credit was ran to get the kia we stayed at the dealership for 2 hours and got no car after the salesman said he was approved they are very unprofessional at the dealership the salesman is rude arrogant to the lady working in the office the salesman was more interested in getting a free pizza from Papa John than trying to help my friend get the car he was approved for.Not only that they didnt know who he was when he arrived they thought he was someone after we had a appointment they only have 13 cars on the lot. we looked at a Lexus truck the dashboard had alot of cracks in dashboard plus the car was dirty had no car info on the car mileage or price

I've never felt so disrespected in my life. Apparently your skin color depicts what sort of treatment you receive here. If you are an African American man or women, do yourself a favor and NEVER stop by here. This place clearly only wants to cater to a certain segment of the population. I overheard the "manager/owner" use a number of racial slurs when talking about his black customers. When I confronted them about it, they said that it slipped out, ya ok. When I called BS, they said"you probably don't qualify for anything anyway" My wife and I immediately left! Absolutely disgusting! Perhaps another NBC12 report needs to be made about these racist low lifes!

Got a vehicle from them didn't last no year haven't had the vehicle for a year yet and already broke down got to get a new vehicle tried to get it fixed and they won't do it and the owner is one of the biggest con artists ever

I only gave one star because I had to but please please please don t buy a car from yes auto it s a scam they tamper with the mileage and can pass a inspection regardless if your horn isn t working and they won t give you your full down deposit back don t go to the dealership NO AUTO SALES

Horrible experience bought a car through the in may 2019, it already has to have the motor replaced, they say they have quality used vehicles, what a joke!! Dont go here they're awful
