This is one of the cleanest truckstops I ve ever seen so far, well organized, small bathrooms, other than that pretty good place.

Super clean location but showers kinda small. Really nice theatre upstairs and nice laundry mat too. Great service just small room showers otherwise five stars

Came in this morning no coffee. The rude lady was on her phone. Bought a chocolate bar and never said anything and gave me wrong price. The whole time she was on her phone never look up. Truck parking is plenty most of the time lots of locals park here specially bobtail. Amzon near by. They need to address personal phone use while at work. Popeyes is pretty fast here and good food. Showers are fast but are extremely small showers. Parking lot needs help big time.

This TA truckstop is massive in size, and you will find space to park your truck almost all the time. The clerks are respectful, and hospitable. I have had decent experience with the mechanic shop also. As far as the restaurants are concerned, you will find Popeye s Kitchen and Pizza Hut, however, the Country Pride restaurant is closed. I wish they open it back, soon.

My recent encounter with the elderly white woman manning the fuel desk left me utterly dismayed. Her blatant display of racism and rudeness was not only offensive but completely unbecoming of someone in a customer-facing role. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited was downright disgraceful. It's imperative that management takes immediate action to rectify this situation by swiftly replacing her with an individual capable of upholding basic standards of decency and respect towards all patrons, regardless of their ethnicity.

I waited over 6 hours for my vehicle to be serviced only to be told by the evening mechanic that he wasn t trained to do alignments. Stayed at the station overnight because I was told the daytime guy who knew what he was doing would be in by 8am. He didn t arrive until after 9am and then alerted me they were unable to work on my vehicle at all. If I had been told that at any point in time I could have gone elsewhere. There were three confirmation phone calls leading up to today and two other calls day of. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Clean every where you go, kind workers , good upstairs driver's lounge, clean shower, good food, lots of parking spots, good gas and diesel prices.

Have amenities OTR driver need, clean facility. It s not perfect but at least they provide free parking! which not many truck stops now days. Keep it clean folks.

The mechanics technician needs more training. After waiting for 3 hours, I got called to go to the bay and the mechanics he didn't look at my problem and just told me that he had never changed the part before and he wasn't comfortable doing it. He never checked to see if my problem was for sure the part that I thought.Never again waist my time in that's shop.

With one truck in the shop the wait is 5 hours and this is not the first time same thing happened last week, the lady that work in the front desk took more than 30 minutes to print the paper for the person in-front of me because she was eating while typing his invoice and also stopped everything when she hears something on TV that interest her shame on TA management

Came here for an oil change and the front desk acts like she didn t understand what I was saying. Everyone their ignores you the whole time, they don t ask if you need help or ask if you need anything. Mechanics are rude and ignore you the entire time. Not worth stoping here! All beware of this place.

Nice and friendly staff. Showers are good and clean. Good and safe parking. We are recommending TA for truck drivers. The only thing that needs to be better is internet.

Very bad management and night shift security. If you order reservations parking still 3pm waking up you 2 security man to check your reserve tickets.Very rude management and security only fuel here and leave.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous!!! Almost 4 dollars for a mini Jimmy Dean biscuit?!!! People and staff were great but the prices are absolutely horrible! Won't be back at all

Been in this place the receptionist called Tribeca a lady with a very bad attitude she made me wait for couple hours and at the end she didn t do anything sh was so dramatic I think she needs some mental help or something.I don t recommend this place

Pretty awesome truck stop, pizza hut and another fast food chain open , restaurant was closed but plenty of parking and overnight as well hope this helps

If you don't have time to wait in line to get diesel, then look for another station because this one is the worst, just 3 pumps working .

3.5 stars really, here's why: nowhere is it explained to drivers that half of the parking lot is Reserved Parking Only (that's all spaces left of the pumps), and the other side (parking nearest the Blue Beacon) is $25 or 60 gal of fuel daily. Buying 200 gal of fuel on Day 1 does not cover you for 3 days. You need to split that up over the three days. Security, the fuel desk, and the main building are pretty cool with drivers regarding this, and each mentioned how confusing TA makes it to understand. Either way, it's $25 a day to park here regardless of which side you park at. Local cops will run your truck off if you're parked on the side streets at night. The shop is pretty useless. They couldn't understand how to change generator oil or maybe just didn't want to. Either way, the shop desk is useless unless you are a phone cuz that's all she pays attention to. The fitness room inside is a cardio room complete with one elliptical and one treadmill. No free weights like the Jessup, MD TA has. The grass around the parking has been tick-free, unlike the Orange County, NY TA. There is an enormous grassy field in the front that has a small dog park (for the little ones). The big dogs have the entire area to run around and unwind. Drivers: This is a place all drivers use. You may not mind living in a dirty home, but out here, please clean up the common areas you use. Not so much the dog poop than your business in the bathrooms. You don't appreciate added problems during your work shift, and neither do the folks that have to clean up your bathroom mess here. Or the next driver needing to use the facilities. Be human about it.

Great place to find cool items for your vehicle when traveling. Like an electric blanket and crock pot, coffee maker that plug into 12volt. Lots of neat stuff, pretty good food at Fudrukers & just stretch & take a break from driving.

It s a Truck stop what else can you really expect or want. Staff was friendly and they had what my co-driver and I needed for that time.
