This Shell Gas Station is out of receipt at the pump

This shell posts the price of gas w/ your shell membership on the sign..fine, whatever. So, put in my fuel rewards #, proceed to pay @ pump & am forced 2 go inside to pay - where the owner skips the rewards prompt and charges me full price for gas. (A few cents/gal. Not end of World but certainly a nuisance when I stopped in a 2nd time and it happened again. I won't be returning. Don't know if he has the pumps set to not take your cardsl or what, but it's certainly suspicious it occurred twice.

Highest priced fuel in Ashland and the owner will yell at you if you try to use the bathroom if you're not a customer. I stopped visiting this store when I watched the guy chase a gal out the door one day. I'm pretty sure Shells corporate office wouldn't be to pleased with how this guy treats people.

Great place! Snacks are always stocked and great selections. Bathroom facility for use. Separate ones at that. And very friendly staff, Riz the store manager is really nice and kind. I m a local. Tons of locals come here!

Dirty and inhospitable. Restrooms were for customers only, as the owner was quick to point out when I walked in with my young kids. It was filthy and there was no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. (He was "waiting for a delivery.") Thankfully, we are always prepared. Glad we were only topping off for gas instead of filling an empty tank. I recommend avoiding this place if possible.

I got $40 on my debit card and never received the gas. After 20 mins I m told the pump doesn t work. Next thing you know I still have the charge. They refused to give me my money back saying it ll fix itself. The owner or whoever he was had no idea how to fix it. Never get gas here.

Clean bathrooms! Grabed some gas and snacks for the road. The attendant was polite and was very aware of his surroundings. He knew my car and everything, even the state license plate. Asked if I was on vacation still or headed back home. The gas station pumps where full too! I barely went inside for 5 minutes or less. The fact that he was so observant made me feel safe.

I stopped with my two children to get gas and go to the bathroom here. Upon entry were told that gas counted as one purchase, but I had to make a purchase for each person who wanted to use the bathroom. I understand wanting people to buy gas if they use the facilities but that is absolutely ridiculous. I was very upset and decided to leave without getting gas or using the facilities. Instead I gave my business to the Exxon down the street.

horrible gas station, poor customer service. i wanted to buy lottery tickets and use their bathroom. their lottery machine was down. i asked if i could use their bathroom. they said for customers only. so i offered to buy a piece of candy. they said "it must be at least 5 dollar!". a customer is a customer and this is a chain shell, using the shell name! they mandate you have to spend at least $5 dollars to use their bathroom. similar thing happened at a starbucks in philadelphia not so long ago and it made national news! i'll never buy from this gas station again! they talk to you like your a dog! unbelievable a gas station like this using the Shell name. avoid this one!

Its ok. Advertise fresh food on the windows but once inside there was only the normal prepackaged junk food. All the grill items were gone and none of the warmers were even turned on. Gas prices were about normal.

I travel all over the country...stop in the cleanest rest stop and gas stations...nice people..these owners...no one allowed to use the restrooms even if you are a customer....I will bypass this place every time....prices are different from posted..need to be investigated...PLEASE AVOID go to next stop

Stop get sme gas and drink only had snacks to eat for the road nothing hot to enjoy and savor bit good spot to stop into if need gas or coffee when machines working

omg awfull I walked in and the cashier was asleep, he had cheese sause all over the front of his shirt from eating nachos and he treated me very rudely, I understand there is a crackhead motel right behind him, but really man have some respect and stop acting so racist! all I wanted was a 5 hour anergy shot and he acted like I was an infidelReally man wake up and do your job! don't waste your time on this place.

Very feisty employee working there with a attitude, do not know how to approach customer and knowing there is a Pandemic, the bathroom is disgusting, they should just put a sign saying the bathroom is close because we can't keep it clean instead of no toilet paper. Cochinas bit**es.

This gas station is not the easiest getting in and out to get gas. The traffic area is busy.

This is the best shell I've ever been to the lady running the register went out of her way to make sure we were happy .The restrooms and parking lot were clean also

Super friendly attendant. She was chiller, helpful and upbeat. Nicest attendant I ve ever had in a gas station

Pump did not accept credit card. Had to pay inside. Good service inside from the attendant.

This Shell has one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen at a gas station. The gas is inexpensive and the staff is super nice.

Very clean pitstop that offers restrooms,diesel/gas options,and hot food options. Things are alittle pricey at this location but overall a great stop.

Only down side is sometimes they have out of order pumps. Also they are on a corner and it is a tight parking/driving area.
