Services just needs to be honest.I scheduled an oil change got there early and went to waiting room. At a hour in I went to check on the progress and I was told it be right up and he was surprised no one got me. 40 minutes later it was told it was almost done and that there was a recall they were taking care of.First off I know I know the importance of getting recalls taken care of and I would have been okay with it if I was told before hand so I could change my plans to wait at shop to arranging a ride to work. But the biggest issue is being lie to about the progress he know about the recall when I came up at the hour mark.

Easy, quick, oil change.This is new to me since I've always done my own light maintenance. Too much on these new cars for a "shade tree mechanic". Gone are the days of laying over the fender with a cigarette hanging from your lips! LOLAlso, Lisa is a great sales rep, has helped numerous times since we purchased our Edge in March. Worse cuatomer service ever. Called because we received a recall. First person i talked to was super helpful and nice....had to call back after they left a message and was told there was no recall as I sat and looked at the paper in the mail, the woman i spoke with was super short and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. After she checked something she says oh I found it. Drove an hour dropped truck off at 3 the day before it was supposed to be serviced and they accepted the keys and told us it was scheduled for 9:30 the next morning. At 5 that same evening I got a call from Megan informing me that they dont have enough technicians to do the job tomorrow. So i asked her why they did not inform us of that when we dropped the truck off hours ago. She caught a complete attitude with me and was like we will just figure a way to get it done. Bad customer service and in will never go here for service or to buy a vehicle

I've taken my truck there three times now and every time they NEVER complete the services I request. They either don't have the part or just seems to ignore and want me to bring my truck back. This last service was a complete brake service to include rotors replacement if need to. I made that clear when I made the appt online and wrote it on the envelope when I dropped it off. Guess what, picked up my truck and they had replaced the brake pads but "highly recommended" changing.the rotors. Why didn't you do it like I asked you to? Very disappointed, with my job is hard to take the time to do this type of stuff so when I getnmyntruck serviced I like to do everything I can at once.

I love my new truck!! Lisa was a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to get me my new ride. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. I'm happy to finally be a part of the Ford family!!!

Purchased the Oil Change for life package when we bought our '12 Explorer. They seem to like to upsell you into things you don't need when you take it in for an oil change. A year ago they told us we needed new brakes 3 months after they just did them. This time it was $175 for new spark plugs. I didn't trust them after our recent troubles. I took it to a mechanic we like (Aarro Transmission in Short Pump) and they pulled the CarFax and saw that Sheehy Ashland did new plugs less than 16,000 miles ago. Needless to say, we didn't need new spark plugs. GET A SECOND OPINION as they try to service your car for things it does not need. Also, if you get your oil changed there, plan on dropping your car off because, even with an appointment, it's at least a two hour wait.Service: Oil change

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Called multiple times and was never able to speak to a service manager or anyone with knowledge of what was being done to my wife's car. Better to deal with another local dealer.

I was a little upset after bringing my car in for oil change after everything was done they told me that I need to pay I was told that it was done for life then I found out the VIP had expired but I know when they put my VIN number in that computer it had to come up there and say that is expired be at least they could have notified me that I needed to pay I think that was very poor customer service and if I would have had all those filters change like they were trying to do it would have been way more money that I wanted to spend that would look real bad
