This is my second purchase from this dealership in the last 9 months. During both transactions I was helped and advised by Internet Manager Chris Anderson. I have been impressed by his attention to detail and his ability to listen. In both cases he has taken the time to find me the perfect vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I specifically visited the dealership the second time around so I could work with Chris again. I appreciate all he's done to help me and when needed in the future I will seek him out again.

Nour, Justin, Louis, and Tony were phenomenal. Nour was my Sales associate and did everything she could to make sure that everything went right even when I had a wheel swap issue. The team at Sheehy Ford Ashland were nothing short of excellent. The communication was constant but not annoying as we tried to get a deal done over a couple days. When the deal did go on it took a matter of minutes to get it done and I feel confident with my cars valuation and trade in value towards my new car. I highly recommend all of the people I mentioned above because they will treat you right and make sure your best interested are looked after. Thank you all!

Extremely disappointed with them over the sale of a used car to my senior (in their 80's) parents. Car burned 2 quarts of oil in 900 miles and was still "under warranty". They said 2 quarts of oil per 1000 miles was perfectly normal. They told him they'd buy it back for $3,000 less than he paid for it 29 days prior. Not one of the people that run the place would put their family in a car that burns 6 quarts of oil in 3,000 miles and tell then "it's fine".It appears that the "warranty" they offer leaves them as the sole decision maker in the matter. Not one mechanic in the building would tell you that 2 quarts of oil per 1000 miles is acceptable, yet, they deemed it as so, and sent him down the road. Shame because he was a loyal customer.The right thing to do would to either get the engine fixed so it doesn't burn 2 quarts per 1000 miles or give him a full refund. Had he known about the issue up front, he certainly wouldn't have bought the car.No one in management seems to care or wants to make it right.Think twice before buying a used car from them. They do not stand behind their products or their warranty.

I visited the service department to schedule some recall appointments and Olivia, the Remote Service Coordinator, suggested that their mobile technician, Charlie, could take care of those at my work location so I wouldn t need to come back to their shop for the appointments. They were able to come out on Black Friday and, to accommodate my schedule, even offered other early morning or early evening times as alternate options. Loved, loved, loved the option of having the work done at my place! It was super convenient. Olivia s communication was top notch! Charlie was on time, efficient, friendly and informative! I will definitely use Sheehy Ford of Ashland again for service and keep them in mind when it s time for another new vehicle.

Chris Anderson took complete care of us buying a 2021 Jeep Rubicon. He answered all of our questions, took photos and videos of the Jeep to help us see exactly how great the Jeep was. We are 3.5 hours away from the dealership and Chris was phenomenal in remotely showing us how spectacular this Jeep is.He even sent us pictures of the undercarriage when the Jeep was on the lift being inspected. Since we were the first ones to inquire about the Jeep Chris was extremely fair and ethical by continuing to work with us even though there were numerous other people interested. Chris even offered to pick us up at the train station if needed and offered to return our rental car. Eric made securing a loan and filling out the required paperwork extremely easy, seamless and painless. Most of the work was done remotely and we barely spent an hour at the dealership picking up the Jeep. Chris was extremely helpful with providing directions for us to get back home safely and avoiding the Washington DC traffic on I95.We had a great experience working with the Sheehy Ford dealership.

The worst auto dealership in my 50 years if new car dealers. Every time it has to go back. Warranty work does not want to be done. They want to lie about what is a well known common problem. Act like they never have seen problem before .when personal experience with them and problems is indisputable. State inspectors at dealership failed to remove the yearly sticker which is first thing on the list to do. They lose trim clips and when you show them. They replace with wrong ones and color. They lose wheel lock key. The list is endless. Battery under warranty leaks acid around positive post. Eats up the clamp. They deny it is a problem. Clamp needed to be replaced . Part of an entire harness. The service manager said I would not be happy with their work if they did replace harness. Cracked 3rd brake light was taking in water. They said it was designed that way and just condensation. When it started taking in leaves . They acknowledged it was not just condensation. Everything is a battle . Total incompetence.

This place rocks! I just bought my 2nd vehicle from Sheehy Ford and worked with Chris Anderson and Sherry Sandlin both times. They were patient, cared so much for our best interests, and worked hard to make sure we were happy with our choice to purchase both vehicles. After our first purchase with them, buying our brand new car, we decided we would no longer go to any other dealer outside of this specific dealership and location because we trusted them to take good care of us. They worked fast and efficiently after finding a vehicle at another dealership in another state. With Vincent, the manager of the Ashland location, ALL 3 diligently worked to get the vehicle transferred to them and detailed and performed an additional inspection so that WE WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase!!! We will not go anywhere else, and we highly encourage you to visit the Ashland Sheehy Ford dealership. We look forward to working with Sherry, Chris, and Vincent. They rock, and we are so excited and confident about our purchase. If I could give them more stars, I would! They were fast and efficient, ensured our trade-in went smoothly, and their financing was great!

Greetings Viewers,If you anyone is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I strongly recommend going with Ray Edgell from Sheehy Ford of Ashland. I couldn t be happier with my experience in purchasing my brand new F-150 Power Boost! Ray is very knowledgeable of all Ford products and WILL NOT try and get over on his clients, nor take advantage of YOU or try and talk you into purchasing anything that you are not comfortable with purchasing or even viewing! He is straight forward from the jump and honest. I can honestly say this was the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Also, shout to Antonio in finance as well, who is another stand up gentleman of Sheehy Ford of Ashland!

I went to Sheehy in Ashland to look at a new Ford Maverick. The sales representative was professional and caring. She even arranged for me to take the car home for the night. I knew this was probably the vehicle i was going to buy. Unfortunately id missed the other sticker - market value adjustment. They added $3500 to the price because the Mavrick is selling well. I had done my research and been in contact with a number of car dealers and online pricing.and didnt see any other secondary stickers jacking up the price $3500 above the MSRP. I remember the days of extras like dealer prep on sticker prices but market value adjustments? O well time to look at one of my back ups.

I had been in the process of purchasing a Mach-E for a while now. Out of all the salesman I ve met with, Justin Waggoner made the process extremely smooth. During my first experience with the service department, Brad provided fantastic communication and Chris and his team of techs did excellent work. While the location was pretty far from home, it is worth the drive because I can trust the team to be honest and very knowledgeable. Their actions demonstrate that they care about their customers and vehicles.

My wife and I bought our vehicle from Sheehy back in 2018. We added VIP and extended warranty coverage to100,000 miles. Sheehy has performed all of the work on this vehicle. Yesterday they let me know that a tire rotation would not be available because the lug nuts had swollen and recommended new lug nuts. In speaking with Olivia and Meagan, who were very helpful, they explained that this is a common occurrence and I reluctantly agreed to the lug nut replacement. Our vehicle is now good to go.Shame on Ford Motor Company for putting dealers in an uncomfortable and unfair position to have to tell loyal customers that services cannot be completed because of a known issue as trivial as lug nuts and not cover it under warranty.

I recently purchased a 2015 F250 SD from an out-of-state, non-Ford dealer, and brought it to Sheehy for it's first preventative maintenance service.Moe, Kayla, and the entire team were great to work with.Quick, efficient, welcoming and surprisingly reasonably priced.I rarely use dealership service departments, but will not hesitate to bring my truck back to Sheehy if I need work done.

Chris Anderson and Megan Stalls were absolutely the best I've ever dealt with in the purchase of a new vehicle. Never pushy, always available to answer any questions and I never felt rushed or pressured to either purchase the vehicle and/or any additional accessories. From start to finish their professionalism was great; and yes, I did up up purchasing an F150XLT. As I continue to learn about all the great options on the vehicle Chris has still made himself available to answer my questions. First rate people and dealership and I'd highly recommend.

Olivia with service is amazing! She got me scheduled with a MOBILE oil change within 2 days! The best part is that Charlie came to my house & changed the oil in my driveway. I had a 2 hour window and he even showed up 30 minutes before with a heads up text message!! What excellent service from this duo. Couldn t rave about them enough!

I opted for the free Mobile Service being offered by Sheehy Ford of Ashland for my oil change and the service was amazing! Charlie, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Charlie left my car exactly the way he found it and made it as stress free as possible for me! I will absolutely recommend mobile service to family and friends!

Loved the convenience of pick up and delivery of my vehicle. VIP service for my oil change and inspection was terrific. The prices for the brakes were a little little bit high, but I m willing to pay the convenience factor of having all the work done at one place at one time. Staff was super friendlyand helpful

This was my 2nd EV purchase, but my first Ford. I was looking for a more comfortable ride than my Hyundai Ioniq 5, and set my sights on the Mustang Mach-E. I saw that the local Sheehy dealership had a model that met my criteria, so I dropped by for a test ride. Justin Robbins met with me, and off we went. After a typical test ride, he suggested that I take it home for the night(!). I've never had a dealer suggest this, and I took him up on it. Needless to say, the next day we sealed the deal. Justin was great to work with, as was the entire team at Sheehy. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford of Ashland if you're looking for an EV car or truck. (I'm sure their ICE lineup is also very nice).

Horrible. Purchased a car that needed to get inspected prior to taking it home. Understand there was an issue with a small part coming in, but as soon as the weekend hit, our sales person and everyone who we had contact with stopped answering. Called the front desk who had no clue what I was talking about and when I asked for a manager, he refused to talk to me. Very disappointed and will not ever purchase from this dealer again.
