Rush had our truck impounded while it was in their possession without notifying us. They offered to assist in selling our truck. Without saying anything, they impounded it and racked up a $23,000+ STORAGE fee for us to get it off the lot. (The truck is worth about $19-22k when it was working)To make matters worse, this was all while we were on the tail end of a 2 year process of buying a brand new truck from Rush. We communicated regularly. The day I picked up our new truck, our old truck was parked right next to it. Nothing was said about it being impounded a week or so later. In fact, I was told there was someone coming to look at the truck that week to potentially purchase it. I spoke with the regional manager ROB MULHOLLAND and he blamed the tow company that brought the truck to them for the lack of communication to us even though our company and contact information was on the initial service ticket quote. On the phone he said he would get everything squared away and get the storage fee wiped because they do tons of business with ANYTIME TOWING. Never heard back from him and my emails and calls are going unanswered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and very bad business. STAY AWAY

Hello I will start by saying THANK YOU to everyone in the service department. From the front desk to the managers and especially the technicians who worked tirelessly to figure out the problem with my truck. It took awhile for this electrical problem to be resolved but in the 11th hour T@3%#s did his thang :) . Also would like to thank my salesperson Clay for helping and just being there to hear my problems. And to anyone reading this comment in the Richmond area , DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO LEETE!!!!

I have to give a huge shout out to Heath Parrish, Gordon Whittaker, Tom Smart and the rest of the personal in the parts department, the fastest service around and I can promise you if they don't have what your looking for in-stock they will go above and beyond to find it. I have absolutely no complaints when dealing with this business and would not change anything about it. They have definitely earned and deserve 5 stars.

It's a little obnoxious that their hours say that parts and service is open till midnight yet here I am showing up at 9 and there's nobody here and the gates are closed, it would be really nice if they would update their hours

I am an individual with a small bus that has issues and I was able to get information on getting going which is (from my experience rare) very rare so I d go to this location if needed. Thanks to the guy helping me over the phone that guys name is Allen. He is an amazing truthful person that watches out and goes above and beyond to help the customer.Need help? Ask for Allen In service.If drive 500 miles or tow/transport my vehicle pretty far just to get help from Allen.

We have brought several of our trucks here for repair over the past five years. Every time there is a huge repair estimate. Most recently we were told our truck needed a new transmission and got an estimate of $17k. We took it down the street for a second opinion and it was just a faulty harness - $1700 total repair. This happens every time we go to Rush. The mechanics at Rush are either incompetent or crooks. Either way I would recommend you stay away!

I should have listened to Google reviews. This place charged me $500 + dollars to move my in operable truck into there mechanics garage when the truck is already in there lot. Smh, they also didn't want to honor my warranty for my part saying that it was missing a bolt from the previous installment. Then tried to over charge me by $2000 for the part. I paid $3127 for the Navistar turbo through a Pennsylvania international truck dealer. And this thief Rush truck tried to charge me $5000 smh. My total bill was going to be $11000 plus . I told them No thank you and picked up my truck and brought it somewhere else. They charged me $970 for diagnostic fees. Owner operators do not go to this place

This worst place you can bring your truck paid $1800 fir a service only to find out the device was NEVER DONE TONY IS THE BODY SHOP IS UNPROFESSIONAL!

first time leaving a bad review on google but could not be more disatisfied as a customer, had a week off from work, dropped my truck off at this shop with small list of maintenance work and repairs, they assured me over the phone before I dropped it off that the week I left it with them was enough time to take care of repairs, came back 9 days later and nothing was fixed on truck except for a minor repair. Ive been on the road for 8 years and routinely leave my truck at international dealers when we get some down time and have always had repairs and maintenance completed, this was the first time that nothing was fixed on it, complete waste of valuable time, we work 6 to 7 days a week and cant afford to drop off truck when we are back from down time. customer service is awful, staff in service department is rude. wish they would have just been honest with me when I called so that I could have taken it to another shop. never again.

After numerous times taking my international lone star to them to fix the ac, they charged me for a charge air cooler that they said had a hole in it. See they are the dealer in the area where I live. Their communication skills between each other, and with the customer are child like. They can not communicate what is going on. Either that or they are just crooks. My ac worked for five miles and the charge air cooler wasn t replaced. But they charged me 2000 dollars for the cooler and the labor. They are incompetent at best. Crooks at the worst. Stay away.

DON T BUY A TRUCK FROM HERE. They had me drive out my way from South Carolina (4 HOUR DRIVE !!!) For a truck that wasn t even operable. The salesman clay lied and told me the truck was thoroughly serviced and had no problems. The truck was a rust bucket with leaking oil and coolant. The check engine and voltage meter light both appeared on the dash. We took the truck on a test drive (Salesman was driving) and had to turn around because the truck wasn t safe for the road. No apologies/directories or anything we re made. Just a waste of money (Gas) and time.

Sent our day cab in for accident damage 45K worth of repairs and went to pick it up and noticed a new DOT inspection and also noticed 2 bad rear brake chambers , I have no idea how it would pass inspection like that so I leave it to be fixed and another 4.2 grand later , the truck had ABS lights on and check engine lights previously which they listed they fixed it on the invoice. 20 minutes after leaving the shop engine light comes on. It seems very difficult to find an honest repair shop nowadays.

This place is horrible, how do you not know how to trouble shoot a unit that you sell on your lot.. this place has had one of our units for (17) days only for us to find out that they don't actually know how to work on nor trouble shoot this unit, for that I would definitely give this place zero stars if I could!!!!!!! Beware read their reviews, I didn't and it cost me thousands of dollars, I took this vehicle to this place because I called ahead and was told that they have a slew of certified techs who specialize in these international trucks and buses, never again,

DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE!!!!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE!!!!!I brought my truck here for a "simple" diagnostic Tuesday 7AM was told "sure we'll be able to look at it today" Wednesday I got the whole "as soon as we can" speech. Thursday I got the "we're looking at it now". Now here we are.... Friday. If you value your time go elsewhere. Trucks don't make money in the bay and waiting a week for service... It happens but please please please don't tell me you can look at it on Tuesday and get my hopes up. Absolutely pathetic service

My truck left at rush truck to clean PDF, oil leak, and AC issue 07/3/2022They done trash work on my truckNone of this requests has been done no AC DPF SENSOR STILL ON AND STILL LEAKING AND THE CHARGED ME $12000My truck has been in and out and still my truck not working

We take our trucks there once a year to see if service has gotten any better. I thought it had when they were able to replace an EGR cooler over a weekend. We took another truck to have oil pump replaced and A.C. repaired. The repairs where done after several phone calls to different service writers. Unfortunately, they noted several oil leaks on the test drive, which I also requested to be addressed IN writing when I dropped the truck off. These leaks where not addressed . So now I have to take our truck to another repair facility to have those repairs completed. I would suggest if you have to take your truck to Rush you will have to do ALL the communication as they don't seem to be able to communicate with their customers.

Being and owner operator went to rush for truck parts a couple weeks ago, went in the following monday to pick up dealer item parts order was cancelled and deleted... with no record on my account. So i go to the company im leased with to get the dealer parts i needed, they magically had the part on the shelf... these people are out for the big guys and to screw the small guys. So i got the parts at a cheaper price and the same day. They try to monopolize on maintenance by screwing the small guys forcing them to bring trucks in for simple maintenance tasks. Will not go to this rush unless i have 0 choice. The international tech reps are good.

A very positive experience, had some damage to our RV ( R/R corner), they got us in and repaired within 5 days. You can't tell there was ever any damage.

The worst I have had to deal with in 30 years of Trucking...No respect for an O/O went in on Friday afternoon for minor repairs Temperature sensor and fuel tank straps 7 day later not ready . Not only the cost of repairs but lost revenue. I will not go back there if at all possible.

Took yo service my truck for brake module they replace it drop about a week they told me will take about a day took a full week and then after I paid A LOT OF MONEY, I Drove from richmond va to San antonio texas and after 2 day the we took out from service I have NOW THE SAME EXACTLY ISSUE, BRAKE MODULE alarm So I dint understand why if you paid to repair and approved to charge you extra xXxX now the same issue nooo way.I will not take my truck never again to this place anymore and hoping the will take care this issues in Texas without paying anything for this....since the we paid for the same issues....

The sevice has been horrible. We have a truck there for 3 months!!!! Another truck needed AC compressor and been there for a month! And another truck is there for 3 weeks for a brake chamber!!! Its unbelievable. Go somewhere else and dont waste your time.

They have had my truck for 4 days, and have not ordered my part. I personally ordered my part a day before I dropped my truck. Mr Ferguson dropped the ball. Oh yeah, the part I needed was in Fredericksburg. 2 of them. I LIVE IN FREDRICKSBURG.Really disappointed and aggrevated because of missed revenue. No respect for trucking BUISINESS what so ever. NEVER AGAIN. To management: remind your employees that we make our living with our trucks, and have to our job to get paid, and pay for the services that we come to you for that is not cheap. The past 3 months ive spent of 13k with Rush truck centers. They dont value that.

Don t take your truck there. Put truck in the for a clutch and charge my ac. A month later they call me say my truck done with $3,000 more of stuff they said they fun. Then when I get there my truck won t start. And I have a bad air leak

Horrible customer service they did not fix the issue. They charge me and didn t fix the problem had me waiting for two hours told me we can get in and out if you just come back not true a lie. I will never come back here again terrible service.

Parts department is lacking Qualified Personnel. I made two trips to complete one order. Unfortunately I had to pay Next Day shipping because of Rush's mistake.
