Slow oil change service and appointment does not get you through the process any easier or faster. VIP customers are no better treated or provided for the the average JOE. Used to provide separate lounge with TV, bottled water , snacks and less crowded lounge. No longer treated as valued customer. :(

Dropped truck off at 10 o clock in the morning and they asked when I would be back to pick it up told them around 2-3ish came in at 3 truck wasn t ready and hasn t been worked on yet they said it would be done by 4 so with living 30 mins away we decided to wait then called at 3:55 stating the truck was ready came up to the counter and it wasn t waited another 25 mins for them to finally finish the truck. What s the point of making an appointment at 10 to have the truck serviced if you re gonna let it set on the lot all day until o show up to pick it up and then decide to do work on it poor job on this quick lane .Service: Oil change

Used to have the best top rated ford mechanics in the state. Due to lack of pay, lack of life outside of work and Sheehys management tactics, it has all gone down hill. Free oils change for life but I service my ford elsewhere and pay for it my self because time is money and nobody has free time to sit in a dealership for 5 hours while you change my oil and find other things to pick at and make my invoice higher. But atleast I got vip bucks. Never mind y all took those from me too. Love ford, but will have to try Richmond ford next. For the record, I loved sheehy, it was the quick lane that pushed me away.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

They only get the one star because they did actually change my oil. Every time i have my oil changed there it takes two hours. So when I made the appointment I asked what is the slowest time of day so I don't have to wait so long. I was told to make a 7:30 am appointment and I would be the first one of the day. I arrive at 7:25 to a waiting room of people already ahead of me. My car isn't looked at until 9:00 so I don't get out until 9:30. What is the point of making an appointment if they won't look at your car at the appointed time? I think it's time to go back to Grease Monkey. It takes a third of the time and they vacuum my car.

Meghan Johnson has been very helpful for my many vehicle repairs and servicings for several years now, since Meghan's arrival in the Quick Lane, and continuing as the manager now. Critical need for me has always been the transportation to and from my work, without getting stranded at work at the end of my workday. Meghan comes up with good solutions!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Battery, Oil change

Service is steadily going down hill here unfortunately. Even when setting up appointments, sometimes the vehicle is not ready in a timely manner (or even on the correct day in my case). Diagnostics suggested extensively expensive repairs for a radio that cuts out- Found a loose cable after researching this issue online

Any work that needs to be done has been exceptional but dont get an oil change. There is no point in making an appointment! I am going on an hour and a half with no updates. I thought my last 2 hour+ oil change here was because it was busy. Not coming back.

I took my truck to them as soon as I bought it. With a blank check asking them to go over it head to toe. There was some steering issues that I wanted corrected along with some other issues. The check engine light had been on but when I dropped it off it was off yet they somehow found a sensor they said was bad. Yet now my check engine light is back on for e.g.r. The communication is terrible. I can't speak for anyone else but I want to talk to someone on the phone when I'm paying for a service like this. They send texts telling me things they found and asking for the go ahead to fix it. The truck pulls hard to the left and after being assured by the g.m. that there were little adjustments they could make to get it run straight I was told the alignment machine said it was straight and there wasn't anything else they could do. I waited a couple weeks to write this review because I found the day after I picked my truck up that the front passenger tire had 13 p.s.i. and all 3 other tires had 30. There is no leak I've monitored it since I found it low. How can you get a true alignment if you haven't made sure the air pressure is the same in both front tires. I mean I couldn't believe it when I found it. I had a run in with the service manager about the alignment before I knew about the air pressure and instead of saying they would try to figure it out he told me " my truck had Mickie mouse work done to the steering system" yet I had already paid them to put all these parts on new so what should that have to do with anything. I paid to have my truck drive straight and instead it's pulling hard to the left they also told me it was pulling depending on the road I was on. Seriously I'm not stupid. The truck is pulling hard after it's been on the alignment machine twice with the two front tires being 15 p.s.i. different from each other. I feel like I got played with this and the check engine light. I gave them a blank check and told them whatever they found I wanted to right and I feel like they just rushed it out and didn't really go over the whole truck. I mean I know you can't get a true alignment if both tires don't have the same p.s.i. my wife and I work hard for our money and we can't afford to just give it away. The experience was horrible. Communication is terrible. Truck isn't right and wasn't done when they said. Service manager talked to me like I was stupid and I didn't know anything. G.M. told me he was going to follow up on my truck when he asked me to bring it back but I don't feel like he did. I mean checking air pressure is simple. I have a check list that I paid for and it has a check next to tires and pressure. I tried to write a review on the quick lane site twice yet for some mysterious reason after I checked strongly disagree with everything and wrote my review it mysteriously disappeared when I pressed next. Imagine that. I don't know what to do moving forward my truck isn't right yet they have there money so I guess I'm just stuck. I wouldn't recommend anyone here unless you like texting and not really knowing what there doing to your vehicle.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Slow service for having an appointment. Been here more than 40 minutes for an oil change. That's what you get when a car dealership offers "free" oil changes with new car purchase. They really screw you over with no respect of your time

There for oil change & maintenance check. They told me on checkout the battery terminal was corroded. I asked if they cleaned & they did not. A simple process but not done. I cleaned it up myself.

Not always great communication. Cleaning done on my van was sub-par. Good place for an oil change though.

Horrible customer service. Customers always complaining about things being broken on cars and their cars not being fixed properly.
