I spent a couple of weeks online looking for the truck I wanted. I found this dealership on GMC website. I have to say hands down the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Mike Gordon was so accommodating and accessible. We literally had the deal done via text in about 30 minutes to an hour and two days later he drove the truck me and picked up my trade and drove it back. Unbelievable service and Mr Gordon absolutely rocks. So nice to have good people to work with without fear of being screwed over!!!

Awful experience. After paid to have vehicle repaired, vehicle was returned to me with grease/oil all over driver and passenger seat, glovebox and console. Before I even got in the vehicle, I noticed something was not right about the console and glove box, which is area had to be taken up for the repair. They insisted that is how it was supposed to look, and nothing was wrong. Upon my insistence, they took it back and 2 hours later finally admitted they broke my console. Service manager, Mason, was not easy to deal with as didn't return message left him and wanted to say that the scratches were already on glovebox when I brought it there. Not the first time that I took vehicle, and they messed up and I had to go back but will be the last time.

Travis and the tech were great to work with. I made the appointment online and arrived just before the scheduled time. They took my truck back on time and completed the scheduled work quickly. While performing the inspection, they found an issue, showed it to me and made the repairs. All was at a fair price. Great experience overall.

i had appointment, but i did not get seem for an hour later. i bought my truck three months.ago. the dealer said the truck was good. when i bought. I BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS with thetruck from day one. they said the truck needed a new battery. that i was charge for. my red gmc canyon 2017 is full of problems. that i a senior paid cash for NO ONE CARES

My Yukon wouldn t start earlier this week while I was at Kroger, and I happen to run into Leroy, a mechanic from Patrick. We had just had the battery tested somewhere else and they told us it was fine. Leroy helped me get it started and told me a few things about newer model cars and batteries. I took the Yukon up to Patrick and Leroy took care of battery and oil change since it was dry. Great customer service and friendly place. They really took care of me and I will be back.

I've been to multiple GMC dealers around town, and disappointed in their service. More than once I had to take back because they hadn't fixed the problem. Plus not always pleasant. Patrick is like a breath of fresh air. Very hometown as is the rest of Ashland - COTU. And the most friendly people to work with. Thank you Patrick!!!

Apparently something is rotten in Ashland, as I recently paid over $700 only to still have the same issues with my vehicle. Rather than be transparent, accountable, or honest, the Service staff waited until end of business day to leave a message, simply to tell me they refused to fix the issue and to basically visit another dealer. After a decade of loyalty it just goes to show that you can't trust anyone these days.

The inventory was great, I had plenty of new and used models to choose from. The sales person was very knowledgeable and explained all the new technology very thoroughly. I feel I received a very generous trade-in for my vehicle and was very pleased with the financing provided. I don't believe I could have had a better experience! Thank you!

The cost of a routine service scheduled increased by 75% without legitimate explanation. I was not kept informed or updated of the status of the work conducted, i.e. notified 30 minutes before closing. I asked for retention of used parts, they left old diesel fuel filters in the truck cabin overnight. My service technician did not evaluate a warranty item as requested. I've utilized Patrick Buick-GMC frequently over the years based on positive experiences, clearly things have changed. I actually pass at least 3 other Chevrolet or GMC Dealers on my way to give business to this dealer. I will be trying someone new out in the future and saving myself the time and headache.

The car I really, really wanted was found & before purchasing it, it was brought to me at my job so I could test drive it. The service is extremely good and fast. This is the first time I've ever gone on a car lot to purchase a car and I'm glad I did. I'm so thankful & grateful for Ronnie, Billy, and Alex...they're the best!!!!

Michael Patrick and his team, especially Andy Ordaz were outstanding. The only problem we experienced was having to wait on being able to get a order placed with GMC and we never actually were able to order the truck that we wanted. Ended up buying one that came in to the lot and was not the color we desired. It is a shame that a Dealer cannot place an order and have it delivered in a timely fashion. Nearly went back to Toyota!!!

Sales part and response to inquiries was excellent. I got 4 appraisals on my trade, Patrick was 20% lower than the other 3. I gave them opportunity to reconsider, Patrick came up a hair but still well short of fair market value. Because of this, it made the experience inconvenient and certainly will not do it again.

This is a great dealership to do business with. I was vacationing in Ashland VA, towing a 5th wheel camper. My Chevy Silverado Duramax thru a trouble code and went into limp mode. I was in trouble. Service writer Jack Steele took my plight seriously, dealt with my aftermarket insurance company, and got my truck fixed in 48 hours. I am so grateful!

ASK FOR JOHN DAHLIN IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I purchased this Regal from Patrick Buick GMC a few years back and I have loved it ever since. I live in Alexandria, VA and needed service this week. Instead of going to a Buick dealer near me, I drove the 6 hours to Patrick's Service Center where John Dahlin took care of my car. I couldn't have been happier. He explained the underlying issue, the repairs, and the cost in a way I could understand.

I was traveling thru VA on I95 and was hit by debri which put a hole in the rim and ripped my tire. Car was towed to this dealership. The dealership quickly ordered parts and got me back on the road. Exceptional customer service! If I lived in VA they would be my dealer!

I was treated with loving care and concern about the issue concerning my 2016 Acadia. And was able to bring the vehicle in to be serviced within an hour after talking to Stacy,the service advisor. Patrick GMC has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me and I am eternally grateful for their professionalism and their genuine kindness. I would recommend this dealership to everybody!!!
