Got my parts in a couple hours. Never seen such service like they provided. Their parts availability of parts in stock is fantastic. Their my new go-to for my auto needs.

Just wanted to say the staff here goes above and beyond to be helpful in getting parts needed especially when the person getting the parts is not the person working on the vehicle.

The staff at this location are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. I went in knowing almost nothing about car repairs and left an extremely happy person. Because of them i was not stranded 7 miles away from home :)

Had my battery tested, and it was bad, I purchased a new one, and they installed it for free.

The guys at the store were absolutely fabulous. I had also interacted with them on the phone earlier. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and, friendly. They were also very supportive of each other.I did find one aspect of my transaction disconcerting: as my billing address and the location of the place I was making a good sized purchase were more than 150 miles apart, their system flagged the order as potential fraud. On the one hand, I was grateful for the diligence. On the other hand, their "security" questions included a series of multiple choice questions whose answers included my previous addresses, my previous employers, my financial institutions, etc. I find it extremely disturbing to learn that O'reilly's has access to that much information about me for a $120.00 purchase. Or any sized purchase for that matter. If they suspect fraud, perhaps they should communicate their suspicions to the credit card company and let them confirm my identity.

Very helpful and find what I need, in and out. If they don t have it they will order it in. Been through a lot of hvac parts for an 02 Tahoe. It s clean and orderly. People are knowledgeable and kind and courteous.

Wow, I have been in the retail business for over 20 years and this group of folks has what it takes ! I was immediately welcomed upon my arrival by Amy, assisted and supplied with everything I needed to get the oil change done on my truck and I was on my way. Extremely friendly yet expedited service, I wasn t rushed or an inconvenience I was just effortless guided through the process. I will be sending everyone I know to this exact O Reilly.

This store is my first choice to buy any automotive needs. The managers obviously care about customer service and getting the correct parts. One of the associates is also particularly helpful with parts for a dirt bike.

They are pretty damn awesome so I bought a new used truck and they were strait to the point about what needs to be tried to resolve the issue and things that need to be done soon to keep up performance each one has a unique set of skills in different areas they are honest and truth full to the fullest. I trust them and I don't trust many. After a IAC and TPS and some cleaner I have a quiet truck with no leaks and it has 305000 miles so thanks again guys you have my business for life.

My husband and I came to have our car's dianostic codes run and were helped by Tony, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely one of the best parts store in the area and very refreshing to experience good customer service!

Salesguy was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. If there's one thing I hate, it's when you go to the parts store and they give you the wrong part. This didn't happen here. This dude hooked me up right the first time.

Worst customer service I have ever delt with I went to get a starter for my daughter's car the first one worked for a couple day's then it stopped turning the car over I took it to another store bc O'Reilly can't check it unless it's on the car to see if it was bad it passed there test and I took it back to O'Reilly's and the manager gave me another one I had that one installed and tried to start the car and all you could hear was the starter spinning freely was not hitting the flywheel the manager said just give him his money back and was very rude we called corporate and he tells them that there is a electrical issue and was burning the solenoid up on the starter which was a lie because I had just took it a the store right beside it and everything was fine they where just giving me the wrong starter so I ask if they still had the core I turned in and was told no we don't have it anymore which I was gonna take and have it rebuilt so now I'm without the starter that came off my daughter's car to have rebuilt or to use as a core charge for the right starter that I need I also gave them the vin # which he tells me he can't look up the starter by the in this place need's a new manager bo wonder why the parking lot is always empty I will never go back there and every one I see I will not recommend going to this place for nothing as long as that manager is there but I can say the two employees that tried to help me did try until the manager cut in.

Went to have my rotors resurfaced, and after having worked on one of the two, the guy stated that they were out of spec so they had to be discarded. After measuring, both were not only within spec, but almost like new. I ended up wasting a morning, driving for hours, and ended up with half the job done. NOT recommended.
