NAPA Online shipped me a part that did not fit my vehicle. I went into the local store in Ashland at 421 S. Washington Hw tonight to obtain the right part, and Big Mike took his time to understand the issue and made the situation right. Fantastic customer service. I'll be back, and next time I'll just go straight to the local store. Thank you, Big Mike.

Just stop in at the Ashland NAPA and was great with the rudest worker (Old man, White hair and mustache). This is 4th time that I have visited this store and have always found the workers unfriendly, but this time was the worst. Left the store and will not be back.

Well stocked store located conveniently on Route 1in Ashland. Parts guys are there to help U find what you need. They are short 4 delivery drivers so if U order on line or over the phone be prepared to wait for a while.

I don't know what was going on, but I spent at least 45 min waiting in line to buy a can of oil. Each person was being helped very slowly by one attendant as the other attendant just talked to a customer (maybe?) about his horses.. then when I was next the one attended actually working just walked away for 15 minutes! I have never waited more then 5 minutes at advanced auto, auto zone, or any other near by option. I won't make that mistake again

Very busy 1st trip, line moved quickly. 2nd trip slower, had item I was looking for (Group 26R Battery) for generator less then a day before ice storm. Thank You!

Like most NAPA stores, help is non-existent. This one is worse than most, maybe because I wasn't a "regular". If you know what you need, they might have it but I only use them as an immediate, last resort. Too many parts stores around them to be arrogant to customers.

I was in the middle of a 1300 mile journey from Florida to New Jersey. A couple hundred miles back I heard the sad sound of a bad wheel bearing. Hoping it would make it to my destination it failed shortly thereafter. A metal on metal grinding sound forced me off the road and fortunately into this NAPA parking lot. I got back on the road quickly all thanks to Rachel and her amazing service. Had it not been for her I would have needed many more hours to complete the job. Thanks Rachel!

Even though they didn't have the RV batteries we needed, they were very friendly and helpful, and suggested where we might find them.

I was helping the guys from Miami Florida fix a hydraulic fitting on thier car hauler. I took them there to get a fitting.. The Guy that helps us was ver professional & we were in & out in a flash... THANKS NAPA !! THOSE GUY WERE IN A TIGHT SPOT & NAPA PULLED THRU IN A FLASH......

They have fittings and other hard to find items that the other "chain stores" don't carry. They are the go to store when you are looking for odd ball auto parts.
