These guys were awesome! Our rv generator failed. They had us come right over. They had the part it needed in stock, after 2 hours they had us back on the road and working again. Cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

2010 American Tradition 43ftFirst of all we showed up at 8am when they opened and they took care of us which is unheard of in the motorhome repair world. I can t thank them enough for the excellent service! Our slide out broke with many miles of travel to go! We were back on the road in no time highly recommend this gem of a repair shop.

They are friendly people. Chuck is warm and great to interact with. I got my RV fixed from them couple of times, and both the times I had a good experience.

I am working out of my Class A coach and I am so thankful for Kaeser's RV Service, since I had a series of water leaks due to a surge in the water pressure at the campground I was staying. I called them on a Monday morning and they worked me right into their schedule. In a matter of hours, they tracked down the loose leaking fittings and were doing pressure checks on my plumbing system. No more leaks, and the price they charged me was very fair. Be aware, they take cash-only. I feel very fortunate that they helped me so quickly and were so thorough in the work they did. Thanks Kaeser's, if I ever need more RV assistance, I will give you a call!

Helped us out in a tough spot when we had an issue with our camper while it was out on a rental. They were able to squeeze us in same day, professional and easy to work with. Would recommend them to any other owners needing services from them!

We get our fleet vehicles serviced here for both generators and A/C units, and Chuck and crew are always doing the best work in the area. We appreciate their attention to detail and the job is done right the first time, at a better than competitive price.

Nice fellows, clean shop. I now see WHY.I turned my RV in, per their request, to fix my awning and install tank heaters. 3 weeks later, still NOT looked at, "we're too busy." Busy doing WHAT? I see one man sitting all the time...DON'T TRUST THEM

They are excellent! So glad I found them. They can fix all types of RV issues. My motorhome had a variety of things going and they handled them all. I'm so pleased with their work.

They charged me $800 for 5 hrs of Diagnostics just to tell me what was wrong with my Rv and put two batteries in it. Jeez. Lesson learned. I will fix it myself. They want $1600 to replace replace the cooling unit and the control board for the fridge which I orderer for $90 and the cooling unit is $500. Lmao. What a Joke. Way too Much money. They act like because we own a motorhome we are Rich. Wow. Adios amigos.

Our 2007 Keystone Montana had multiple problems some of which were intermittent making them difficult to diagnose. All of the problems were repaired and tested. When we picked up our rig, we were given a thorough walk through and explanation of each repair and how to perform ongoing maintenance ourselves. We learned more about our rv than we had known in the 6 years we've owned it. Repairs are not done hastily, but they are done correctly and at a most reasonable price. Only downside is they only accept cash or check, no plastic. I highly recommend Kaesers rv service

Thank GOD for this place. We were stranded with a leak in the plumbing. Got us in quickly, showed us all the work and what they were doing, fixed it fast and price was excellent.

So far so good parts in on Tuesday. Finish when? Completion was swift. Result was great. I have to return in a few weeks to pick up a filter cover.

I see them mostly for my maintenance. Friendly and patient and take the time to educate you. I would highly recommend for any of your generator needs.

I will use them from now on for genarator service and some other repair work. I like the way they explain things to you and the way they let you know what's going on with your repair work.

Took our RV there for work. Took weeks to get an estimate. Months later they were "too busy" to do the work and left us hanging - beware!

I saw three guys standing around scraching there ads and not sure of what there doing. Spent over 1100.00 dollars and still don't have a working generator. They do not know Generac generators but say they do. BEWARE
