Take time to get to know these people and I promise you won't be disappointed. The talks the laughs the track side humor. I stand on principle and words being your bond. I say that because I was in desperate need of a part for my bike, and no one had it at the track. HTP had one at the shop and the lovely, Leah left the track when she didn't have to leave the track and grabbed it for me. She told me she would, and she stood on that. I was a customer for life because her word was her bond. Since then, I've became a true customer and friend of the whole HTP team. Cecil has modified my bike for me several times and I am beyond pleased with all the work. REMEMBER people you get what you pay for. In the case of HTP your money is very well spent. I've since been investing in my brother' turbo bike and let me tell you it's been nothing short of a headache at times and Cecil has always shown patience to the highest degree in getting it right. Phone calls, text messages, in person visits, and track side help has always been a pleasure. If you ask, they'll answer. I say all of that to say this. Cecil, Leah, Big Cecil, Ben and the rest of HTP are people that truly care about one thing, The customer and the quality of the work that leaves their shop. I am beyond pleased with the work, craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service. They stand on what they believe in, and I'll forever stand with them too... 1000%

Reached out to get info on services to modify an air box on a build. Can't contact them by phone regardless of leaving a few messages. Left a few emails also no response. Referred by Chris@ Moore Mafia who I also have used in tha past. This is my first experience with HTP expected better or at the minimum a response.

I live about 2 hours out of Richmond. When I called, the lady really worked with me to find the best time. I decided to drop my bike off and leave it at the shop for them to do whenever they had an opening since I was struggling to find an appointment time that worked for me. I was actually running late dropping my bike off and they stayed late to wait for me. Two days later they called me and my bike was ready to pick up. They did an excellent job on my XSR700. I've had it back for about a month now and it's running better than ever! It looked like they did a lot of racing bikes there, but they had no problem at all tuning my everyday rider. I was most impressed with their costumer service. They all went above and beyond: They didn't have to stay late for me, help me unload and load my bike, or recommend the best way to tie my bike down. I would definitely take my bike here again if the need ever arises.

Cecil and the crew are gr8 to deal with...I own 3 race bikes & they keep them all going fast with EXCELLENT customer service & communication! Highly recommended L's Hayabusa (Lamont)

I asked if they could do a custom file tune on a 2021 Yamaha grizzly. The girl I spoke with informed me that if it s anything other than a sport bike they won t touch it. I then asked why and she said that they couldn t obtain the wire harness necessary to do the tune. What??? This is a performance shop for motorcycles and you can t get the harness to tune a Yamaha grizzly? What a joke of a shop. I think they just don t WANT to do it. Don t lie, just say we are bike snobs and don t want to touch your inferior machine. This place sucks!!!!

If you don't own a Drag bike and race, he doesn't want to work on it for you and gets an attitude about it. Not a good business practice. My money is just as good as everyone elses and he was paid well in advance. Might be why it took him so long to do anything with it and still couldnt fix it

Great shop have known HTP for awhile, they have done excellent work on my zx10r. I would recommend and use them again on my next bike.
