This was a great place that I'd recommend to anyone for their car care. Connie got me right in immediately and was very friendly and helpful. The guys serviced my van quickly and professionally. They let me know if an issue that needed to be addressed soon, but were not pushy at all about the extra work. I will definitely be taking my van back here for any work needed in the future.

I have had several cars serviced here and always get great service. Everything is done quickly and good prices. Easy to make appointments. They don t try to sell extra repairs that aren t necessary. Good place to bring car in when check engine light is on for honest evaluation.

Each and every person is caring, transparent, and so helpful! I loved being referred to Glen Allen Transmission by Russell and how quickly they fixed my 2004 Accord. They replaced a part unlike dealership recommendation of replacing the transmission and saved me 5K. I am very grateful for their service and loved the honest and clear communication.

2nd time I've used Glen Allen Transmission for transmission and other work. Excellent both times! Pricing is competitive to other shops and was close to what I expected for make and model. We've received great service from Glen Allen Transmission. They were recommended to us for a transmission issue, and I've since had them do brake work. They provide a complete explanation of the service to be done. Knowing that we have reliable and honest people to take care of our cars means one less worry for us.

Great service and honest recommendations. I appreciated their consideration to wait on my inspection to first see if there was a transmission issue. Thankfully the transmission was okay, but I thought it was great they considered the consequence of potentially overpaying for service. Haven t had a mechanic show that much care for a customer before. And the staff is super friendly and personable. I ll be coming back.

Our experiences have always resulted in positive results. The professionalism of all who work at Glen Allen Transmission is greatly appreciated which includes estimates, actual work performed & follow through once work is completed. If we incur an issue with completed repair job, they make it right immediately, no questions asked. I enjoy dealing with the staff because they are so informative & they express such a positive attitude that makes you feel comfortable & well informed. Wherever you may go for auto repairs, the cost is all very similar (okay, considerably more expensive than in the past), so I would highly recommended Glen Allen Transmission & Co.for your auto repair needs. Thank you Connie & Glen Allen Transmission for taking such good care of our vehicles.

Glen Allen transmission was recommended to me by another local transmission shop and they did not disappoint. The technicians at Glen Allen rebuilt my transmission and Ms. Connie kept me informed every step of the way. After the job was completed they reached out to me to make sure my I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone the customer service is A plus and the work is quality.

I brought my '89 Ford F150 in to have the transmission rebuilt. Glen Allen Transmission did great work and they stood behind theor work and helped us with several issues that come along with rebuilding an old truck like ours. My daughter's truck runs like a top now.

GA Transmission is top notch. They are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, thorough- a company to trust with all types of repairs. This time was for oil change/tire rotation only but in the past I have used them for most everything. I highly recommend. Had my transmission go on me and our contract, neighbor and friend recommended them and they were great. Communication was awesome and they cleaned up my truck and the Trans Failure had left. They also checked out a AC problem I had since last year and it is working great. I would highly recommend them if you like the relationship with a business much better than the chains that are motivated to find something wrong instead of just making sure you are right. Great people here. My first visit but I will be back with my planned and unplanned maintenance for sure.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

My experience was amazing. Not only did I get a very detailed diagnostic test with pictures and typed out paragraphs of what needs to be done. But, I also received the best customer service while sitting in their clean waiting room. I m so grateful that I was referred to them!

My six year old car has recently drove as if the gears were slipping. After two test drives at the dealership I was told they could not replicate what I was experiencing and to wait until it got worse. GAT was able to diagnose the problem.
