Got my windshield done 2 years ago. Guy came out today to see why it cracked and keeps cracking. My family used to do glass. And he told me it was from a impact. Your telling me the spot were the glass is separating is from impact lol. How do u get a impact from sitting in your driveway and not driving. Company is cheap and will not own up to there own mistakes. And will leave a comment saying " were sorry you feel like that please contact us so we can resolve the issue" but will not do anything about it.

In 2021, I used this service as recommended by my insurance to replace my windshield, and their technician came to my address. After replacing my windshield on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler, the technician left a large, thick band of the black sealant on the body of my car, and when I inquired about this assured me that it was normal. I brought my car to another windshield replacement service today where they assured me that this in fact was NOT supposed to be there, and that it never should have been. Unforunately it is too late to do anything about it now, and I am very frustrated and disappointed that this technician took advantage of my lack of awareness and permanently damaged my brand new vehicle.

Had to get windshield replaced on Highlander. Have used Glass America many times on other cars . Did a great job again, no leaks or anything wrong . We had to take the vehicle to the shop because the mirror had to have calibration done . Couldn't use the mobile service. That was the only setback . Still 5 stars my opinion.

Sherry and my service technician, Colin, were both extremely helpful and kind. Sherry went above and beyond to get me the best option for my windshield replacement and the service was on time and convenient for me. I'd used Safelite for a previous windshield issue and this experience with Glass America was 100x more pleasant. I won't ever use anyone else again for windshield work if I don't have to.

Incredible service, cost, and timeliness. Came to my workplace and did a full replacement with no hassle! Incredible inventory levels as well led to a little to no wait time on getting my windshield replacement! Can't recommend them enough!

I could not be happier with this service! Nicholas D. is an invaluable asset to this company. He was prompt and polite and professional and fast and clean. The work was exceptional and his attention to detail was outstanding. I called gathered six different quotes and received the best price and the quickest service from Glass America. I will go nowhere else for my future needs.

Nicholas D came out to replace my windshield and he was fantastic! Very friendly and professional and he was done within 30 minutes. The new windshield looks great!

Very professional. Side window was shattered. Called these guys and they were at my house within 2 hours to with a new window to install. I m very pleased with quality of work, communication, and how well they vacuumed up all of the shattered glass from the old window

Requested a quote online this morning and got a call within the hour with the quote and options of when they could come. They were able to come repair my window the same day! You can barely even tell that there was a crack to begin with! Hopefully won't ever need to use them again but if I do I definitely won't go anywhere else!
