I took my car to Ferber's because there was a slight shaking and the previous shop that worked on my car couldn't determine the issue. The people at Ferber's seemed nice. Upon evaluation and test driving I was told both motor mounts and transmission mount needed to be replaced with recommendations in RED to replace the following: struts, brakes, rotors, brake system flush, transmission system flush, radiator flush, and oil change.I knew the oil needed changing and I took care of that 3 days after getting my care back. So I had Ferber's do the alignment and filter change because $2500.00 was too much to pay for the mounts and I didn't think all that stuff needed attention like they said so the trust factor was gone and I just wanted my car back. When I drove off the Ferber lots the car was shaking more than when I left it and the brakes were uneasy when pressed, took the car home didn't drive it til 2 days later when I took it to another repair show that came highly recommended to look into the shaking issue. After he evaluating the car visually he found that screws and bolts were not tighten back and the air filter was put in incorrectly. His first question was WHO HAD YOUR CAR LAST?He tightened up everything fix the filter installation, test drove the car told me it was not the mounts at all it was the front axle. He repaired it for $576.00 and now my car rides like it's floating on air again. Thank GOD and thanks to an honestly good technician. The technician did tell me that I would need to replace my rotors when I change my brakes next time. I am not mad because I thank GOD for the spirit of discernment and now I know who to take my car to in the future and TRUST I won't be taken advantage of.#THELORDWILL#

I cannot say enough good things about Mac s Service Center in Ashland and the job they do. Charles, Mike and the owner Mac are all very professional and courteous. . We have never had an issue with anything that they have fixed. The prices are very fair and we receive coupons or reward dollars based on The servicing of our vehicles. From my experience, they go out of their way to be helpful to every customer!We also love The convenience of the courtesy shuttle so you can drop your car off and they will take you home or to work!Again, I highly recommend Mac s Service Center for your automotive repair or maintenance needs.

very impressed with the front office care and customer support. We have done light work on 3 vehicles here and each was carefully handled. The courtesy inspection was thorough and there as no pressure to sell additional services.Their ability to routinely contact me via email and cell was great, and their documentation of services also thorough.My vehicles were returned without the usual smudge marks, trash or small scrap parts left lying around - so the quality control appears very high.IKey drop was easy and they got back to me early the next morning!I am now planning some additional work and will post ongoing progress. I am so glad my son recommended Ferber's.UPDATE: got an alignment and belts replaced via drop-off. Very smooth and fast turn around. Very satisfied and I highly recommend this facility. Madi at the front desk is very knowledgeable and thorough. Customer service was good. Went there for state inspections, But they do over charge. They will mark up part cost very high and then add labor so they make a profit. Called 2 dealerships to verify. Part cost OEM from dealerships are $340 for what I needed. They marked up the price of the part to $900 Each just for part. So they were trying to get me for about $2000 for a service. The service was supposed to be around $1000 or less. I totally understand prices are going up, but that was way too much. Dealership could be cheaper which in this case was true. Do your homework before saying yes to any repairs. Ask a lot of questions. You could be over paying. Also they will add a lot of services that they recommend which could be inaccurate, that s the honest truth. Unfortunately don t take there word without verification. This was most likely because I had a Mercedes. And maybe they wasn t fully sure what to do or how to price thing s. Just don t take your luxury cars there. And any car you have still ask questions.

The bill for changing two small light bulbs was much too high. Other than that they seem quite thorough and professional. Their price for Michelin tires is competitive.

Ferber's is an incredible business in EVERY aspect. First off they are technology savvy and will send texts for upcoming maintenance/ state inspections/ updates for appts etc. Secondly, the front desk people (Matt/ Maddie) and INCREDIBLE and will know you by name/who you are and will go above and beyond to help/ keep you updated. Thirdly, inspections or any services done they will take all the time needs with in depth notes and photos for review. Lastly, the owner is such a caring person for his business and his customers and satisfaction. Wonderful surprise to receive gifts cards to show that appreciation of commitment to their wonderful establishment. This is most definitely the place you should do for any job whether big or small they are put the upmost respect to your vehicle in any way. Thank you so much Ferber's for years of great service! :)

Thank you Ferber's! Stranded by AAA and the got is in right away. Two women, 2 dogs and 2 horses. They were prompt, friendly and got is on the road right away.So is clean and comfortable. 100% recommend.

This has been the best experience that I ve ever had at an auto shop. The receptionists were so nice and very helpful. They always answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied. They were honest and caring. They even gave me a loaner car when my car needed to be in the shop for a couple of days. Ferber s has the best auto service!!! I 100% recommend them and will continue to use their services!!

My truck had a sudden grinding noise from front drive wheel. OEM dealer couldn't get me in to service center for 10-14 days. Called Ferber's, and they got me in next morning. Issue was debris wedged in the brake, they corrected issue quickly and I was only way. These folks are great.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU DON T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS. Because they will price gouge and recommend things you don t need. I got a quote for some parts from them and then I did my research on the parts and he was marking them up by 250%. They are not a honest shop at all and I will NEVER use them again or even recommend my worst enemy to this place. It doesn t cost 300$ to replace a drive belt and it doesn t cost 1,600 to replace a taillight. I tried using my 3rd party insurance to get my car fixed and the shop refused to use any parts from them and tried milking them for as much as he could and got the claim denied. This is a SLEEZY SLEEZY shop that I will never ever use again. They don t care about you or your car they re just tryna dig deep into your pockets. Highly recommend RICKS TIRE AND AUTO!

Had my travel trailer inspected. Marker lights weren't working. Mechanic spent extra time diagnosing the issue, sent me to get a new fuse. Came back, passed inspection, new sticker, on my way. Thanks!

Samantha is awesome; she's extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. I had a drill bit stuck in the side wall of my rear passenger tire and with my vehicle being AWD, I thought I would need to get all 4 tires replaced. She was able to contact one of her tire suppliers and get them to shave down my tire which saved me a lot of money. Matt (Manager) is great too! Don't waste your time going to any other tire service shop. Take it to Ferber to get quality service.Service: Tires

Good quality work, and good customer service. I find the pricing to be a bit high... for instance $9 for a valve stem that didn't really need to be replaced but it was their "policy." I find the lady that works the front desk much more accommodating than the guy.... he needs to work on that.

I have a business with a small fleet of pickups and Ferber gets to us quickly when we have emergency repairs needed, knowing we need our truck operational asap. Excellent communication for what needs to be done and estimates.

Very competent, fair and knowledgeable. Had an appt to repair a slow leak, which turned into a flat and needing to be towed. They kept my appt, although I was over an hour late. And they gave me a loaner car. Service: TiresService: Tires

Brought my car here for a state inspection. They said I had one white front turn signal bulb, that needed to be replaced with amber. They attempted to charge me $100 to do a bulb swap, that takes 30 seconds to do, but I declined the repair, and changed the bulb myself, and here is a pic of the bulb that came out, that they claimed was "not amber enough to pass inspection". The shops claim that any white light at all was being emitted from my turn signal, is 100% false, and nothing more than an attempt to scam me out of a quick $100. I looked over my bulbs, 5 minutes before I brought my car up there. And if the owner of this shop were to look at the lights with me, he would not be able to differentiate between the old bulb, and the new bulb in color

I took my car because of the front end shaking. Ferber put it on the lift and noticed a bolt was placed by another mechanic that didnt fitt. Ferber fixed the problem and noticed other issues with my vehicle. THANKS FERBER!!!
