I was very pleased with my first experience at Duffy s service. They did what I asked and didn t push a lot of other services on you. I asked about brakes and they were honest and said you good. I will definitely use them again.

Fast Service, Great Communication. Reasonably Priced. Chris was great to deal with. Duffy s always gets me in and out quickly they do what we need to properly maintain the vehicles and no sales pitch for a bunch of add ons.

The people at Duffy s are wonderful! They listen when you bring your vehicle in, they communicate once they have diagnosed the problem, they take your call backs and questions graciously, and they work quickly. In addition the loaner program is incredible!

Duffy s came to our rescue while on our way to Florida from New Hampshire in our motor home. Just before we arrived at AmeriCamps on Wednesday, 12/13/23, the engine light appeared on the dashboard. We called Duffy s on Thursday morning and dropped it off to get a code reading to determine the problem. They called back that afternoon and said they could get the parts we needed by Friday morning. They called shortly after 10:00 a.m. on Friday and we were back on the road before noon. The RV is running better than ever. I highly recommend Duffy s Garage for all your automotive needs. Fast service and very pleasant, professional people to deal with.

I recently purchased a 2000 Rv (on a Ford E350 chassis).Not only did Duffy s inspect the older vehicle but also were extremely helpful with answering all my questions. I will not hesitate to make Duffy s my go to facility for all things mechanical but will also give a shout out to Eric who was helpful and professional!

Was looking for a motor for my car and Duffy's help me out. They keep you up-to-date on how the work is going and they let you know what the best route to go on getting things done. I would recommend them to all my friends, they most definitely will see me again if I need some work done.

Hello, I contacted Duffy s on Tuesday with a CV axle issue with my car. I spoke with Eric. He was very helpful from the beginning to the end . He communicated with me the whole time, he was very polite, he also always addressed me by my name when talking with me through out the conversation. They were very timely with the repair and the price I feel was reasonable for the repair. Thank you very much for your service. I was in town picking up a RV at a local dealer..when a unforeseen issue came up in my F250 rear suspension. I called up Duffys and they were able to take me in without hesitation. They repaired the problem and I was in and out in less then a day. Top notch customer service and professional workmanship. Truck is running smoothly now and I can drive home with confidence. I couldn t ask for better service!!! We had an alternator go bad and we were from out of town trying to get back home. I called Duffys and spoke with Chris and explained to him our situation and he got us taken care of within 4 hours of the initial phone call! What a lifesaver!!! It's not a oil change when you go in, it's a full consult what is going on with the car. The Profesionalism and caring on a Friday afternoon was beyond refreshing. Not sure who Jeff is, but a bonus or raise is in order. It's the people who work for a company that make a company. He is a keeper for sure.

Duffy s Repair Service was recommended by a RV repair shop. The other shop did not have a lift big enough to work on my motorhome. I was able to book an appointment quickly and the technicians were able to locate and repair the problem within the week. I was very impressed with their work, communication and how quickly they had my motorhome in and out of the shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Duffy s was the only place I could find besides the dealer service that could do the work needed to be done to get me thru a failed inspection for less than half the price of the dealer. While this was my first experience with Duffy s they treated me like I have been a long time customer. Duffy s has been great to my 2007 Toyota. It had developed a shimmy and needed new brake pads. Also had the regular maintenance stuff done. Picked up a loaner car, they call to let you know what needs to be done and how much it will be, so no financial surprises. I also trust when Duffy s recommend work, it really needs to be done. I have never felt updated. Awesome, trustworthy mechanics. Couldn t be more satisfied with their service and the loaner car makes it easy.Service: Auto brake repair

Over all very pleased with service. Friendly and courteous. Found bushings that needed to be replaced for alignment. Changed oil & filter. Repaired clearance light. One item was not completed but agreed to fix on Monday of the following week. Very glad I found Duffys for my new vehicle. Dissatisfied with the service had car battery checked at autozone they said i needed a knew battery mines had a dead cell. Took to Duffy and they ssid the battery range was 12.6When i dropped car off the light wasnt on,however when i picked up car battery light has been on continous. I was very dissatisfied with service.

My truck is blowing cold AC again recharge and die test just like it was new. Lasted for 5 months but needed to be replaced with a new system 7/14. Thanks for my exhaust system fixed on 7/13 is so quiet after Duffy's tightened up what ever was loose. Thanks you JC for restoration of my 2001 F-150 Ford. Awesome Sal. R.UPDATE; I had to have the AC system put in 7/14/23, I went to pick up my truck Fri and the noise with the new system was worse than when I bought it in. I ask the service rep to come over and listen,he agreed it was noisy . I rescheduled for Monday 7/17 to have the AC noise problem fixed , I was told that it would be replaced with another new one. When I went to pick up the truck, Jeff told me that the compressor was replaced and a new power steering pump was put in they thought it was the noise problem. I told Jeff the compressor was not charged showing him a blue dot I put on the compressor. He said he would investigate it and get back to me Tuesday.So Tuesday when I CALLED, Jeff told me he thought it would going to be replaced because he put in the order for it , and the blame was miss community on there part. So it's 7/18 l'm told I'll have to bring it back on Monday 7/24 (5 working days) because they are really busy and have no loner car's available.NOT FAIR; but I have already paid my bill and hope it goes fixed. Stay tuned for the UPDATE ON THIS.Ok as far as Duffy's says the AC clutch is working properly to there standard.I believe it needs to be adjusted maybe the new compressor works different from the old one will see 3 years guaranteed.New problem my service engine light comes on so back to Duffy'sOk they checked it out and cleared the light. I was thinking it would be about $45. But instead it was $61.A Curtis see charge would have been nice. O ya the problem was my #2 cylinder had missed fired over a 1000 times when asked what would cause this I was told we would need to look into it more. $$$Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I took a 2017 civic in for a/c issues an ended up just needing to be recharged. But while they were working on the vehicle they noticed that the inner side of driver tire had a gash in it that was ready to go at any moment an they did not hesitate to make me aware so we went ahead an put on two new front tires I dealt with Eric I believe is his name he was super polite an helpful. I strongly recommend using duffys for your auto repair needs!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

The staff at Duffy's worked on our motorcoach in 2 days to replace a leveling jack when the local RV shop would have had us wait two months. When doing so, they found a broken shock absorber. They replaced it as soon as I got new ones overnighted from the manufacturer. Living full time on your coach, you need this type of excellent responsive service to travel comfortably.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I recently moved to the area from out of state. I used Duffy s for the VA state inspection. They got me in for an appointment promptly and were done with the inspection in a timely manner. Will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them

This shop excels at diagnostics. I d heard this from other people before and I myself had my mechanic search for an issue in my car for two days prior to sending it to duffy s, where they identified the problem in just a few hours.Very professional, high quality service. I worked with Erik and he was extremely helpful and diligent.
