Had Dixon's do some repair/ diagnostic work on our 2003 F-150. I was very satisfied with the experience. The work was fairly extensive and Kelly was spot on with the estimate, no hidden cost and no sticker shock after the fact. I felt they did an excellent job. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing mechanic work. Will use them in the future.

Love Dixons! They are very responsive and punctual. They have great communication at every step. They explain what repairs I need and provide detailed quotes. They never talk down and always take extra time to answer all my questions. I always feel valued as a customer there. Highly recommend.

Second time I've brought my car here. Really friendly and kind shop, they have been willing to work with my tricky schedule and difficult to contact self. They also always attempt to find me a deal when possible, I have no complaints.

Dixon s is amazing!! Everyone who works here is awesome! My faves are Kelly and Austin. Always friendly and helpful!! You can get an appt the sane day at times which is nice when you re in a pinch. They do excellent work and never rip you off like some of their competitors.

I use Dixon s for all my car needs. They recently installed wheel locks and an oil change. Their expertise, work and hospitality is unmatched! 5-stars and highly recommend!!!

Absolutely wonderful people here! Very welcoming feel and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right! I have zero doubt with the work they do and when I'm told something needs addressed on my vehicle. And if I do have questions they are able to explain why and what the issue is in great detail. I drive an HOUR to get here just so they can work on my vehicles!

Dixon's always does great work on our vehicles. They're able to schedule us in a timely manner, and they are thorough and communicative regarding their work. The folks who work up front are super-friendly and helpful. I suggest looking for coupons and specials on their website because they are good values.

Dixon's always provides superior customer service. Photos are taken of all the work completed before and after to show the repair has been made. In addition, when providing a vehicle inspection, pictures are taken of each step to back their ratings. Highly recommend Dixon's for all vehicle repair/inspection needs.

We signed up online to have an oil change for our car. We received a coupon in the mail and it sounded like a good deal. When we arrived at the center we were told that we were late for our appointment even though we were not, and I had the text, confirming our appointment. So they ended up taking us even though they said they didn t have someone to do our oil change. And they completed our oil change and afterwords called me with a huge list of repairs that our car needs from their complementary vehicle check over. There were 11 items on that list. The oil change cost almost $70 and that was including their almost $30 off coupon. I ve never had an oil change cost close to $100 before. The people at Dixon s were nice, but I can t afford to use that place.

Wonderful service! Dixon s got me in 2 days before my appointment when my car was acting strange. Before any work was done they sent me a detailed report with pictures of everything about my car, from what was fine to what desperately needed attention. They made a lifelong customer!

I can t recommend Dixon s highly enough. Joey, the service manager, personally diagnosed my car s problem this week and fixed it in no time I couldn t believe how reasonable the price was! Kelly and the whole team were friendly and professional. We re very fortunate to have a business like this in our community. Definitely trust your cars with Dixon s they re exactly what a neighborhood auto repair shop should be.

I ve never been to an automotive shop where I actually can trust until I started to bring my vehicles to Dixon s. After living in the area for 4 years, I can now say I have a go to auto shop. I appreciate the transparency and fair pricing. I never had a sick stomach when given the total for any maintenance has been given. Can t recommend a better shop!

Great customer care and quick turnaround on my repairs! I called on a Monday morning and they had my Jeep fixed and ready for pickup by close that day. They were very communicative about what was being done before they did it and they did not try to upsell with additional work. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

I am from Pennsylvania. I was visiting and had problems with my truck. They fit me in. Took care of the problem and treated me like I was there number 1 customer. They are a great honest garage. And I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks Dixon's for all your help.

I ve been using Dixon for several years now. Oil changes, Routine maintenance, even vehicle inspections. This past week Dixons Automotive did my vehicle inspection.While it was originally rejected, one of the items was covered under an extended warranty, Austin called and handled all of the communication with the extended warranty company and did so with ease.I am so grateful that he was willing to work with me on both timing and taking care of my car as Dixon s always does!

We went to Dixon's Automotive last week to get an alignment on our vehicle. The Dixon's team is one of a kind! Any and all questions were answered and they were very hospitable while we waited. Even our 2 year old son had a blast! Between playing at the train table and enjoying a juice box and snack provided in the lobby, he was covered! Brought my car in to get a nagging tire leak checked out. One of the tire had a broken belt. Ended up changing all four tires. Dixon gave me couple of quotes and helped me decided on the right brand for the type of driving and mileage. Crystal was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank for great service and keeping my family mobile and safe.

Dixon's Auto service is simply the best. Jeremy Austin and Crystal, was very friendly polite and professional in working with me.The mechanics are true professionals.they did a diagnostic on my car and went straight to the problem and took care of it. With their high technology equipment you can't go wrong. They use quality parts, give quality service and give a fair price for their professional service. I highly recommend Dixon's Auto Service. Very nice auto shop. I will definitely make them my auto repair shop. Everyone was so polite and very professional. The waiting area was super clean. They explained everything to me very clearly. They texted me a copy of the complete inspection including photos of everything they found. The work took just as long as they said. They provided me w a detailed print out of what they found and what additional work should be done. Estimates were included.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection
