If your car needs repaired from an accident, Caliber collision is the place to do it! They are very professional and knowledgeable and will keep you informed of the progress!!

I do not recommend. No updates and it took more than 1 month before the car was picked up from the shop. The car was dropped off on Nov. 13 and it was picked up on Dec. 28, 2023. No real time updates. The updates they sent were the exact text messages they sent previously. If you want your car repaired in a proper manner in terms of time, go somewhere else. We made a mistake choosing this company.

Very, Very Good Customer Service and Knowledge,Helpful and Kindness! Referred to Auto Shop for additional repairs not related to collision, and transported ! So greatful for kindness demonstrated and carried out! The repairs completed, made the vehicle look awesome!

This place is very well run. My car never got repaired because it was considered totaled but dealing with them was great.They are very great about updating you on things. Ja dayziah was very helpful and very nice. Would def recommend.

Under promised and over delivered. The entire process from beginning to end was far better than I expected or hoped for. Leah was very inviting, kind and professional. She scheduled my drop off day and my pickup day. She got me checked in and checked out perfectly. Cindy kept me informed through the entire process. When they started break down, paint, reassembly and completion. Dave went over everything that was needed, what to expect, a completion estimate and inspection with me when I picked it up. The estimate for completion was 2 1/2 weeks, they finished it in 1. The job is so good and the paint match so perfect it looks brand new. Super satisfied.

The A+ TRULY DEPENDABLE Vehicle Body repair business is Caliber Collision in Ashland, VA. That shop has the unique asset of Tracy Rosser. You will never receive better customer service than what her years of experience and knowledge provide.

I had damage to specialty parts on my accessible van. Fortunately David was persistent and dedicated enough to procure the parts FINALLY! Once the parts were in, it was a one day turnaround. No need for a rental. Plus, the car was completely cleaned ( I live in the country and lol the dead bugs from the front bumper were even removed!).Very pleased with Caliber and would recommend highly.Service: Body & Trim

They have fixed 2 of our vehicles previously and did a great job. But now that my vehicle has been backed into and my insurance is through Geico, they refuse to do the work on the vehicle because they don't support Geico or Progressive. Will be looking for a new repair shop to send business.

This shop partnered with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. From the time of the estimate, to the weekly updates, and overall friendliess of the staff, I can not express enough, how fantastic they were. Definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work.

I Would Highly recommend Caliber Collision. I went to the Ashland VA location suggested by my insurance ( Travelers) and couldn't be more happy with the experience from start to finish. They were attentive, honest, impeccable customer service and completes my repair from a hit and run accident in under two weeks being Extremely busy as they were!!! Thanks Caliber!!! Hopefully I won't need to come back but if I do ...I know I'm in good hands!!!Service: Body & Trim

I honestly don't have any to compare. They were polite and kept me informed of the process. My only complaint about the whole situation is that it took a lot longer than I expected, though not having a repair before, my expectations may have been off. I suggest to anyone going through insurance, to get the rental if it's covered, especially if it's your only car.

My wife car was hit on the left front side. Caliber did the body work I get the car back and it pulls to the right. Take car back and they're like the mechanic said it's "within spec". Typical, it's 2023, and people only care about themselves and doing what's right. All good, it'll come full circle. My advise to caliber is to do what's right in the future. Insurance even said they would pay for the alignment. Thanks caliber, do better....Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a great experience here, all the way from the start till the end. The body work that was preformed was outstanding, I would highly recommend this place . Automated texts should not be sent to customers with updates unless they are correct. I received a message on a Friday that my car would be ready on the following Monday. I returned my rental car and got a ride to pick up my car on Monday, but the car was not ready.

Caliber really came through during a very stressful time. After my accident, the estimator patiently explained the steps they would be taking to help resolve my car's issues. She helped calm my nerves and gave me hope that it'd all "be okay." I'm pleased to say that Tracy was exactly right. My car is as good as new, looks great, and was fixed in record time considering the supply chain problems we're all experiencing. I will never trust my baby to anyone else! Caliber collision provided wonderful service from beginning to end. During the process of my truck being fixed, I had to have ankle surgery. After explaining I would be delayed in picking my truck up due to the surgery, the manager himself delivered my truck to my home (45 minutes away) and delivered my rental back for no additional charge or question. I highly recommended their business for their quality work and superior customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tracy was absolutely AMAZING! Her great customer service should be recognized. She made this experience go smoothly and my car was fixed in no time at all. My back bumper and panel both look flawless. The car was spotless when i got in and it smelled fresh. 11/10 would recommend this location if you need anything fixed.

The repair on my car was to repair damage to the front of my car from an animal damaging my front end in April 2022. The work done was great but the mats in my car were not my two front mats and the mats for my back seats were missing. My front mats were clean and when I picked up my car I noticed a stain on the passenger side mat and they were both old and dirty looking. I wrote it in the review they sent me to complete and never heard from them. My front mats were switched and the back mats were stolen. I suggest if you use them for repairs you take your mats out before leaving your car with them.Service: Body & Trim
