I took my car to another mechanic to get a quick oil change. They told me that I needed to replace my rear brakes as soon as possible. I took the car to Blaines Auto Service for a second opinion and they said they still had a half inch left and did not need to be replaced now. I really appreciate their honesty. I will be taking all of my vehicles to them from now onService: General repairs & maintenance

I recently took my car to Blaine's Auto Service for a state inspection. I arrived just as the shop was opening and they were already busy. I needed to wait for my car and thought it would be quite a wait. Thirty five minutes later my car was ready!! Not only were they extremely efficient but they were also very curteous. As a female I don't always experience that with auto service establishments. They seemed to value my time as much as I do. I will certainly be returning to Blaine's!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were very efficient and kind. I had walked from my car to work in rain when I dropped it off. I asked the polite young lady on the phone if they could deliver it down the road to my business she said yes!! Fortunately I didn t have to bother them and got a client yo take me there :)

We broke down on vacation last week and looked these folks up. They spent a good 3 hours trying to get our car fixed and operable to get us down to North Carolina. Unfortunately, it did not work and we ended up buying a new car on the way home. Honest, caring people. They got us in even though they were booked solid! I would highly recommend.

I went to get my oil changed and car inspected. It took no more than an hour and they were friendly and courteous. The cost was so reasonable I was surprised when I paid how low it was. I will be returning there for more work as they don't push extra stuff you don't need! While traveling down the inter-state my wife and I ran into some car trouble that needed immediate service. We found that Blaine's was one exit from where we were, and thankfully our car was able to limp there. I'm really glad Blaine's was the closest auto shop:they were great and incredibly accommodating considering we showed up unannounced with a broken car. They were able to get us right back on the road at a very reasonable price.

Blaines did a great job remedying a tough situation that was not their fault. Their professional service and attentive communication made sure that the situation was solved in the correct manner. I would fully recommend them to anyone.

The folks at Blaines go out of their way to accommodate their customers. For example, they frequently deliver me to the YMCA while my car is being serviced and then pick me up later. They are also very professional and reliable.

I just do not know what to tell you about Blaines, as in my mind there is NO question where I am taking my vehicle for service or repair!!!!! It is Blaines and always will be. They are good, trust worthy, honest & fair people. Ive been going here since i lived in Virginial. So there is no question in my mind where to go.

My car broke down and I had to get towed to this place. I read good reviews so I assumed I wouldn't have a problem. WRONG, I was treated as if they didnt want to service me and I was also ignored when asking questions about my vehicle..P.S. they charge $110 just for diagnosis, then charge you to fix the problem if u want them to.....

I couldn't say enough great things about this place. The staff is friendly, welcoming, professional and quick. I was on vacation and I broke down hallway to my destination. Without hesitation they got us in and fixed the problem. Top notch service. Thanks!

Because everyone works on commission they won't stop anyone to do a state inspection , second time in 2 months I dropped off one of my cars and they didn't get it inspected on that day.. I have spent a lot of money there .. but won't be spending anymore there for sure... it really doesn't take alot of time to do a inspection.. smh..
