I had an exceptional experience at Basic Auto Sales! Unlike some reviews, I definitely wasn't pressured to finance or run my credit through them. Stan, Mike, and Sean were incredibly understanding of my preferences and provided excellent customer service without any pressure. Stan took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Mike and Sean were also great in assisting with other aspects of the purchase. Overall, I would recommend Basic Auto Sales for a stress-free car-buying experience. When I need to bring my new vehicle in for any service I ll keep you updated on that process too!! Thanks to the team for their outstanding service and genuine customer first attitude!

I had a problem with my Dodge truck. Local dealerships could not see me for several weeks. I took it to Basic Auto Sales and their service department was able to trouble shoot the issue, fix it and return the truck to me in quick order. The job was completed quickly, thoroughly and professionally. And as the owner, Kory Hummer told me, his lead technician was able to turn a guaranteed multiple thousand dollars maintenance into a couple hundred dollars. Basic Auto service was a life saver for me and I will always use them for servicing my vehicles, repairs, state inspection and routine preventive maintenance. And buying all my vehicles from Basic going forward.Bob

I came to this Dealership looking for a vehicle and immediately the staff here received me with open arms. A nicely dressed and courteous young man by the name of Sean introduced himself and explained the process. From there I met a Salesperson by the name of Stan the Man who got me looking at vehicles and I choose a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu. We filled out the paperwork and once again I met Sean and he did the finance paperwork and I was riding in less than a hour and a half. Then from there I met Tyler , whom I considered as outgoing and witty but very professional. I am well pleased with the staff and will recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a 23 Camry from Stan and the folks at Basic. They were enjoyable to work with, professional, and took care of everything. The whole team stayed after closing to ensure everything went smoothly. I left feeling a sense of security and no buyer s remorse as Sean, the manager, was able to get me a better rate than what even Penfed was offering. Highly recommend. Great folks over there.

Today I went to visit the team at Basic. I was super nervous with this beingmy first purchased vehicle on my own. When I tell you Sean and Stan welcomed me with opened arms and made me feel just like family and it won t that fake family love cause they wanted my business. They really really really worked with me and I left that lot with the car I wanted and had been looking at online. I highly recommend! Go see Sean and Stan for all your car needs!

I worked with Stan and Sean! We walked in with a low down payment and I'm walking out with a car I love. I have limited income. Sean worked out a price that works great for me on a vehicle I love. The whole process of buying a vehicle is stressful in itself.....Well, I had the pleasure of working with Sean. He was amazing from inception of me dealing with him. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Tyler got me everything I asked for at an interest rate way better than I ever thought I'd get. Had a memorable experience purchasing a vehicle from Basic Auto Sales Ashland, starting with the raving reviews and recommendations of those closest to me whom have all purchased here; to the on lot experience. Before coming to Basic Auto Ashland, being a female new buyer, all alone, felt scary as heck; but here they made me feel like family. Bought a Toyota Camry last Saturday (11/18/2023). Very happy with the experience. Stan "The Man" Morant was a very polite low-key salesman and gentleman. Worked directly with the General Manager, Tyler Ponton, with respect to price (rather than the gamesmanship that other dealers play whereby the salesman acts as an intermediary between the customer and the GM). Sean Johnson was great to work with as well. Had an independent garage subsequently evaluate the car for peace of mind; result - their evaluation confirmed I made a good choice by going to Basic Auto Sales. Thanks Gang!

SEAN IS THE BEST!!! IM SO HAPPY! My first time buying a car was upsetting. Now that I have went to Basic Auto Sales he has helped me get a BRAND NEW CAR! IM SO EXCITED! On 1/16/2024 had a great experience I never got a car so quick less than 2 hours there at 6pm left by 830pm the best car salesman ever Sean and sito if you ever need a car good there and ask for those guys truly a great experience !!! Just purchased a Ram Pickup from Basic and the transaction could not have been easier. Jessy was awesome and took care of everything, she waited until 7PM for is to get there to purchase the truck. I have purchased 15 vehicles from Basic Auto over the past 20 or so years and currently, my family is driving 4 vehicles purchased from Basic Auto Sales. Every vehicle we have purchased has been excellent. It s worth the drive to deal with a company i can trust and know i am getting a dependable vehicle s for my family.

I was nervous to even go to the dealership. I was afraid it was a waste of time because I did not have a large down payment but I did have a trade-in. I spoke with Sean and he assured me that I would be approved and can get riding in a new car the same day. Mind you Jesse had been calling me for a while to get me to come in, but I kept pushing it off because I thought it was a waste of time at this moment. I ended up going in, and I am so glad that I did! I drove off yesterday With my 2022 Chevrolet Malibu with 31,000 miles on it. Everyone in the dealership was so nice and accommodating especially when it came to having two little ones running around the dealership tearing up everything lol they understood and they even helped. I will definitely be back , but I m ready for something Else. Thank you to Sean, Jesse and everyone else at basic auto sales! You guys truly made it a pleasure to come into the dealership and stay true to your word that I would be able to drive away in a new car.

I went in looking for a bigger SUV than an Escape that I had. I had certain likes and dislikes and they listened to each one. They didn t hassle you they let you look but were there if you had questions. I had said that if I saw a different vehicle that spoke to me then we would look . And we ll it did. I saw a Toyota Tundra that after asking questions these lovely people made it happen. I didn t feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time! Thanks again Krystyna and Joey and Corey for being so quick to respond!!!!

I had a vehicle that was having mechanical problems. Before we found Basic, we took it to one shop that couldn't figure out the problem. Then I took it to a Ford dealer that quoted me almost $6000 for repair. Luckily we took it to Basic because they immediately identified the problem and fixed it at a fraction of the cost. The service manager (Justin), the mechanics, and the owner (Kory Hummer) were amazing to work with. I would clearly use them again for service, and when we need another car, we will definitely buy from Basic Auto Sales.

Got my car a year ago wayyy over priced, then on top of that I had to have it fix after I got it. Not even a month later scammed really bad with this car. Check engine light and now throwing part at it. Not worth it.
