First time trying this shop and I will definitely be a returning customer! Hands down the most competitive quote for the repair and the service was fantastic. Was in and out and Jeremy was super helpful. Even helped me diagnose a different issue from the one I was there for! Seems like a shop that s on the up and up, and we all know finding one of those is like finding a needle in a haystack. Glad I ve found mine and you should absolutely give them a shot.

We picked up a nail in our tire on I-95 while headed towards Ashland for a sports tournament. We had no idea where to take the car to get the tire repaired since we were from out of town. I searched near our hotel and found that Ashland Garage had great ratings and I can now see why! They were very busy but we only had a short window of time to get the flat repaired before the tournament started. The manager, Jeremy, kindly fit us in and his girl fixed the flat quickly but also did a great job on it, and she returned the donut to the bottom of the vehicle for us, which was not a courtesy we have received at every garage on the past. He then didn t even charge us for the repair! Ashland garage made a stressful situation much easier for us. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

My husband has been taking my car to Ashland Garage for the last few years and we shout it s praises. The employees are incredibly helpful, friendly, and strive to make your experience the best experience. I had a routine oil change and inspection where they were additionally able to take a look at my brakes. They quoted a reasonable price to replace the front brakes and we were pleased. My brakes now don t have that embarrassing squeak! Jeremy then called to follow up with us and get any feedback about our experience. We have nothing but lovely comments to share! If you need an honest and friendly mechanic, Ashland Garage is the place to visit!

Great service! I had to have an engine replaced in my van. Jeremy was very helpful and got the work done quickly and for a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very understanding with the fact that it was my wheelchair accessible van and my family needed it back as soon as possible. I will be taking my other vehicles to Ashland Garage from now on.

I had to have a tire changed with relatively short notice, and they were willing to accommodate me. The staff is caring and courteous.Really love this place: awesome decor, even in the bathroom! (Today, I had some light food poisoning from my lunch earlier in the day, and it was a relief having access to such a nice bathroom!)Honestly, I live 30 minutes away, but this place is always so fast and friendly that I always go here now.Service: Tires

Brought in my Mustang GT to get a new exhaust put on. The instructions differed from what the online documentation stated, so not just a bolt-on job as claimed by manufacture. Jeremy notified me of the differences but still found a solution for it. The staff even let me bring the parts in on a different day and help get items out of my truck. Very accommodating staff. Prices were very reasonable as well. Thanks Jeremy and other staff at Ashland Garage!Sean

Another excellent experience with the team at Ashland Garage. As usual repair work was completed on time (as promised), work was flawless (as usual) and done at a competitive and affordable price. My boyfriend and I were road tripping down from Maine to Florida and unfortunately my car started acting funny, so we had to pull over in Ashland for the night. The next morning, we looked up auto shops and came across Ashland Garage...and let me tell you this was no regular auto garage. You could tell this was a family-owned business and they cared about their customers and the cleanliness of their shop. They lobby was decorated so cute and had snacks/coffee that I felt like I was at someone's home rather than in an auto garage lobby. Jake and Jeremy got us right in and were seriously so nice and beyond helpful, I can't thank them and Ashland Garage enough! If you ever have any car issues, these are your guys!

Jeremy and the team at the Ashland Garage go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I appreciate having a team that I can count on and trust with our vehicles. I bought a Toyota Corolla with a bad engine. Ashland Garage was the first repair shop I made it to. Jeremy said it needed a new engine, I said do it. Jake did an outstanding job on the install, runs incredible now. This is undoubtedly the best Automotive repair shop I have ever been to. Thank you Jeremy and Jake for outstanding customer service. I am so grateful for you guys. You are now my repair shop for this vehicle.

Wonderful service, reasonable pricing and the nicest waiting area of any shop I ve ever been to. This was my first time using Ashland garage as we are new to the area. It certainly won t be our last. Very friendly and professional group. I had reached out about needing two front struts replaced in my wife s Yukon Denali. Ashland Garage met or exceeded all my expectations. It was my first time scheduling my own auto services and they made the whole process a breeze. Even after my car failed the first inspection they quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair quote. We had a single communication error that was quickly fixed within the week; furthermore, they noticed my car needed an oil change and went above and beyond and did it for free. Fantastic team!!! We recently bought a used car from a local small business dealership and had the check light come on the day after we got it. The dealer didn't feel comfortable replacing the spark plug due to its location, but Ashlad Garage came to the rescue. The team got us in within a few days and was very hospitalbe while I waited for the SUV. My family has found their mechanic, already brought our other vehicle in as well. On Thursday night, my 21 year old son was driving alone from PA to NC to visit his brother. His car lost power and the check engine light came on in the car about 10 PM. He was able to get the car to Ashland Garage. As a mom, I was a mess. Ashland Garage was amazing. They were able to get the car in on Friday morning first thing. They were able to diagnosis the problem and were honest enough to tell us to go to the dealer. They helped to get the tow truck and make sure that transaction went smoothly. They even texted me later that night to check in on the dealer experience. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

They accommodated me with an emergency tire repair and the state inspection appointment went perfectly. Overheard to phone conversations with customers where they were willing to go through the trouble to help customers in unique situations.

If I could give more stars I would. My daughter and I had some auto troubles on the way to VA Beach and we luckily had to pull off at the Ashland exit. Made it to the garage safely and dropped the keys with an explanation of our situation in the after hours drop box. Called Jeremy in the morning and he was very polite and patient while I explained everything with more detail. He had a parking lot full of vehicles most likely needing work and I was not asking for any miracles but I mentioned ideally having it fixed by Sat. Our conversation happened Friday morning. Being open until 2pm on a Saturday is amazing in and of itself. He had said it would be more likely to be done by Monday but he would see what needed done first and get back in touch. We chatted Sat morning and then around 1pm he called and said it was good to go! Some mechanics would have taken advantage of the situation and potentially charged way more than normal but the price was good and fair. He even reached out the following Monday to check in and make sure I made it home safely. Experiences like this make me happy to know there are good, honest, caring people all over willing to help others out in need. Thank you!!Service: Engine repair

I very rarely leave reviews, but their recent above and beyond service earned it. I purchased a car from a local dealership earlier this year and was just outside of their limited warranty for free service coverage, so I brought it to Ashland Garage to figure out the issue. Not only did they identify the issue (a leak in my condenser), they took the time to independently research potential warranty coverages through Chevy to try to save me from paying out of pocket for the $1k+ fix. After speaking to their contacts at the local Chevy dealership on my behalf, they found out I was just outside of warranty coverage through them as well. As a final recommendation before starting the repair, they suggested I call corporate customer service for the dealership I bought my car from to explain the situation in hopes they might step up and cover it since I was only a week or two outside their limited warranty. Their suggestion paid off and it s going to save me a bunch of money since corporate customer care decided it was something they d cover for me free of cost, as well as reimbursing me for the initial diagnostic fee Ashland Garage charged when I brought my car in. While they may have lost my business for this repair (something they knew may happen when making these suggestions), their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond what I believe is standard service has made me a future customer for any needs on my cars that come up down the road.Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Highly recommend Ashland Garage, they are thorough and have excellent customer service. Recently had to bring our truck in with a coolant problem, we had an event we needed to go to and Jeremy made sure our truck was ready so we didn t have to miss it. Really appreciate that! Wonderful, family owned business. They offered free oil changes, food, and music on their openning day. We we're able to meet the mechanics and the owners. Clean and very professional. This is a place people will want to frequent.

We were on our way home from a family vacation in North Carolina when we noticed a slow air leak in one of our tires (we live in NJ and still had 5 1/2 hours to go). Ashland Garage was not only able to get us in the same day but we were in and out in less than an hour. The staff couldn t have been more friendly and it was a very nice garage with a beautiful waiting area. Thank you again to the owner for helping us out!!

Ashland Garage was able to shop around to get me a great deal on some new tires, especially important with winter weather right around the corner. They were able to order the tires, get me in that same day, and I was on my way that evening with no muss and no fuss. They were straight-forward about their pricing, the estimate worked out to exactly what I owed, and they came in below a quote from one of their competitors just don't the street. I'll definitely be doing business with them again.UPDATE...So here we are, a few years after my initial review of Ashland Garage, and I'm happy to say they've still got it; that special touch of customer service, great pricing, and reputability. They're consummate professionals that take care of your vehicle like it's their own, and they knock it out of the park every single time.

Jeremy and team were fantastic in helping diagnose issues with my car and quickly resolve them. After attempts to get help for other mechanics with a random (and later consistent) engine noise, these guys figured it out and got me rolling. It was worth the drive all the way from the south side to get accurate and honest work done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Battery

I was in town over night hours from home for my daughters, gymnastics competition the next day. We awoke to find a flat tire. Was so thankful for finding this garage. The only one opened on a Saturday. Jeremy answered. The phone was very polite and told he had a driver. He could call for a tow truck and he would call me back. I didn t expect to hear back from him and kept on trying to find a tow truck or someone to help. Jeremy kept his word and called me back. My truck was fixed in no time and was ready to roll. so grateful for the kindness and quality work. My fellow pickup truck nuts and myself are constantly looking for local, reputable, reliable, and affordable places to have work done on our trucks that we can't do ourselves. Ashland Garage is just that place. Trista and Doug that work the customer service are wonderful, honest people. I needed welds on my after-market MBRP performance exhaust to eliminate leaks. The welds were clean, tight and the cost came in within $5 of the original estimate. We're big on referrals and Ashland Garage certainly has mine!
