My husband, Mike and I, just purchased our first Airstream from Christopher. He was excellent throughout the entire process. In fact, all of the staff were delightful. Keith and Jacob set up all the systems and provided a great walk through. Thank you Airstream of Virginia for a job well done!

Our salesperson, Kat, was wonderful. She showed us several models to establish our preference, and kept us informed throughout the purchase process. She was accessible, friendly and went out of her way to help. Everything was shipshape and ready for our scheduled pickup day; they even spotted a faucet issue and fixed it before we came. We enjoyed the walkthrough with Keith and the hitch demo with Shawn, who were both great at presentation. We had a positive experience here.

Chrisce in service was simply incredible. As the front line person and the face of the customer service experience, she is stellar. She listened carefully to everything I had to say, and when we reviewed warranty fixes inside our airstream, she was ready with red tape. She also was extremely helpful in finding a few rivets that I hadn t realized had popped. Indicating her deep understanding of Airstreams and customer care. Truly, one of those excellent customer service experiences. She s extremely knowledgeable, cheerful, and just makes you feel good!And of course, Sean did a phenomenal job again in his work on our airstream. Truly above and beyond. I was able to chat with him a bit, and he answered many of my hyper focused questions with ease and knowledge. Truly a good experience.

WOW - where to even start to say what a great experience we had at Airstream of Virginia!!! It began with Chrisce being SO kind and helpful to us when we called with a broken thermostat in our brand new Airstream! We were traveling from Florida to Pittsburgh, and needed a repair because the temperatures overnight were in the 30s! They worked with Ty at Jackson Center, and had the necessary parts at the dealership in three days! They fit us in their busy schedule and had all of the repair work done in three hours! The technician who fixed it is JOSHUA, and he is amazing also! He found a secondary issue with the back air conditioner that we didn't know about and he fixed that also!! They both went above and beyond what we expected and it was one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! We would use them again any day!

We purchased and took delivery of a 2024 Airstream Classic this week. Shamar in sales and Jff in service did a great job. The deal was done successfully and any of the items needing to be corrected were taken care of quickly. This is our second Airstream purchased from this location. Keith in delivery did a good job going over the unit as well.

I'm going to start this off by saying that I have had nothing but negative experiences with two other camping worlds. When I say negative I mean absolutely horrific in every single way.My wife and I found a unit online that we just fell in love with and it was on Facebook Marketplace so we contacted the individual and found out that it was at a dealership so we in turn was able to get more pictures and videos and everything of it. With the video we saw that this was actually a branch of Camping World and this immediately put a bad taste in our mouths. Nonetheless we were absolutely in love with the unit and Danny O. Who we found out was the manager was actually helping us with this. He set us up with a young man named Travis that was going to be our salesperson. The communication from both of those young men was really really good. Both young men went above and beyond to make this a very pleasant experience. We showed up yesterday and purchased the unit and then went back today to pick it up. We are one hour from our property and stopping for the night so I wanted to take a moment to leave this review. Both of these young men work with us on the price so that we could stay within our budget and they did a complete walkthrough showing us all of the ends and then the outs of the unit. When we came to pick it up today Travis was extremely helpful with making sure that everything was as expected. Hats off to these young men and I would recommend Travis as your salesperson. We traveled from 200 miles away even though there were much closer dealerships to us. If you would like to have a positive experience with Camping World definitely reach out to Travis he really does go above and beyond.

Very disappointing experience! No communication after placing a $3k deposit until the day we arrived to pick up our new RV, despite sending emails and texts. Made accusations that we were misleading with our trade despite being provided the paperwork and them spending 2 hours going through our trade. After completing the financial paperwork we were left to hook up our new RV in the dark; in the rain; in 40 degree weather, with no Airstream staff assistance. Still trying to figure out why they moved it to the back 40 for us to connect and leave......

Terrible service department. Took forever to get anything fixed. We only have one option so we are stuck with them. They have had the 2024 BRAND NEW Airstream Range line, for 2 solid months. Did not seem to know about recalls either. When they fixed one recall, it broke something else. And of course, they did not have the part. Don't try and make an appointment to get through quicker, the policy is to quacky to explain.

Absolute wonderful experience !!! Matthew Hidalgo was extremely cordial, and professional. Matthew addressed each and every question that I had in a very prompt and professional manner. Their team walked me through every system on the Airstream and showed me how each system worked. VERY IMPRESSED !!!

Our experience with Airstream of VA was terrific! They were helpful, professional, and kind every step of the way! From sales Chris and Matt, to finance Chris, the technicians who set up our unit and Keith who walked us through it (sharing awesome tips and stories) to the sales manager Cassie who was so gracious in making sure we were completely satisfied to the assistance we had pulling out, everyone was so helpful. There was no heavy sales pressure, they clearly wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. They were accommodating to our questions and transparent in communications. When we finalized everything they were completely on top of the paperwork and it went so smoothly.We will definitely be back!

Everyone I dealt with at Airstream of Virginia was accommodating and patient with the many questions I had as someone who had never towed anything before. Curtis explained all the different trailers and options in detail and they let me delay my pickup date by a couple of weeks when I had conflicts come up. One person who worked at the store there even offered me her USB cord when I needed one for my GPS device. I would highly recommend this place.

Got a great deal on our new 2024 International 23FBT. Keith did a great job on our walkthrough, making sure we understood how to use all the technical components and explaining best practices for each. Each of the personnel we interacted with were friendly and professional. Love our new Airstream.

This dealership provided the best buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish, it was an extremely easy process, with amazing people!! My salesperson was Matt, and he was great to work with and helped me pick out the perfect Airstream! He really listened to my needs and made sure to keep my families wants and budget in mind! The finance manager was Chris. He was amazing to work with! He wasn't pushy about warranties, but was excellent in explaining them so we could make a well informed decision. This was a breath of fresh air compared to other buying experiences we had with little knowledge about the warranty products offered. Keith in service made sure to explain every detail about the camper to us so we can be comfortable going camping right after purchase. I thought we would have to have weeks of reading how the features worked, but he made that worry go away. Lauren is the service writer, she helped us with all the accessory purchases and was such a fun and sweet person! It was also my daughter's birthday, and she made sure to make her feel super special! Lastly, Cassie was the manager. She was amazing! She was able to tie the entire process together seamlessly. She was involved in every process, and we know if we ever have any issue she will make sure it's taken care of fast and the right way. She absolutely is amazing at her job and you can tell she has a true passion for what she does. All of her employees had much respect for her, and she treated everyone that walked through the door or worked there better than any manager of any dealership I've ever known. I would highly encourage anyone considering purchasing an Airstream to go to Airstream of Virginia! We will be going to them when we decide to upgrade our Airstream that we have, they have a customer for life with us!

My son Jackson and I spent some quality time with a quality guy, Curtis. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we explored all the options that might meet our family s unique needs. He was very easy to talk to and generous with his time. We did not feel rushed at all. His passion for the quality Airstream represents is contagious as it is all Jackson will talk about now. I would highly recommend Airstream of Virginia (and Curtis) for your Camper needs.

Airstream of Virginia is filled with the best people you would want to do business with from sales to service, managers and technicians they are friendly, helpful, patient and just down right good people. We bought our second AS in 14 months and both times we were pleased with all of them, the first time we lived in VA but the second time we drove up from our new home in SC to do business with them and they are still the same people who helped us the first time, now that tells you that they enjoy working there also. I hope for AS of VA they get a finance officer soon and then all will be complete but until then you'll have to go across the parking lot to Camping World to close on your AS, they'll give you a ride in the golf cart =)

It started off great. We did all our financing online, Cassandra and Kat were friendly and communicated great via phone/email/text. Then we arrived at the dealership to sign the papers and take possession. We had an appointment, which should imply they were setting aside time for us. Cassandra never even spoke to us. The only thing Kat wanted to talk about was calling Good Sam for an insurance quote, I told her at least 3 times we did not need to do that because we had no plans to switch insurance carriers. We should have just made the drive to NJ. A few days went by and I realized we didn't get our Military offer. I contacted Cassandra and was told it should have been done at the time of purchase. I emailed Chris (finance) and he never even responded. If Cassandra or Kat had taken time to have a conversation with us maybe they would have asked and maybe I would have remembered to tell them. Disappointed, Airstream should vet their dealers better!

I went to the dealership where just recently purchased our Airstream. I was there to ask a question about our LP tanks. The young woman behind the service counter told me "Our technicians don't talk to customers" I thought she had misspoken and asked her to repeat it which she did. I told her I drove from the otherside of Richmond to seek help, she repeated the same. She then directed me to Camping World and said their service department could help me. I went over and spoke with them, they had no idea what I was talking about. They were helpful, but Airstreams weren't their speciality. I found it odd that technicians at the Airstream dealership won't come and talk to a customer that just purchased an Airstream. So, you spend your money for an Airstream but can't get any technical assistance from where you bought it? That to me sounds wrong. Also the representative at Airstream told me I could call the factory? I didn't buy the trailer from the factory, I bought it from the dealership in Ashland. Probably the first and last RV we buy from them.

Had a terrible experience with service department. Two of the problems they said they fixed were not. When I called to complain I was told we would receive a call back from Service Manager - crickets. It was not worth our aggravation. Took our Airstream to Jackson Center and both issues were resolved. Funny we did were not charged there (under warranty). Airstream of Virginia did charge us. Never ever again!! Beware!

Beware of their prices. I asked them to price me an OTD quote on a Basecamp. They quoted me almost 7k over MSRP. When I asked about certain discounts, the updated the numbers but the actual OTD amount was still the same. I decided to call Colonial in NJ and they discounted the Basecamp by almost 6k and the only other cost was tax and a $500 document fee. When I told Airstream of VA my quote, all of a sudden then we re willing to negotiate; but at that point the trust was gone.

SERVICE REVIEW: BRAND NEW camper, came back dirty and messy. Paid the diagnostic fee just to get away from this place!! They are absolutely terrible!!!!Typical sales people. Brand new camper came with a broken fridge. Make sure EVERYTHING works.

Where to start. The whole process was quick and easy. I felt I got a fair price for my trade. They were great in setting up my old hitch into our new airstream. Towed like a dream. When we were waiting they were kind enough to cart us over to camping world for some needed items. And someone from there carted is back! When they transferred the hitch. We noticed some nuts were missing. They took it off a week ago. Brad actually went to the hardware store to pick up replacement parts. Great family of people. Looking forward to the new adventures!

Brady and the team at Airstream of VA made my shopping experience first rate. From start to finish they were welcoming, helpful and detailed. I simply explained what I was looking for and he found me the perfect match. I only looked at 2 other units (beside the floor models) and the first one he showed me was perfect. The technicians that walked me through the unit the following week were patient with my questions and offered a few tips and tricks to make my RV life easy. I would definitely recommend them, especially to any first time buyers. (I had a very different experience at a different dealer) All the staff made me feel like family and I am very happy with my purchase!

The entire experience from the first email confirming availability to the sale agreement was top notch!! Kat was our delightful salesperson, she is a treat! She also paints each purchaser a watercolor painting that gives you that personal touch and welcomes you to the Airstream family in such a warm way! We were treated with respect and given upfront answers to every question and concern we had! We didn t feel rushed and didn t feel as though we were wasting their time or that she had answered those questions a thousand times. I had a great experience with my purchase from Airstream of Virginia. I met with Kat who was a Fantastic sales lady who explained everything and and helped me get a fair price on my Basecamp 20X. When I picked up my trailer she had even gone a step further and gifted me with a painting of my Basecamp : )The service department was good as well taking care of some issues on delivery day doing all they could to make things right and all set to go. I definitely would return to buy another larger trailer in a few years.
