We love Air Park Auto. We recently had the undercarriage of our 2000 blazer overhauled, brakes, power steering, hoses and lines. So confident in the work they do as the truck runs so much better. I love Danielle and the team communicating each step, keeping me up to date. Happy we found a place we can trust as that s the most important.

I brought my car in to get an oil change. 2 more services were recommended that I also got. One was replacing a valve cover basket and the other was a 4 wheel alignment. After getting my car yesterday and driving it for a bit, the slippery when wet signal and my check engine light both came on simultaneously and I am worried that the recommendations triggered something else because neither of those lights have ever come on prior. So I will now need to bring it back to the shop this week sometime to see if you can figure out what may be going on after being serviced. Based on the invoice of the inspections, after completed it says that everything was good with a green check. I attached a picture of my dashboard so you could see the lights. I am also going to call and leave a message to get something set up as early as possible because I need my car but worry about driving it with the check engine light on. I just put a random star ranking so i could send this message since I'm not sure if it was the service itself or something else. Thank you.

Love this place. Oil changes by appointment while you wait with comfortable waiting room with Keurig coffee and sodas. No high pressure upselling, only the details you need to consider regarding regular maintenance. Easy interface to decline or accept work. Family owned, and you can tell!

Best car service ever! Over the years, Air Park Auto has done an outstanding job of servicing cars for my family! Efficient, dependable, competent, honest, affordable and kind. Just really good people...front office and service team! I am unable to adequately reach and clean the inside of my windshield and they graciously cleaned the mess I had made of it!!! Very kind! And they go the second mile to make sure that all service work is satisfactory. Love these folks!Update: Still the best! Spotted a serious rust problem with my rear brakes! A month ago, I would have been rating you a 5. I've been bringing my cars to you for years. I won't be coming back.I had a car break down on 495 in Norther Virginia. The alternator light came on, other warning lights came on, and the car cut off. So I had it towed all the way to your shop. You replaced the alternator and did a lot of other work that you told me was necessary. A LOT of work.But you did NOT replace the alternator belt. Didn't even suggest it needed replacing.And it totally shredded in less than 200 miles after I picked the car up from you, after paying you dearly. And there it was again, stranded on the side of the road. There is no excuse for this to have happened. None.And it turns out, there was a LOT of other critical work that needed doing, in addition to replacing the shredded belt. Work that YOU should have brought to my attention.Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed in your service. I really expected much more from you.

Mechanical service and repair was quality as usual. However, it took 2 weeks to service the vehicle, which caused tremendous delays in our scheduled work assignments. We lost revenue during that time. It would have been most appropriate to offer a discount for the work or for future service; unfortunately, we were billed full price including a four wheel alignment that was not pre-approved.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These people were absolutely amazing. From start to finish the ladies at the front desk were very transparent from the start. We dropped the vehicle off Tuesday and the next day they had it in the shop getting work done for an AC issue as well as and oil change. They diagnosed the problem. Sent us a text link stating what they diagnosed, stated the price of the work, also had pictures from the diagnostic and gave the options to proceed or not to proceed. Im sure we annoyed Danielle with all the calling but she did an amazing job working with our warranty we had and getting the work we wanted done. Also a huge shout out to I am assuming was Jeffrey doing the work. We have found our new shop to deal with from now on out and do not plan on taking our vehicles anywhere else. Stopped by in the morning shortly after they opened with a flat tire. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to squeeze me in that tire, got two tires delivered before lunch and performed the installation and needed alignment in under two hours. The whole experience was straight forward. As someone who has worked in an automotive repair environment myself, I have to say this place is as good, honest and transparent a shop you're ever going to find.

I dropped my car off around 1130 for a front end alignment and they were able to get to it the same day picking it up around 530. I was given the previous alignment data with the new alignment Information. Very happy with the quick service and the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. I have been a loyal customer since 1989 or 1990. As always, everything was perfect. They put on four tires and did an alignment. I got a flat tire and my husband brought it to them first thing in the morning. They were able to order a new tire and put it on without an appointment. This was my first time using Air Park Auto Service and I'm not disappointed! I took my Volvo in for an inspection and it was finished in about 15 minutes! The waiting area was clean and furnished! I went to Air Park Auto Service for car state inspection. I found them through recommendations on NextDoor. I liked the following:- I could request and schedule a specific time slot, and it was not first come first serve.- The car inspection was done timely.- Price was reasonable and it was easy to pay.- There was nice waiting area where I waited during the service.- They were professional.

My wife and I have been using APAS for a while. All of our service was preformed as promised. I was notified about the progress of our vehicle VIA text. APAS also notified me of any needed repairs and gave me options. We were informed, not pressured into getting repairs. Airpark Auto ServiceMy 2002 GMC Yukon XL now has 380,000 + miles on it. My wife & I purchased it new in late 2001 with 36 miles on it. Airpark Auto Service (Bill & now his son Chris) have performed all but 3 of its maintenance servicing (2 services at the original dealership right after purchase, 1 minor servicing at another dealership on a trip outside the area). This vehicle has raised a family of 6, been used numerous trips towing campers (with at least 6 to 8 passengers & loaded with gear), many out of state, mountain & seashore trips, as well as many loaded utility trailers working on renovations, etc. The Yukon is still performing strong, used daily with its original engine & original transmission . Our brakes failed and we had our car towed here through AAA. Chris and his team were very gracious and got us in right away because we were travelling back from FL to NY. Although they were unable to do the brake repair because it was too complex which we completely understand since the car is driven normally in upstate NY and we don't expect mechanics south of us to be used to this amount of rust), they let us park the car there until we could arrange a vehicle transport back to upstate NY. They didn't even charge us for this perk. We appreciated them so much we bought them Pizza! Awesome people there!

I had two vehicles serviced. One for a state inspection and oil change and the other for "manufacturer suggested maintenance". In both cases it was determined that only the minimum service was necessary.
