The worst experience of my live in a dealership. The financial proposal came back different of what we applied for. Then they refused to give us back our money that we put down for the proposal. I understand that if the proposal had come back the exactly way we applied for and then we refused that would be fair to not get back the money. But it came back totally different of what we applied for. The sales men never mention that during the process. When we I spoke to the manager, he was EXTREMELY RUDE with me, he said it was my fault. That I should had ask the sales men. How am I supposed to know that!? That was my first time in a Tesla store. I love the concept of Tesla but I would look for a different dealership. I do not recommend this dealership for anyone.

In general it's still a decent place, much better than any competitor service center for sure. that said I think the quality of work from technicians seems to be getting worse.My last service I went there for cellular connection issues, and I think the repair was definitely rushed and left me with new weird audio issues afterwards. What's worse all that took 10 days in total, and two pickup attempts because the first time the connection issue was worse, instead of unstable it was non-existent.Now I've been waiting for a couple of weeks for a new appointment to fix the new audio issues... I'm planning to take it now to the Tyson's SC hoping it's a better repair experience... We'll see.

The experience with Tesla was originally an excellent one, but I had to deduct for the administrative fiasco that was going on behind the scenes regarding my tags under a business name. Originally, I was transferring tags from my personal name to under a business and it held up the process for going on 4 months.I think they can do better working with the DMV team so that the customer doesn't have to suffer. I get they are selling these cars like hotcakes, but customer service really shouldn't be taken off the table. Having it in place can prevent future disconnects between or across departments. I am done changing my review for this facility. I name dropped some folks previously, so hopefully they can take my suggestion as advice at this point if nothing else.

Amazing people and super friendly stuff. It is very unfortunate how people here are complaining about numbers where Tesla employees have no control over. The advisor told me the process is same for everyone buying a Tesla. The prices are controlled by Tesla and not dealers. So much transparency and honesty among the employees at this location. Kudos for providing a very honest service to this community.

Tesla's location manager JT, reached out to me. worked with me on the issue, issues has been resolved, I am fully satisfied with his professional way of resolving the matter.Caution: Be Cautious with buying through Tesla in Arlington, VAMy recent experience with Tesla in Arlington, VA has been disappointing. The referral process was mishandled, and despite promises of resolution, I faced persistent issues.The customer service at this location, they fell short of expectations. Offers made during negotiations were not honored, and communication was inconsistent.I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this specific Tesla location in Arlington, VA. It's essential to be vigilant and manage expectations when considering a purchase from this branch.Review your documentation, your referral promises make sure it went through.I was promised with the referral benefits, the agent did it on my phone himself but never went through, me and the person referred me didn't get the referral,Manager offered me a wall connector, when I told I already purchased one, and asked for the universal wall connector instead, he denied his offer and limited the compensation to anything below $ 250.if you buy through this location or receiving, double check everything twice.After I complained at BBB , General manager called me and informed me the universal wall charger has been approved as a compensation, he promised within 2 weeks it will ship to my house, turned out he is just gain time so BBB close the case. Not professional Tesla !! I was wishing to update this review in a better way. BBB claim has been re-opened.

Unless you want your car damaged while in service, do not take it here. This is how they returned my car with the old parts thrown in a bag on my seat. I was left with oil and dirt to clean up and damages to my seat. Less than 24 hours after picking up my car, my 12v battery died. They claim they aren t responsible and it s just a coincidence since they didn t touch anything electrical (the whole car is electrical), and basically it s up to me to figure it out. So I am left stranded and car-less for the weekend.

If i could give a zero star i would. This tesla shop put a huge dent in my M3 and wouldn't take accountability. They instead put me on hold when i call. What a mess! Do not go to this tesla service center except you wana get back your car dented.

Incompetence at every level. I rarely write reviews, but this specific Tesla service center takes the cake for poor service and lack of skill. I haven t had issues with my car since purchasing my model s 7 years ago, but had a warning about a battery fuse so I took it in for this to be replaced and have my infotainment system upgraded. Seemed simple enough. I would have gone to the Tyson s one, but apparently since they have good employees, they re booked up farther out, so I took the early appt at Glebe - big mistake. They said it would be ready and I went over at 4 pm, but apparently they made a mistake, so I Ubered home. I picked it up the next day and it seemed ok. They did charge double the estimate though - when I called them out, they corrected it. 1 week later, Monday morning, I go to my garage and my car is completely dead. Can t even get the door open with my work stuff. Tesla refused to send mobile service and had me tow the car to get diagnosed. They replaced the 12 volt and apparently had some sort of coolant leak that was another thousand - timing is very suspect. They tell me the car is ready again and when I get there - lo and behold, not ready again. The next evening after work, I went to pick it up and they forgot to put my key in the car. I asked some random sales guy there and he said he ll let the service dept know so they can deliver or mail my key. The next day they reach out and say they can t mail it due to safety (I don t think they employ knows what safety means) and they apparently can t drop it off because they re too busy. They said I had to pick it up. I texted again and after treating a negative review, they said the manager was mailing it - apparently it was now safe . Weeks later, no key. Morons.

The service I received was extremely disappointing. While I understand that unexpected delays can occur, it is essential for businesses to communicate with their customers.I arrived on time for my 10:45 am appointment and checked in as requested through the app. I parked my car in the designated service area as instructed. However, after waiting for an hour and a half, no one had even acknowledged that my car was there. It wasn't until I asked about the estimated time for a windshield replacement that they finally checked on it.I was informed that there would be a another 30-minute delay before they could begin working on my vehicle due to an unforeseen circumstance. This meant that almost two hours had passed since my appointment time. While I understand that things happen, I was told that the temperature outside meant the glue needed more time to dry, pushing the completion time to closer to 3-4 pm. Although it was a long day for a windshield replacement, I made it clear that I intended to wait for my car and not leave it there.By 4:30 pm, there had been no further updates, so I messaged through the app as instructed, but received no response. It was only at 5:30 pm that I resorted to Googling the service center's closing time and discovered it was 5 pm. No one had ever communicated to me that my car would not be ready on the same day. I called the service number but was transferred to tech support, who informed me that the only option was to send a message to the closed service department for them to address the issue the following day.I was told that the best they could do was send a message and that I would have to come back the next day to pick up my vehicle. Despite living an hour away, they seemed to dismiss it as inconsequential. If they had clearly communicated from the start that a simple windshield replacement would take several days, I would have made alternative arrangements.It is evident that this company places little importance on communication and fails to acknowledge how it significantly impacts their clients. All they do is make sure you know is that service is a loss for them. So it s like they re doing you a favor to even bring it in.

Superb customer service all around from JD and Asia! I spoke with JD today and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Incredibly helpful with my questions and concerns! I worked with Asia closer to the beginning of my transaction experience and I feel thoroughly pleased with the level of care and attention I ve been shown. If I had the opportunity to pick up my new Model Y here, I would opt for that in a heartbeat. Thank you, JD! Thank you, Asia!

This services center is hands down the worse I ve been too. The lack of communication and knowledge. The way they would turn your car away without looking into the matters you brought your car in for. The way that some of the staff is rude. I have never experienced such service from any other center in the 3 years of dealing with Tesla.

Absolutely amazing service!I was on a road trip Driving from Nova Scotia (east Coast Canada). I was on a 28 hour road trip to Georgia, 18 hours into my drive from my home my car was non responsive to my phone and key. My car was towed to this service centre and they did the absolute most going way above and beyond to get me back on the road being so far from homeIncredibly thankful & grateful to Pierre, Tony, Naomi & every other employe who played a part in getting my car fixed.

I was shopping around for a new car after my Q7 got totaled. I was considering Tesla but had some hesitations at first, having never owned an EV. Sebastian Acosta worked closely with me to answer all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to buy or left the interaction feeling sales-pitched, with him maintaining full transparency and a level of realness you don t see in car showrooms. His assistance with the whole car window-shopping process gave me the confidence to go ahead and place an order with Tesla. He continued to offer his help remotely after the order to make some adjustments to order, so I hope Tesla gives this man a raise/promotion! Paris Fouser over at Tyson s was also tremendously helpful remotely. I am excited for my new car!

I highly recommend getting a second opinion when it comes to the service center at this location. For something that would cost $80 they charged 1k+ to replace parts that didn't need replacement. It felt like a quota or some bonus initiative. So when you book they are trying to make as much per time slot.

Brought my car in for service and received great communication with a service manager. They gave me a brand new car of my choice to drive around while they serviced my car. My car was finished and ready for pick up in about 2.5 hours. Much better than Sterling Service Center!!!

It was a great experience! Naomi was really attentive both professionally and personally. I had a deadline to meet and she ensured that I had a loaner to take care of personal business while my vehicle was being serviced (Kylie ensured that I had the right size loaner that I would feel comfortable driving). Naomi definitely went the "extra mile" and always greets her customers with a smile and provides expertise information regarding the service of my vehicle and estimated time of completion of repair/work. She is a diamond and I will continue to have my car serviced at the Arlington Tesla location.

I visited the Glebe Road TESLA SERVICE location by chance due to an issue with my signal light on my Model Y today. I was assisted by Antonio (TONY), who was my service advisor. He did an outstanding job of not only assisting me but also went above and beyond to ensure that not only issue was fully fixed but was courteous to inform that it was covered under warranty as I was not sure. I really appreciated his efforts wanted to write this short review to thank him and the Tesla Team at Glebe Road location. Cheers, Nuwan

I have ONLY EVER come to get service done for my Tesla here in Arlington SPECIFICALLY because of the customer service by Pierre and Antonio. They are always professional and make sure I am taken care of. The entire service team truly cares about their customers. They explain all the options you have and are honest about durations of repairs. It s just an pleasant experience every-time I come in and is the primary reason why I brought a Tesla again. The service is unmatched.

We had a great experience here learning about Teslas for our first EV purchase. Asia was super helpful and friendly, answering lots of questions and getting us set with a demo drive so that we could be sure a Tesla was right for us.

During my demo drive of the Model 3 Long Range and Performance, Amelia and Asia were incredibly helpful. They had extensive knowledge about the vehicle and provided thorough explanations about pricing. They also answered all my questions. Additionally, I had the opportunity to experience the overnight demo, which allowed me to fully immerse myself in the Tesla experience. Overall, it was a fantastic and unforgettable experience!

I recently purchased a Model 3 from a Koons dealer a few days back. I have never been to a tesla facility before. Today was my first time getting a Tesla serviced. The service here was excellent! The staff was super friendly and greeted me with smiles and good enthusiasm. They were extremely accommodating while I waited for my Model 3 to finish up. The manager there even recommended I take a Model Y Performance out for a while to get breakfast. He also recommended that to another customer who was looking at the vehicles in the showroom while is vehicle was being serviced. The manager was not pushy at all when it came to convincing me to buy a Tesla before and after my test drive. It was a really nice breath of fresh air compared to most dealers and how their practices. First time at this location, or at any Tesla location for that matter, and it was such a lovely introduction. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a demo drive at Tesla, and was probably one of my favorite dealership experiences. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I felt taken care for. The staff, especially Brent who dealt with me was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Brent s friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and he took the time to understand my specific interests and questions I had.

I am happy to have a this location near my house. I love the customer service and the advisors here. I feel very taken care of. I appreciate how friendly and accommodating everyone is. They also have private booths to work in in case you have to wait for your car. This location and team goes above and beyond and I appreciate it!

I am writing this review specifically for the manager Wassam. He did an amazing job answering all my questions. I was in the process of switching to an EV and of course I was nervous and had a bunch of questions. Wassam was very patient with me and made me feel like a friend or family member. I hope he gets a chance to read this. Wassam thank you so much! I am happy to be purchasing a Tesla and working with this dealership to understand the options.
