I had a great experience with Kenny's help! Came in for maintenance and concerns about needing new tires. He didn't try to oversell me new tires by pointing out I had just bought tires in January and the current ones look good. He updated me on the service needed in a timely manner and got me a courtesy wash and vacuum :)

Zanoni has served me in this dealership and it was the worst customer care. I felt like Honda is the customer and I have to serve them, very impolite and this is the second time I have this encounter at this dealership. I would recommend a different location Toyota cross street is way better. What a shame Honda

This is the first written review I've made but I feel compelled to share my experiences at Browns in the hope to dissuade people from spending their hard earned money here. At the bottom of this review, you'll find two alternatives to Browns that I've been to that are much better options.I purchased my car from Browns in 2017 and have been coming regularly since then. They have consistently shown patterns of indifference, ineptitude, and overall just bad service. I've list two experiences from the last 10 months. I urge you all to stay clear from this dealership.1. A couple months ago I blew my tire out. I replaced it with my spare and promptly made an appointment with Browns to swap it out. I showed up 15 min before my timed appointment, checked in, and decided to wait for the vehicle in the service station. After 3 hours, I check in and ask the status of my vehicle. To my surprise, my vehicle was untouched and still outside, it turns out that I was not checked in properly by the employee behind the desk. I didn't think it was a big deal, I'm a pretty patient person. But what did make me a bit irate was the Brown's service employee blaming me for this oversight and asking me to stay for a couple more hours. I just needed a new tire swapped in. I ended up staying and paying their premium price for a new tire.2. I was having severe battery issues, requiring me to jump start my car every time I had to use it. I called Brown's on a Sunday asking if I could make an appointment for the upcoming week and asked if they had availability Wednesday at 8 AM. They told me that I could walk in before 9 AM (when they start getting busy) and get my car checked out. They confirmed that it could be a quick process and that I wouldn't have to leave my car for the day. I did show up on Wednesday before 8 AM. And upon checking in, Ken Najiy, told me that I needed an appointment and that the information provided over the phone to me was false. Not great! They said I could leave my car for the day but unfortunately, I wasn't prepared for that since I was told I didn't have to do so and that I could walk in and they'll help me out. Ken couldn't help me out and his attitude didn't really help as well. I asked him if he could recommend another Honda location since the I considered the issues I was having was urgent. He told me I should use my phone... fair.. so I did. Thanks Ken!Below are two better options than Browns Arlington Honda. They both have a respectful team that will do their best to take care of your needs.1. Ourisman Honda in Bethesda, MD. A bit out of the way for me but they have proven to be flexible and respect your time and money. I've had my car serviced here twice the past 5 years and never had an issue with them.2. Ben Nielsen's 10th Street Automotive, space is tight in their D.C location but they have proven to be the kindest and most honest auto repair shop around. Their services are cheaper and they don't try to rip you off like Browns.Service: Auto maintenance

I did not have a good experience at this dealership. We had an appointment for Tuesday morning for service for my car and reserved a loaner at the dealership. I received a call a day before the appointment to reschedule to Wednesday morning. On Wed, I drive 20 miles to this dealership and they do not have a loaner car reservation for me and I had to cancel my appointment after wasting my morning driving to their location. They do not care for the customer's time. The gentleman acted as if they didn't my appointment at all on their books: asking questions like who did you speak to? Guy or a girl? Hmmm, what difference does that make, don't you have this information on your appointment schedule of the employee who initially scheduled my appointment and then rescheduled it. Will not go back. They lost my business going forward. I recommend to others to avoid their services as well. They do not appreciate your time as the customer.

I went to Brown's Arlington Honda on a Saturday to look at a used Honda Civic EX-L. They are not pushy and gave a good trade in value after looking at my 2013 Acura ILX. The Civic drive drove very well on test drive but was a bit too laden with safety tech features (irritating when driving). I didn't buy but have kept in touch w/ my sales rep while continuing my car search

I would recommend coming here for service on your honda. Chris was kind enough to give me a ride to the metro at rosslyn, I appreciate him for that. Zanoni was the rep who kept me updated, worked with me over additional things that my car needed and went above and beyond to help me with some coupons! My experience was great with them. 10/10. AND REMEMBER JUST BC YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, IT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR CAR WILL BE SEEN RIGHT AWAY, people need to understand it just reserves your car for the day, its best to get other things done while waiting.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I bought a car from Brown's..The car was clean and looked good. So I bought it, drove it back to Delaware. I was so happy, within a week the clutch stopped working. Took it to a shop in Delaware. Unfortunately with the current economy, the clutch was not available. I contacted Browns, Jad understood my problem and went way above and beyond to help me. It took a long time, but he stayed with me until the car was fixed. Brown's was very kind to me. If I lived closer I would continue to do business with them.Thank you Jad for everything!!!

Completely unprofessional, lazy and rude staff, call ahead to schedule services to change my battery, they told me I don t need one for that and they ll do it in 5minutes! I m single parent I drove 35 minutes on 103 deagres with 2 years old baby so I can change battery, they told me they can t do it now and hand me over battery to do it myself, even they charged me 16$ for selfdesposial! It was 2.40 not even closing time, no veichles in front for service, poor one who pays them!Service: Auto battery maintenance

Terrible experience. A young boy came up to our car and started asking questions if we were going to make a deal with him today. I told him to give us two minutes to get out the car. Again he started asking questions on what car we were interested in purchasing and if we wanted to sell the car we were in. First of all, he never introduced himself, nor gave us two minutes to get out the car. Right away i was done with him. Very unprofessional, very pushy. No respect at all when we got out of the car. No mask, no face covering. Obviously, no instructions from his manager. Never will go back. Wanted to give us $5,000 for our 2015 Mecades E Class. No deal dude!

The worst ..took it in today because the audio on my backup camera stopped working after owning and driving the car 5 years - I m told by the service intake guy - I ve had this exact issue with other cars - but the car does not have back up camera audio - so sorry but nothing to fix amazing - they have no concept how to fix any of the electronic or sensor issues with their cars ..do yourself a favor save the headache and take it somewhere else ..

I bought a car from Browns Honda in Arlington about a month ago. With that being said I have been in the customer service Industry and retail industry for 20 plus years and I have also worked at 2 different car dealerships and the folks at Browns Honda were BY FAR the most sincere, the most honest and just overall the friendliest and most helpful group of people I have maybe ever worked with and Most definitely and importantly the VERY BEST and decent group as far as car dealers goes. Sincerely, Bram Bigdeli Operations Manager @ Capital Carpet Gallery Inc. Burke Virginia. (Just fyi in Particular Nasir, Yousef and Nico were absolutely fantastic and it was very refreshing to meet and deal with them)

Had my car appraised. Told they meet in the middle. Math of the numbers they showed and the middle did not line up. Was contacted after appraisal to come in and have my car appraised again because they forgot they already appraised it
