Install of tires was fine. Things were timely. However I was left with greasy/dirty smudges on my interior of my driver side door. How hard is it to wear gloves?! For this reason I do not plan to return to Mr. Tire and will not recommend and will discourage others from using it. The lack of care astounds me.UPDATr: Seems the owner responded to my review. I ll keep the apology in mind as I go spend my money to buy cleaning supplies and spend my free time cleaning up their mess. Wonderful!!!

When I walked in no one was at the front desk so I just stood there. Then a man shouts from sitting down in his office and says someone will be with you shortly. About 1-3 mins later another employee walks in and you could tell she was thrilled to work there. It was like she forced herself to say how may I help you in a very low tone almost whispering. Then I gave her an idea of why I needed their help and she goes to the office where the man is and then couple seconds later they both come back and the man says we aren t able to take anymore customers because people made appointments before you so we can t help you. I almost cried and said I have a freaking air bubble in my tire I need a new tire and he said something like it s impossible to take new customers so I said forget this and walked out. Don t ever go to this location they don t even make you feel welcomed, more like a burden. I receive better customer service at McDonald s. And luckily, the store in Burke where Jonathan is the manager was able to take care of all my needs and completely turn my experience around. I was getting ready to tell everyone don t ever go to Mr. Tire but I ll make sure to tell them to never go to the Arlington location on four mile road.And I know that whoever reads this post will put a sarcastic comment like, thanks for your feedback and take care. That doesn t matter to me. Instead you need to hire employees that actually like their job not just people who need to make money because I can tell that these 2 people in the Arlington store don t care about their job and make Mr. Tire company look bad !!

Initial service was fine, but had three different lights go off the next day. Took it in to have it looked at and the lights suddenly aren t on anymore. Ok, fine, they take it in the back to check the history on it anyways. When they bring my car back to the front to pass it off to me, claiming nothing at all, the dash cam is unplugged and video is deleted from it. I would ve believed the lights had not shown for them if they hadn t gone through my dash cam.

This was my first visit to the Four Mile Run Drive location. Faizan ordered and had tires delivered the same day. Two front tires replaced with one tire plugged. the estimated costs were reflected accurately upon completion of services. The tire pressure seemed to be inaccurate (too high and not even across all four tires) when i drove off. We'll see if those even out as the vehicle is driven. I would recommend this location.

Great communication throughout. My tire was fixed within the same day and it was done right. I have had a great experience with Mr Tire multiple times. I will use Mr Tire for any future tire repair needs.

Mr. Tire was able to get me in on short notice and communicated well but their prices for replacing the control arms on my vehicle were astronomical compared to other garages in the area. I wound up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be serviced.

I have never given a google review but this was too much. If i could give zero or a negative rate I would for this place.Very unprofessional people, requested a quote online, then visited the store. The lady in the front desk gave me false information about the Service center being closed on October 10, 2022. Still I ended up going on sunday to place the deposit for the tires I needed. Having my rims being in PERFECT condition (just had them refinished by a professional shop) was the first thing i mentioned and asked if they have capable technicians and machines to perform the job. The answer i got was yes. Took my car for the tires to be replaced today, during drop off they mentioned they had to charge me more for the installation given the type of tires even though I had a quote for a lower price, I accepted and hoped for a professional job to be performed.The technician damaged and scratched the 4 rims of my car. When I brought this to the staff they gave unconvincing and pathetic excuses. I called MONRO to report this inadequate service. I still payed full amount for the service. Additionally when I was paying the bill and asked about the damaged done to my rims the person at the front desk told me it wasnt his problem and i should talk to corporate, he was rude and disrespectful. Staff at Mr Tire, getting angry and being unprofessional with a customer is not the way to fix the problem. Please find attached pictures of the damages made to my rims. If youre a person that expect to have a professional and clean job done dont go to this place, they are far from giving a good service in all aspects.

Nice front desk that helped me find the right tires that suited my needs when the ones I wanted weren t available. Great service throughout, especially from Majed who was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Their very expensive. They tried to tell me I need all four tires and that I won't pass inspection without replacement. I went to another dealer and they told me the opposite. I got my tire repaired, alignment and passed my inspection. These guys are only out there for the money.Only reason I came to then, because everyone else in a 5 mile radius is booked until next week. There is a reason why their not booked.

Theiska was so nice and helped me quickly with a recurring tire pressure light/sensor issue. Hopefully I don't have to come back anytime soon, but this location would certainly be my go-to.

Worst place ever for tires! They should change their name. I bought Goodyear tires from them and purchased a warranty plan to fix flat tires. Total rip off. I ve had so many flats (and not from nails). The lady told me the tires have a 65,000 mile warranty I had them put on my car at 39,000 miles. She said because my CAR has 68,000 miles, she wouldn t submit a warranty claim!They also quote you one price over the phone and when you get there, they quote you a higher price. This happened to the guy in line in front of me. He even told them he chose them bc of the price he was quoted.I ve been coming here for 5 years but this was the last time! I will definitely take my service elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I highly recommend Mr. Tire at the Four Mile Drive location!! I first came in for a damaged tire and they were able to go get the right tire from another location right away! They have great customer service and I never felt as though i was being taken advantage of as a female walking into an auto shop. They are up front about the facts and what is needed which i think is a great quality in an auto shop. Plus they allow my dog to sit and wait with me!!

This little shop is my go-to place for regular maintenance and service, not just for tires. The folks here are honest and friendly, and the work has always been done well. I became a steady customer when they explained that I did NOT need several expensive repairs that another shop insisted were necessary. The prices are fair and far less than what my dealer charges.

I came here for new tires and brake pads. I was there a long time having to wait for parts from an another store. I didn t mind because I had a lot of questions and Majed answered them all. He is friendly and polite and professional. The epitome of customer service. I watched him treat everyone with the utmost respect. He looks you in the eye and treats you like a family member. Highly recommend coming here because of him! The techs did a great job too!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Mohammad took the time to look up every tire in my price point and explained the benefits of each one. I told Mohammad I had a road trip coming up and needed services done ASAP. They got my new tires on, aligned, oil changed and brakes changed within my time frame, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend these guys.

Don't go here. They insist on charging $100 for OBD2 port "diagnostics" with every maintenance. Do yourself a favor and buy a $20 OBD2 sensor on amazon and save yourself what would likely be hundreds of dollars over the lifespan of your vehicle.

Horrible customer service, lied to my face, and car left with oil on door!?!? Had an appointment and did not have vehicle taken in for oil change until 1 hour after I arrived (total oil change time was quoted at 45 minutes when i arrived). Tires were not rotated even though they told me that they were. They finally said they would take the car back in and rotate the tires just before I left. Also, left car with motor oil on the car door and begrudgingly wiped it off after I pointed it out (see picture). Only go here if you don't care about your car, your time, and probably yourself.***Update*** 3 days later our oil light came on!

I had a nail in my tire and needed my brakes done. Mr. Tire was fantastic and so incredibly helpful. No one tried to overcharge me on anything or sell me something I didn't need. (Which as a female, this happens all the time.) They provided step by step detail about what would happen before receiving approval. A huge thank you to Mohammad at the front desk for being so kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. I will certainly be back!

Thank you Mr tire team for an exceptional experience, went in for a check engine light issue and attended by Mustafa, he s been very professional, patient and upfront with me through out my experience. He explained the issue so well and fixed it for me for so cheap ( I was expecting a big bill ).They are very honest and knowledgeable, the lady in the front is so sweet and will update you for everything. This is my go to place for now. If you need a work well done go to this location.

They are a great company and my family and I been going there for years. The lady who works in the front has a major attitude usually with other customers she's always fighting but I experienced the fight my self recently with her. They filled the wrong type of oil in my car and gave me the paper work folded and charged me for the wrong oil. I saw the paper work after I paid and then she said I have to wait 30 minutes while they call someone to refund the money. Which I didn't wait because I was on my lunch break at work. They gave me a coupon for next time and then next time I went they denied giving me the discount on the oil change. Never going back to this location for my service. The male manager was very nice but I think he was new because the lady kept running her mouth.There is a reason why they're not booked with appointments.

Okay service (e.g., can get a headlight replaced on Sunday afternoon) but keep pushing expensive, sometimes unnecessary services. Always leave garbage (e.g., service stickers and backings, paper towels) on floor or under seats. After the last time I was there, I noticed a tube of touch-up paint I had in the glovebox was gone. I had someone check behind the glovebox but it was not there either. Not sure what happened to it, but considering the other issues I've had there, I wouldn't be surprised if one of their employees took it.

Mohammed and the team are awesome! Always friendly on the phone and in person. Told the issues to me straight about my tire repair options. The patch the team put in ended up working so I didn t have to buy a whole new tire. If you want to find a place that provides great service this is the spot to go.

Been coming to this shop for awhile now. Always great service.Over the weekend blew a tire and had the car towed to the shop after hours. While at work the next day, they fixed the car and had everything ready to go for pick up that night.Quotes are fair, service is top notch. They'll give you a list of things your car needs, but won't pressure you if you only want to stick to what you want.Full send. My boys will treat you right here.

I highly recommend them. Found them at the last minute for an emergency issue issue with my car. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was good to go, when another shop sent me away despite the safety issue. I was also impressed with how they treated other customers coming into the shop for assistance. Mohammed was very helpful!
