Worst customer service ever seen , store manager super high attitude .Asking to seat inside , not sure what oil they put .Online coupon $20 off with tire rotation . After service , I said I don t see tire rotation done by the crew . Answer is , we don t acknowledge that .Give $20 off coupon .Full synthetic oil change$89.99 -$20 coupon = $69.99( added labor $15.00)total paying $80.Always trust ur local mechanic . Easy and helpful .Here at Midas , rip off .U got me once , not anymore .

Came to this Midas after my vehicle failed its state safety inspection at the local dealership. I took my vehicle into the Midas on Lee Hwy to get a quote on some repair work I was told I needed to pass my state safety inspection. After bringing my vehicle in, I was informed that the mechanic who looked over my vehicle was questioning the results of my inspection and encouraged me to get a re inspection done. Unfortunately, the Lee Hwy location was not doing inspections at the time, but told me their sister location on Glebe was. When I arrived at the Midas on Glebe, I was told that they would happily do the re inspection, however, I shouldn't get my hope up for a different outcome. I still had them do the inspection and after waiting a short time for the results, I was informed it PASSED!I am very grateful for the honestly and transparency both Midas locations displayed. They have earned themselves a new customer going forward for all car services. Thank you!

The service was fast and exceptional. I went there for a safety inspection and they attended me very quickly. The inspector was attentive and pointed out things that may need to be fixed in my car and the front desk service man was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here whenever I need to do my inspection again.

Charlie and his team are the best. You know you have found good people when they are willing to think way outside the box to help you. He and Jorge went out of their way to fix a metal table base for my daughter s new apartment . They ll get all our business!!

Hands down..the BEST repair shop in Northern VA. We tried dozens of places, local and chain, and were disappointed each time. The mechanics either didn't know what they were doing or were always trying to upsell some needed service. Charlie and Jose, at Midas on Glebe, always walk through the service, keep.le posted on progress, and let me know about upcoming services to consider (and when they are truly needed). They provide evidence of issues and a reasonably priced. I highly recommend Midas on Glebe.

Charlie at the front desk and his team are great. Quick turnarounds on repairs or inspections, and they're very transparent about what needs done, and the level of concern associated with the repair. My experience with them was great. I asked for oil change and back break pad inspection. They could of lied and sold me a break job I didn't need ( as I've experienced before as a woman) but he gave me an oil change and reported back to me I had 10 or 15 thousand miles before I'd need new pads. Wow..how refreshing..now they have a new regular customer in me. I recommend this midas location to anyone needing honest quality work.. thank you midasServices: Brakes, Oil change

Incredibly quick service! Came here for a safety inspection after being turned away at several other locations. They were finished in under 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it! Friendly workers as well. Will be returning!

I dropped my car off for a break issue, 3 days after I picked it up and was overcharged. My engine shuts down with no explanation from them whatsoever.

Worked with this Midas shop on several occasions, each time has been great! Charlie and the techs are exceptionally knowledgeable and transparent, I have come to value and trust their judgment on all my vehicles, and will continue to use them for all my auto needs and maintenance! This team goes out of their way to help keep your truck/car on the road and are great communicators with updates on their work. Really appreciate this shop!

Personable and polite service, great communication, quality vehicle work and diagnostics. Lots of longtime employees. I have been taking cars there for a decade. With their cheerful attitudes, clear explanations, and accurate time estimates, the staff of this Midas location takes the stress out of getting car repairs and make it a pleasant and reassuring experience.

I had them do some exhaust work. The price ended up being a lot more than I was initially hoping. The person who helped me was very open about my options and the cost. They gave me an expensive option and a cheaper fix that was more temporary as options. They also fixed and replaced a few things without charging me which I was very happy about. Overall, I'd say they're pretty transparent which I value in a mechanic so I would take my car to them again.Service: Exhaust

The Staff was very Professional &Transparent...I needed major repairs to my vehicle and they offered me affordable financing options. I also noticed that there were a few other ladies there during my visit. I recommend that anyone have their vehicle serivced here the Staff are Trustworthy and they give 5 star service.

Excellent! I stopped by for an annual inspection that failed and was given clear instructions with what I needed to do and by when, along with suggestions on how to do so making the most effective, efficient, and economical use of my resources. Next I returned having followed that advice, and was greeted by knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, competent, and instructional staff. I went to this Midas for it was very close to my new home. 9/1/22 I went for a standard safety inspection and checked on a leak in my left rear tire. My inspection came back good, but all of my tires had nails in them in unrepairable locations. I knew my car was well overdue for a new set, so I got the tires. I asked for a warranty but was never shared about a roadside warranty. So, a little over a month after purchasing the tires (10/28/22), I noticed another leak in the left rear tire.This is when I learned that the warranty I have does not cover natural causes (like nails). I was then told that I needed a 5th new tire for the nail and was in an "unrepairable" location. I was livid and refused to spend another dime at this location for the warranty mismanagement. I had my donut put back on my car, and I took my tire to another shop . The tire was plugged with no problem, and the nail was the size of a PUSH PIN. They showed me the nail. I asked that shop thoroughly if the nail was in an unrepairable location, and they ensured me that I was given incorrect information. I then asked a separate unrelated shop in a different state about locations where tires can not be repaired and they shared the exact same information as the shop that repaired my tire. When my tire was repaired, it really made me question the validity of me needing 4 new tires. Again, I knew I needed a new set, I just don't appreciate being lied to. Unless you know exactly what you need done to your car, I would not suggest service from this establishment.Service: Tires

Waited in line for 10 minutes and was not greeted at all. A Hispanic guy came out and mumbled something under his breath, nothing that could be heard; I asked the Hispanic guy how much does a plug cost, and he answered my question with an attitude. I started walking out the door as I had been waiting now for about 25 minutes and still have not been greeted or helped. I seen a Asian mechanic walking by and asked him for assistance which he did by giving putting air in my tire and circling where a nail was in my tire, he was GREAT, but I can not give my money to a company which do not care about there customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

I love these guys - they are always so accommodating and honest about what is going on with your vehicle. Charlie is my #1 guy - I was in a bind and he took care of my car as quickly as they could!If you're looking for a shop you can trust - look no further these guys are going to be your go-to! Came here to have my car inspected and they were professional and friendly. The initial inspection was very quick. Although my car ultimately failed that inspection, they were able to do the necessary repairs same day and pass my inspections. While the fix was somewhat pricey, I was very pleased with their fast service and friendly manner.

Would give this places a zero stars if possible. Had an interaction with an employee in the lot. I had parked to go in at the gas station. Went back in my car and was waiting to pull out when an employee came and locked me into the parking spot. I kindly said excuse me and he ignored me until my second attempt to get his attention. When he looked over I asked if he could please move his car - he didn t even let me finish when he responded that s not my car . He said I should back up to my other side between a wall and another car- which I said no please move yours. He argued back and forth with me (which took longer for him to argue than to move). Very disrespectful employee with zero consideration when all I did was maintain my composure and kindly ask him. I can only imagine how the treatment is to actually clients from this man.

Charged me way too much for an oil change and then tried to convince me my tires were bald and needed to be replaced. Luckily I didn t listen to them, because my tires were completely fine. I was verbally quoted at $650.00 to clean out my headlights of condensation to pass VA safety check. I'm aware of the amount of work it would take and this was a predatory move on their part.Took it to another garage the next day and got it done and passed for $100.00. Unfortunately I decided to take my car in for a brake job a few months back; my brakes screech now & it hasn t even been a year. Took my car back again for a safety inspection so that they could take a look at my brakes that they replaced, not only did they say brakes were good despite screeching sound, they passed my car for inspection with a bad battery. My car wouldn t start after performing safety inspection & they ended up having to jump it & said it could be the battery needs replacing despite them passing inspection on it. Took my car to the dealership who checked brakes & battery & they said Midas used after market parts for my brake job (which cost me just under $700) and the battery was fried after the jump they gave it. Take your hard earned money & business elsewhere or you will walk out with a bad car.
