Mr Frank is my guy! He took great care of me. He was knowledgeable and patient with my decision making. They are doing renovations currently so it wasn t the best showroom in the inside. It would have been great to be able to sit in the cars in the inside and take my time to view and inspect but we made it work on the test drive and outside. Everyone I encountered here was friendly and helpful. Great service all the way around. I was able to finally get a Mercedes! My dream car!Thank you

I had a great experience with the Mercedes Benz of the Arlington. One of the best advisers I encountered was Antonio. I went to Mercedes Benz to get a car, and Howard Emoden was amazing! I was very doubtful at first, but he heard all my concerns and helped me choose the right one. I'm so happy with my choice. I took my car to be serviced for it's spring maintenance at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. It was a busy Saturday with lots of customers waiting, however I was told they would do their best to get me out within a resonable amount of time. And, they kept their promise. The wait was less than what I thought it would be. My car was returned to me sounding good and they even cleaned it. I received excellent service. In addition, Hugh, my service representative was great. He was very personable and professional. Lastly, the $150 off coupon also sweetened my experience. I left a happy customer!

My tire went flat on I 495. Tire pressure dropped from 40 to 28! I was able to pull off the beltway to a shopping center. Wasn t the best area. Called MB connect, tow truck 2 hour wait and guys were making me feel uncomfortable in the area. I drove under 50 mph to MB of Arlington and THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO GET MY TIRE REPAIRED! Called ahead and left my service advisor a vmail and he came out and took care of my tire but also checked the front brakes that I occasionally heard squealing. This was on a Saturday. New tire ordered and installed Monday! THANK YOU ANTONIO!!!!!

After visiting multiple Mercedes dealerships in the DMV, this is by far the best. Rudy was prepared and knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to see. We decided to buy a car that day and the entire dealership team was incredibly kind and helpful. As well as expedient.A couple weeks after getting the car, we had a minor issue. I took it in on a Friday and they fixed it within an hour and a half. I am so happy with the experience.

Howard Embden is the BEST!!!! You must ask for him at the location. You will be taking care of 1000%. Overall service was beyond outstanding!!! Never take your car there for services. Everytime I take my car there, it's return to me with new issues I've never experienced before. I own a 1 owner 2017 Mercedes that I've kept well maintenance, although it has 80k miles. Everytime I mention the new issues I've experienced with my vehicle I'm told of the mileage and am constantly trying to be persuade on making a new purchase. There isn't a car I love more than my current model so I'm not interested in a new car. It disgusts me that a company such as Mercedes will hire people who's in the business of destroying peoples cars in order to make profits. I'm working on rigging my car with hidden camera to catch these crooks in the act and hopefully getting nationwide attention on the matter. These is ridiculous and I'll will get justice

inconsistency and wrong info given before the service appointment vs arrival of appointment. My G-wagon was returned dirtier than it went in. Sent an email on service director and manager to inform / share my experience but no response. Had to cancel my important meeting just to return my loaner (as they close by 4pm on Sat and close on Sunday, they would charge additional fee for me to return on Monday, If I was given this info, I would've rescheduled my appointment) Pretty horrible experience after all for servicing over $150k vehicle. Service advisor was decent, that's why I'm leaving this as 2 stars instead of 1.Unfortunately, I wouldn't return here for further service needs.

Joe, my sales representative, was extremely patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and overall, excellent to work with. I was currently speaking with 3 other dealerships to purchase a birthday surprise vehicle for my mother, and he was the only one who took the time to listen and assist with the building/ordering process. He explained everything to me and was patient with me as the car took over 6 months to be built. Other dealerships seemed dismissive and weren't quick to answer questions, and brushed me off. I'm glad he took the time to help me! We ended up purchasing an EQS SUV, and my mom LOVES it! Thank you, Joe!In addition to Joe, Michael in the financing department was awesome! He had everything ready for me and made the process very simple and quick. Knowing this was a birthday present for my mom, he did not let me leave without providing me with a car bow.Very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Edit: since purchasing this car, I ve had 3 ISSUES go wrong back to back: NOVEMBER 22: battery issue. I was given a loaner car for half a day so they can fix the issue. Second issue: December 16: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on while I m driving on the highway; car went from 40mph to 3mph; it took MB ROADSIDE 2.5 hrs to tow me home. Was given a loaner car and returned it a couple of days later. Third issue: as soon as I picked my car back up on December 22, hrs later my battery is having issues again!!!! I m still currently in a loaner car as of December 27. No update, not even a response email from the NEW SALES MANAGER regarding me swapping this car out, because at this point I am seconds away from contacting the office of The Attorney General of VA to start my LEMON LAW CLAIM because as a cash paying customer (or even if I financed), I should not have three major issues with my car in a month!Had a test drive appointment scheduled with Paul and let me tell you: he was amazing! Paul knew everything about the cars and provided awesome customer service! After test driving I knew I would want to purchase, so I did! And I am thoroughly impressed with my new car!

My experience at this dealership was terrible all due to Clayton Garret s off putting demeanor. I walked in on a weekday expecting to drive off the lot in a preassembled unit I had narrowed down on their website. The sales rep I worked with was very passive aggressive and just outright rude. Within the first few sentences of the conversation, the only thing the rep wanted to know was and just how do you think you re paying for this? as if to imply my financial concern was of question. He finally began asking my desires in a vehicle, and as I was telling him, he rudely interrupted me mid sentence to inform me Well, we ll see if what we have is luxury enough for you. After that, I requested to test drive both the sedan and the SUV model of the vehicle class I was interested in. We approached the vehicle I selected, and as I was trying to familiarize myself with the vehicle, his responses to any question I had about size and dimensions were short, and ill informed. I researched the vehicle prior to visiting, I just wanted confirmation that the specific unit in question had the options I d like. After barley opening the rear door, Clayton bellowed from the front seat for me to get in so we can go. For the $100k plus I was willing to spend, I deserve to press every button and inspect every inch of the vehicle if I so desired. While on the drive, he had very little useful information about the vehicle. My basic questions about range, and vehicle features were met with a cold I don t know . After we drove the sedan, he insisted that the suv drives the exact same and his apprehension to allow me to drive the vehicle was made apparent by his eye roll. Instead of bringing the SUV around for me to drive, he directed me to his squat table in the middle of the ill proportioned dealership. He brought over paperwork for the vehicle and began trying to have the discussion of numbers. I informed him of an incentive offer made by American Express, and this man chuckled and insisted the validity of the offer was incorrect and he knew this because he s been doing this for a very long time. Is this your first time buying a car? He asked? As an automobile enthusiast, I informed him that it was not my first time. After three attempts to convince me that either I or American Express was sadly mistaken as he said, about the deal, his supervisors finally confirmed that the offer was indeed valid. After that tense exchange, he then walked away to get more financial docs on the car ( which I never agreed to wanting)- At this point I had made it up in my mind that I wouldn t buy a cup of water in hell from this man, let alone a vehicle. His bargaining style was of poor taste, stale, and almost comical. Despite my best efforts to leverage the deal in my favor in anyway, this man informed me to just stop because this is the best you re gonna get . Though I know full well it s of no consequence to him how I choose finance the vehicle, it bothered me knowing that I came in fully prepared to purchase the vehicle in full with a simple wire transfer if the financing terms offered by the manufacturer were less than desirable. The vehicle being a business expense, would benefit me simply because its weight alone allowed me to write it off. But, I played his numbers game in hopes of obtaining the most beneficial deal- as one does I politely informed him a deal would not be made. Clayton reminded me of a school yard bully, determined to prey on who he considered vulnerable. I walked out feeling irate and insulted. I simply drove to the MB of Bethesda, where I was well received. I not only had the pleasure of working with an amazing team, I actually had a good time doing it. I purchased more vehicle than I intended! Though I didn t get the exact deal I was looking for, I felt VERY comfortable reaching deeper into my pocket, simply because I felt valued by their best efforts and outstanding customer approach.

It was completed very satisfactorily and I am delighted with the work performed. I was super nervous about the prospect of purchasing a new car. Howard Embden made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. The process was quick, friendly and no hassle. Definitely recommend and would purchase through Howard again
