This place is owned and run by people who care about their customers. Their prices are more than fair and there aren t any hidden costs. They re also very friendly and accommodating. My hubby and I discovered this hidden gem when he got a flat tire in 2017. We ve been coming here ever since, and our most recent experience keeps us coming back.In December 2023, while driving around construction-ridden Arlington, I got a flat; a nail right in the middle of my two-year-old tire (like new, right?). I managed to drive it to Liberty Gas/One Stop Auto Center before it was completely flat (thank God for run flats). Eric J. assessed the damage and had a new tire on my car by the next morning. It sucked to buy another (new) tire, but Eric J. made it painless.But wait, there s more...In February 2024, while again driving around construction-ridden Arlington, I got another flat. (Why do I keep driving here, you ask. Because I live here. ) It was the same tire, only this time it was a sharp metal object, and I was on the highway when my deflated tire alert turned on. (Again, thank God for run flats). We had my car towed to Liberty, and by the next morning, Eric J. had a new tire (yes, a new-new tire) on my car. Since it was under warranty (remember December 2023?), he had it replaced free of charge. He didn t even charge for labor. Thank you, Eric J.! And thanks to all the other peeps at Liberty who ve welcomed us and put our minds at ease. I love my car but hate the issues that pop up as it ages (first-world problems, I know).If you re looking for friendly, reliable auto service (especially tires!), this is your place. It s also a great place for female car owners who, at times, might find other auto service joints intimidating. Oh, and there s gas too.

Quick friendly service by very knowledgeable people. They mounted and balanced four tires for a fair and reasonable price. Thank you!! I have come here before in the last couple of years, and because of their good and careful work, I will definitely return.

Came here with some aftermarket wheels. Before we ordered the tires they were able to test fit them to make sure everything looked good and safe! I was able to get really good quality tires and they even gave me a rebate. Everything took less than a day and my car looks amazing.

Dropped off my truck for inspection and picked it up after about an hour and a half. Quick and easy. No funny business. Friendly service. And I love that they have a handful of parking spaces. Some of the other gas station inspection places don t have any and their parking lots get tight.

I ve been a loyal customer to Liberty/One Stop for 5 years now and they have never let me down! I always swing by when I need my inspection, emissions and oil changes. Today, they helped with purchasing new tires and they quoted me a great price. Also, look at this stellar job that they did with my headlights! Such a great work with getting them all cleaned!Attached are before and after pictures.

I have visited at this place several times for our cars to be inspected. They are such nice and caring people every time I visit them. Tarek is very knowledgeable with what he does and is the one you can have great conversations with while your car gets inspected. Highly recommend this place!!

The crew is amazing and so helpful. You can tell the owner Rosa really cares about her staff, her customers, and the community. Absolutely the kind of shop everyone in Arlington should be celebrating and supporting.

This station is great. I pass by on the way to work in the mornings. It's clean and friendly. They do great work and taurik was great as my state inspector. I was able to get the inspection passed and was able to get on my way without any problems

Not only a One Stop Auto Center, but a one-of-a-kind. Eric and his team are always my go-to guys for any questions or service I have about my car. They do my inspections, help me out when I'm rear-ended, replace the door latch on my car when it breaks, you name it. Whenever something is wrong with my car -- or I want to Monday quarterback about the KC Chiefs -- I go to Eric. For going above and beyond with service, knowledge and pricing, One Stop is the best around.

I have been bringing my car here for several years now for everything from inspections to new tires, a new muffler and, most recently, to fix an oil leak and have rust repaired. My almost 22 year old car looks gorgeous again. The service has always been great and the prices are very reasonable in my experience. Eric and his grandmother (as well as everyone else) are very customer focused. I recommend this service station without any reservations and will continue to bring my car in for as long as am in the Arlington area.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

He has hired great mechanics who always fix the problem, do it quickly, and get your car back into your hands at a fair price. I never write reviews like this, but my experience with this mechanic was great.I failed a state inspection (at a different mechanic) and had a few things that took me completely off guard. I shopped around and found this location.Jose worked with me to get the cost down as much as possible. I greatly appreciated the honesty. He even worked around my timeline so I could get my car back in time for a upcoming road trip.Thank you again!!! I will definitely be back.

Excellent service experience, they are very good at drivetrain work. I don't know if I would go to them for extensive engine work, but otherwise wonderful appointments. Took all 3 cars to them.

My car broke down right as I was turning on Route 50. These guys didn t bat an eye as I come in panicked with my kids asking for help. They are so friendly and professional. The manager, Jose, is top notch and so is the kind woman who works in the office. I highly recommend these guys!

The auto service here is great. They're always quick and super helpful, and I have never once felt like I've been overcharged. They don't ask you to do snake oil services, just what's necessary to keep your car running well.

All of the mechanics and the owner are all unbelievably amazing!!! They ve taken great care of both my car and my mother s car. My car needed all types is repairs when I bought it used & they looked out for me. You can tell that it s all about servicing the people with them and i couldn t be anymore grateful. I m now a regular! Great prices & Best in the city. Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I have over the years used many different automobile repair centers and always found things that was much to be desired, whether it be minor or major. However, this entity was absolutely outstanding and the grandson of the owner, Eric Juarez, spoke to me and performed the services in a timely fashion. Furthermore, I know now that I have for the first time found a business to have my automotive needs completed where it is done because it s essential as well as done in a correct fashion. Furthermore, I am confident that the work is being done at a reasonable and fair price. Integrity is very important to me and clearly One Stop Auto Center demonstrates that in its entirety. I can't say enough nice things about Eric, his grandmother, and the guys at this station!! I had to get a new tire for my car, and Eric went above and beyond to not only find one in the area, (despite all the supply chain constraints) found it locally within 2 hours, AND had it at his shop within 24 hours. They are always so friendly, honest, truth worthy, and KIND! I literally took my phone out, as I was waiting for my car to be finished, and texted all my friends/co-workers that if they needed any sort of car repair/work/maintenance, that this was the PLACE TO GO! The gas prices are always the best in town, and now I can say with certainty, that their services are as well. I'll never go any place else. And check out their other family shop - Sonic Sound. I first started going to One Stop Auto Center coming up on five years soon. I take my car and I trust them implicitly with my Mother's car. That alone, is very important to me. They are very timely and my car is always neat and clean when they are finished doing work on our cars or just doing inspections. I trust the owner and the certified mechanics who work at this location. Their prices are very reasonable, unlike places that actually charge higher than the dealerships. They are mindful of your needs and get your car back to you as soon as possible but WITHOUT compromising their work or your safety. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and are very polite. I have referred other family and friends to One Stop. Everyone from the owner to the indoor counter employees and the garage, to their tire shop (that's a bonus) is very knowledgeable and they do excellent work! Therefore, I highly recommend this location. I just took both cars here in the last month. They maintain them because we trust them.

Outstanding one stop shop to get your state inspections done. Heard about this gem after having my vehicle serviced at Sonic Sound (ask for Kevin). They were able to squeeze me in for an inspection an hour after closing! How awesome is that!? Everyone I encountered was courteous, patient and outgoing, to include the owner, who raised her family admirably. The inspection itself took about 10 minutes to complete. As long as I am a Virginia resident, I will have my inspections done here and recommend them to those that are up for renewal.

These guys are great and so very trustworthy. Yesterday I bought an absolute lemon of a second car. The engine light went on as I was heading home, and I took it straight to them per a neighbors recommendation. Came into the shop near tears and they got the car right in for diagnostics. Eric called me an hour later and confirmed that the car was unsafe and was very informative and delicate. They held the car over night for up and will oversee the dealer pick up. Again Eric, the team, and the owner were very kind and super informative-a bright spot in a really bad couple days!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are great! I needed an inspections test, emissions test, and I knew I would need to get my headlights buffed out to pass inspection. I brought in my car, they took care of it all, and it only cost me $98 ($50 for the headlights). I was so pleased! I said I'd be more than happy to do a google review because I really appreciated how they took care of everything -- fast, friendly, economical, and my car needs met.

The people at one stop are absolutely wonderful. A lot of Garages in the area over charge and take advantage of people s bad situation. I ve talked with the owner on more than one occasion and her sons that work at the establishment, and everyone has been very kind and accommodating. On top of all that, they repaired my car quickly and for a fraction of the price I would have paid at other locations. Can t recommend this place enough

After having so much trouble finding a reliable, trustworthy shop in the past, I was pleasantly surprised how professional and fair the pricing was here. They took my car in with no issue and they thoroughly checked everything for me after experiencing major issues. They also got the job done efficiently and called me as soon as it was done. The pricing was completely fair and better than any other shop I've brought it to prior. This place will be my new regular.

Excellent experience. Requested a quote for service (needed tires for my Range Rover) online on Sunday, and got a response same day. The Manager, Eric, researched the tires I needed and gave me a quote online. He was then able to order the tires and have them ready for installation next day. He said it would take 1.5 hours and sure enough it was ready right on time. The price compared favorably to others based on some calling around I had done. By the way the price was exactly as he had quoted - no hidden charges or attempts to up-sell me which I appreciated. Overall, great customer service.Service: Tires

Every staff person at this auto shop treated me with respect and professionalism. I got a huge hole in my tire (the tire could not be patched) when traveling in the area from out of town. They gave me an honest assessment of changing one tire instead of all four and allowed me to make the decision that was best for me without pressure. I would absolutely recommend this auto shop.
