I keep going back to Frontline service, be it emissions inspection, car repair, tire replacement. Richard, the owner, is a great person and the staff is friendly. They take care of your needs as quick as possible. Richard responds to texts fast enough too. My car has needed a heavy repair. They accomplished it beyond my expectations. It is well and running. I am very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Got what I hope was an actual alignment from this place. First, they serviced it somewhere else without even telling me. I was told it would take one hour, took about three hours and 40 minutes to finish. Didn t even receive an alignment printout

I have nothing but positive things to say about Ritcher and the staff at Frontline. Time and time again, they deliver incredibly transparent information on what your vehicle maintenance needs are, never push to do any unnecessary work, complete the work in a very timely manner, and communicate very well the whole way.Pricing is very reasonable, Ritcher is very honest charismatic and it s safe to say I ll return for anything vehicle related going forward.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I want to say that Frontline Auto Plus is an amazing place.I just arrived in Virginia and started having issues with my vehicle. I looked online for a reputable shop and found Frontline. Richer was very knowledgeable and thorough, he explained what was happening and the course of action best suited for the situation. The mechanic, Javier did an amazing job and made me aware of other issues I will need to address. I appreciate the respect and continued commitment to excellence. As a woman I often feel bamboozled by mechanics however I was recommended to this spot by a personal friend when I pulled up I was greeted right away which was nice I was able to obtain all services needed with the best of customer service and understanding. I'm very pleased with the service. My car is running great and I'm a happy customer. I would recommend this place for a no hassle experience. Richer Cadima is the GM who personally helped me. I highly recommend Frontline! I took my car there and was extremely satisfied with their customer service, explanation, transparency, and service on my car. I never got the impression that they were trying to cheat me or make an extra buck. Richer (the GM) was super helpful and gave me advice on future services and how I could save cost. This shop is small, family-owned/ran, quick with their service, and much more affordable than other shops I've been to. I've been to many shops in Arlington/Alexandria and I'm so glad I've found Frontline. I highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Richard was an excellent mechanic. Richard was a professional and helped me thoroughly. I needed an Emissions test for my car and I had taken my car to 4 different mechanics and they wouldn't even tell me what the entire issue was and that was very furstrating. I went to Richard and he took an extra 10 minutes to see that my computer in the car was malfunctioning and he instructed me to drive the car and not turn it off. Richard's method worked and I was able to pass Emissions! Richard saved me so much money and time. Richard is the mechanic you need to see!

I went here for my yearly state inspections. I would highly recommend Frontline Auto Plus!! I'm so used to people scamming me and Richer was so honest and I plan on continuing to go here for my car because they're trustworthy. Richer was willing to provide so much help for me and my car. I came here with one question, and Richer immediately took my car in and installed new plates, did all my inspections, and answered so many questions I had. I plan on continuing to come here for as long as I'm living in Virginia. Highly recommend

Such a great place! I had my rear wheel bearings replaced. Old parts were rusted and difficult to remove but Rich and staff did a fantastic job! Very efficient work with quality. I m impressed.

Everyone that worked here was very nice! I needed help with something very simple on my car and I showed up without an appointment and they helped me right away, kindly walked me through everything, and also didn t charge me. I will certainly be returning for any future car repairs.

DO NOT GO HERE!I went in for a battery replacement, and the mechanics tried convincing me I needed a whole new alternator. Quoted me $950 for the alternator and battery, and wanted me to leave my car there overnight.Something didn t seem right, so I took it to my hometown auto shop.As I thought, the battery needed replaced ($150), but the alternator was perfectly fine.Guys were nice, but just looking to take advantage of people who don t have vast knowledge about car maintenance.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance, Battery

I just left Frontline. I had a wonderful experience speaking with Noelia at the front desk and her husband Richer who is the man n mechanic. I cannot recommend this business enough to those in need of service to their vehicle.

Excellent customer service. Richer and his team are very friendly, honest, and transparent which is hard to find nowadays when getting your car worked on and hoping the shop won t take advantage of you. When getting my car inspected Richer came and got me and brought me into the garage to show me exactly what needed to be done to my car to get it to pass inspection. Very reasonable price and outstanding service. An added bonus is it s close to home too!

Second year in a row that I had an appointment for an inspection and Richer the only one who can do the inspections shows up 2 HOURS late. If you insist on doing business with this place, I'd recommend either not setting an appointment before noon, or just not showing up until noon yourself.I ended up driving down the street to Metro Motor at a Liberty gas station and they got me right in.

1) poor diagnosis experience, needed to improve, after pick up the vehicle; the leak of engine oil is still there.They refund my money for their mistake, but always get a second opinion.I don t have a bucket of money to just give away every time you make a mistake Good luck , needed to improve and trained your mechanics better My recommendations.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

Excellent service, excellent prices - would highly recommend.I brought my SUV in after it was making a slight grumbling noise -- Richer was able to quickly identify the problem and correct it. He also provided price quotes for some maintenance items I will need in the near future, and his prices are very, very competitive.I would highly recommend Richer and Frontline Auto Plus! I had two issues, I think it s enough. Not coming back ever.First.! my bmw front brake pads, rotors and sensors were replaced over $$$1000 (I was told bmw brand was going to be used). After installation and issues starting to happen like in the 3rd time they tried to fix it I saw they did not use a bmw brand it was something else. (Still by is noisy when press brake).Second:they painted a front bumper lip for my Subaru which $600. first color does not match, installation sucked, and they scratch and removed some of my fender paint. They tried to touch it up but it looks horrible.I reinstall the lip myself, and it looks 1000 times better.I m so disappointed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I went to this shop to get oil change, and what I had experienced exceeded my expectation. They welcomed me warmly. They inspected my car, made sure that the car was in excellent condition before they let me go. The price is very reasonable. I m very pleased to have found such a great mechanic. I have been to this shop twice and both times, I was well taken care of and so was my car!

My husband originally had the pleasure of meeting with Richer in regards to front tire replacements and an oil change. My husband left very pleased with the expertise and efficiency of the work done. So in turn I returned the following weekend in an attempt to replace the rear tires on our vehicle. I was again greeted by Richer whom was able to discuss with me all of my concerns for my vehicle. Ensuring me that he would be giving me the absolute best in both quality work and affordable pricing. Richer is the prime example of quality customer service.

I highly recommend this place!!!I looked up last night in google and I decided to go this morning to fix my Volvo S40, I'm kind of new with the car problems, Richer immediately heard my concerns, took my car, He ran the fancy machines to see all the problems in the car which usually cost no less than $100 in other places, He did not charge me anything, saying He prefer me to save than money in case I would need to change/fix something.If you need a solid and honest guy, Richer is your guy.He is very thorough and knowledgeable and will clearly explain any work that needs to be done. His prices are very reasonableMost important, he's honest and you can trust him not to recommend any work you don't need.In the end He did not charge me anything, I'll definitely go back for anything related about my car!!!100% satisfated

They are very honest and got good customer service from everyone works here. Richard is an exceptional person. He has a Beatiful personality and very helpful. He gave me discount for my break. If anyone one has a car problem come here and you will be taking care of. They won't play you like most mechanics do.

If you are looking for auto repairs or service from a shop that you can trust, then Frontline Auto Plus is that place. Jose is a Certified Master Technician that made me feel confident about the services he performed. I trust him, and I won't take my car anywhere else. Also, Richer (General Manager) is very kind and gave wonderful customer service. Richer and his staff at Frontline are nothing short of excellent. I had a specific part break on my car and Richer took the time to find an affordable replacement. He did not have to take the time he did looking for that part but he did and I'm incredibly grateful. If you need a mechanic, Frontline is your place. Trustworthy, decent people.

I had an amazing experience with Richer during my whole process. Being a woman I've come accustomed to places that try to sell me on services that I don't necessarily need just to make an extra buck, but this was not the case here.I went in for a state inspection and emissions test and to discover that my wheel bearing was gone AFTER I had passed and had mentioned my concern with an odd sound that I though was my breaks. He didn't hear what I had been hearing until he decided to take my car for a trip around the block. Without hesitation and with great service, Richer said that I could come back the next day to get it replaced ASAP. I went and my car is running better than it has been in a while. I'm so grateful for Frontline and Richer's impeccable service and attention to his customers. I will certainly be returning for more servicing of my car!

Bought a car from here after getting into an accident with my old one. Both the shop and dealership have friendly staff and are helpful. The dealership was quick and easy and they didn t try to rip me off. No hidden fees or anything, they register it for you and they go over the final price with you and break it down. Ex, x,xxx$ car, xxx$ dealer fee, xxx$ tax, xxx$ tags and title.

These guys are the best. Richer is a genuine and honest guy who wants to make sure your car is fixed right the first time. I do my own car work but when I need help I only go here. Frontline has done everything from replacing differential bushings on my Jeep to a cv/axle swap on my wife s Audi. 5 stars!

Frontline is simply the best in the area. Their work is top notch and they are completely open and honest about what work they suggest doing and why. I have brought them a number of cars with various problems and they've hooked me up with solutions. And the one time it was not cost effective to solve the problem, they told me that up front and didn't charge for the attempts to solve it. Richer and his staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Do yourself a favor and take your car here!

Quick and easy to complete my safety inspection! Cost was $20 and completed in 10 minutes. I needed additional services before passing but they got me in the next day and everything was effortless. Also the staff was very friendly.

I highly recommend Frontline. Great customer service! Richer was transparent on the cost and the time it would take to fix. My car has been running great ever since and his team worked quickly! Will be going back in the future.
