Seems there are a couple of decent people here but overall the vibe is one of going through the motions. Not a lot of care went into the install but I guess they are just tires. Could have at least wiped down the rims. Hard to beat the prices, however.To add that after I washed my car I found black marks on the rims that had to be scrubbed off and definitely weren t there before the install. We re clearly made by the machinery used to install the tyres as were in the same place on all four rims. There was an area also of significant damage but I can t equivocally say this was from the install so I can only give benefit of the doubt.

I had an excellent experience at this Costco location. I needed two tires changed due to damage, and Yasser helped me figure out which ones would be best. They also fit me in quickly. But then they found another nail in a third tire, called me, and asked me if I could drop by to see the damage and consider changing all four to save money (there was a discount on 4 tires). Ms. Brittany explained the problem, confirmed with me twice if I was comfortable moving forward, and then proceeded to help me get a discount on a new set of tires. For reference I drive a mazda CX5 and the dealership would ve charged me almost 1k. I got my tires for 800.i really appreciate the help from the center and for their kindness.

There are a couple of professionals here. One helped during a short visit 2 weeks ago.But I'm back today, Wed at 3pm, been here 30 minutes without anyone asking what I need. Only one attendant serving the desk, five people waiting. Printer not working and that's apparently holding up service. Seems there should be more attention paid to customers. Service to install two new tires took 1 hr 45 min. which isn't bad.

The staff have always been helpful and do a good job. The problem is Costco's approach to management of these stores. I've been to several in different states, and they all suffer the same problem- no actual sale counter attendant. They rely on the installation techs, who are usually all busy working on vehicles. The result is often long waits for assistance, and often long lines of customers. They need to hire admin staff to work the counter!

The positives- BJ is kind and extremely patient. It takes a very special person to run that desk. BJ deserves 5 stars, but the rest of the place does not. I spent about 8 hours here over two days. The first time I had a slow leak. It took 3+ hours as an early morning walk in for them to look at the tire. They found a nail and stated the tire split when they tried to remove it. I wasn t so upset about that in itself bc I knew the tire was older. They then had to rotate the tires to put the spare on the front. Also fine, but they only rotated the passenger side. Again I m not picking as long as they keep things in order. They didn t have my tires in stock but ordered 2 for me. 2 days later I got a call right before closing that they got my tires in. I showed up before they opened the next day, was 4th in line. First poor BJ couldn t find my tires. BJ searched everywhere and was super kind about it. She eventually found them, unmarked and with the stock tires for them to sell to someone else. So the person who was responsible for taking them off the truck the night before must not have correctly done their job. 3 hours and 15 mins later my car was done. Upon going outside to get my car I checked my tires. They replaced one of my tires that had just been replaced a few months ago and left an old dry rotted tire on my car. Additionally they parked my car right up on the snow bank that was plowed so no one could get into the passenger side of the car. I had my child with me the whole time! I went back inside and told them about taking one of my newer tires and not the old tire. They of course fixed the issue, but it took another hour and maybe a little longer. The craziest part is that the technician taking care of my car was the same technician that rotated my passenger side tires 2 days ago, but did not rotate the drivers side tires. There was a big difference in my new and old tires that even someone with no idea about tires would have been able to notice! Thankfully I knew enough to check before I left there. But what if I hadn t?! I honestly don t know if it s worth it to go here. I also think they took the tools out of my spare tire compartment and did not replace them. The jack is there, but no tools to actually take the tire off if I need to change it to the spare myself. I m not convinced that the benefits of having Costco tire center are even worth it. Again, BJ had amazing customer service, but I m not convinced that any of the other workers should have a job. They probably don t deserve even 2 stars.

Horrible experience. Had a 6pm appt for tires. We got there they told us a 1.5 hr wait, so we went shopping in the store. 3 hrs later we are still waiting, with no update provided. The warehouse closed and we had to bring our groceries over to the tire center, which we have frozen items and they re defrosting. We have yet to be acknowledged.

I waited three hours with an appointment to do tires rotation and rebalance. After the service, I checked my tires and only two left tires got rotated ( I marked my tires before I checked in). Costco, please keep your good service. This experience is really disappointing.

Ordered the tires online, made an appointment for a Friday at 11:00 AM. Everything was finished by 12:15. The folks there were super nice and efficient!

I had a 2:45pm appointment for which I arrived on time. I wasn t served until 3:05pm and told that my car would be ready at 4:30pm and I d receive a call. At 5:30 I still hadn t received the call. I tried calling them twice and no one answered. I finally show up at 6:45pm to see my car had been finished and was just sitting there. They then couldn t find my keys and didn t provide me with a final invoice. Utter disorganization!

My experience with the tire center was great and 100% attributable to the only person I needed to interact with: Brittny. She's super nice, very friendly, and one of the most competent people I've ever seen performing the juggling act of dealing with customers, assessing their needs, capturing the details she needs from us, handling the paperwork, remembering to validate our parking tickets before we leave, answering the phone, scheduling service, phoning current customers to update them on status.... all of it super fast and efficient.Today there were 2 people in line in front of me, with 5 seated and waiting, and 3 more came in behind me in just a few minutes. But Brittny was working her magic to get everybody taken care of as fast as possible.One Karen got up to complain that she had an appointment and why did she have to wait so long and she had to go to another appointment and blah blah. Brittny didn't argue or explain about their drop-ins policy, just realized she had a Karen on her hands, got her manager, brought out the lady's key because she said she had other places to be, and moved on to the next customer who needed her.I hope management reads this and gives Brittny the recognition she deserves.

At Costco Tire Center, you can only change tires, nothing more. They don't do other services like changing oil or even checking brakes of your vehicle. The tires are great, and the price was fair. Despite the long wait 3 hours, the service was okay.

Easiest Costco Tire location ever. Yes, it takes a while for walk-ins but they are upfront about the expected wait time and along with Costco being RIGHT THERE, there's also a mall to waste time in. We spoke with Brttny every time and she was concise, polite and made sure you understood everything before you go on your way.

Brittny was fantastic. I admire her patience and resolve in the face of what clearly are staffing issues. Once I was finally able to check in, everything went smooth and my tire installation was a success. I highly recommend making an appointment and arriving 30min before it's scheduled.

If you re looking for a tire shop that neglects to tighten lug nuts. This is your place.They do know where to purchase lug nuts nearby which is both very useful when you are in need and terrifying at the same time.Twice they ve neglected to tighten the lug nuts on a tire after a tire rotation and following a new installation.My only error is returning to the same place thinking it was an isolated incident.

They do not seem to care whether your service is done. Especially, if you are walk in. They said my service requires 3-4 hours but waiting time before me took 4 hours and still my car is seating outside. I think they pretty slow or they do not care whether customer is waiting. They should not promise something cannot be done or just ask a client make an appointment and come during the appointment time

Great experience with Walter at the COSTCO Tire Center this afternoon. Walter is very knowledgeable about tires and very patient and helpful, including giving out price information without the usual tricks you can run into where the price keeps changing if you ask for any of the "extras" such as mounting and balancing. Will follow up with another report for you when we go to get the tires put on. Stay tuned....Thank you to all the staff at Costco Tire Center!!!

Got a flat and drove it over on the spare tire. Costco warranty allowed me to get it fixed for free. Whole process took a little over 2 hours which wasn't bad considering I was a walk-in and it was a very busy Saturday, great experience!

Good experience. Ordered tires online and made an appointment using the online scheduler. Prices were good, and the service was done on time. Exactly what I needed.

Went in for a tire rotation and balance appointment on a Monday night at 7:30pm, was on my way by 8:00pm. This was the best experience I've ever had with a Costco Tire Center. Employees were friendly, efficient, and the service was quick and seamless.

IF YOU HAVE A JEEP RENEGADE DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment to have my tires installed. I showed up the day of my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment as they were taking walk-ins first. They finally get to me and tell me they can t find my tires. 10 minutes later they find my tires then tell me they can t install them. They do not know the difference between a lug bolt and a lug nut and we re unable to take my tires off (they said they were also stripped) Fast forward a day later I take my car into a mechanic who easily gets my tires off. I contact Costco to tell them my husband will be picking up the tires on his lunch break and could they please have them ready. To no surprise the tires are not ready for pick up and he is late back to work after waiting over 30 minutes. Juan was the tech taking care of me on both of these days. I will never be returning. They also kept telling my warranty is void if they don t install the tires which is hilarious since they can t install the tires in the first place.

Inefficient and act angry from the get-go like you are bothering them for showing up to use services you have already paid for. Takes 30min to get past the other traffic in the parking lot regularly just to get to the tire center. Ability to change a tire is completely random. Different stories on what to do to get the job done, depending on who is already angry and behind the desk.

I am not the type of person to post reviews, but my wife reads through them a lot and seeing as how my experience was vastly different I figured I could give some people there a good review. I had a 10:00 appointment on a Sunday. I showed up 15 minutes early (as you should for any appointment) and was the first in line waiting. They promptly opened at 10, at which point I had three other individuals behind me in line. An employee named Joel opened up and greeted everyone and politely directed that there would be two lines: one for appointments and one for walk-ins. Joel was very polite in checking me in. I was initially given an estimated time of 2 1/2 hours over the phone when scheduling for another worker. Joel told me 1 1/2 hours. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Another worker, I believe his name was Manny, was helping the walk-ins and also seemed polite and he was on his second customer by the time I walked out. 55 minutes later I got a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I had Joel help me again and he again was very professional. He asked if I had a validation ticket and provided validation for me. I saw him interact with another walk-in customer and take a phone call. He was polite, patient, and answered all questions and offered alternatives to problems.This place does seem busy. On top of the three others behind me in line, in the 5 minutes I was there two others had shown up and phones were ringing. My recommendation: make an appointment, arrive 10-15 minutes early, and maybe schedule on a Sunday morning so you can have Joel helping out.

Wow! Is this really a Costco? I grew up in Arizona and Costco has always been a good place to shop and work. People have always been friendly. This Costco? Not friendly. Long wait times. Difficult parking. No one wants to actually do their job here. I waited over an hour in the tire center to get the tires, but they had to be special ordered. They did ship the tires very quickly though (same day), but then had to wait an hour and a half the next day just to ask them to install the tires and another hour and half to install them. That's 4+ hours to get tires. They only had one person working in the front the second day, when they really should have 3+ people working with customers over the weekend. This is not the Costco I know of. It's quite unfortunate. I won't be back again. Tires aren't even any less expensive than anywhere else around.

Costco Tire Center at the Pentagon Costco did a really good job with my tire purchase and replacement. I got a set of 4 tires for my 4 wheel drive SUV and it was less than $900. They saved me $150 dollars off the normal price. It took about an hour for them to replace the tires. All in all it was an easy experience. I recommend Costco to anyone looking for a new set of tires.

Ugh this dude is so rude, the one answer the phone he didn t even apologize, he said is a busy store and blah. Plus didn t want me to offer me a total of the tires I am looking for. So disgusting and unprofessional.

Gave them my car to fix one of my tires. They damaged my rims of two tires completely and didn t help to fix this issue. When asked check your cameras, they said there is no camera and unfortunately we cannot compensate with this.

Don t go here unless you are prepared to wait an hour plus to be seen for appointment.
