I highly recommend Caliber Collision for auto body repairs. Was struck on the front corner of my new SUV and initially only selected them for my repairs because they were recommended to me by USAA. From start to finish Caliber provided excellent customer service and kept me well informed of my repairs through the entire process. Work was performed quickly and I can t even tell my accident happened just one week later. Been to other collision repair shops in the past and will only be going to Caliber from now on.

This is the best location to get any auto needs done. Winston helped me immediately after an accident. I went to the location right next door and they told me they couldn t get my car into the shop for 2-3 weeks but Winston was able to get my car in that day and all fixed up within 2.5 weeks (previously estimated 2 months of work since I needed new doors). Everyone was so helpful and amazing service. Highly highly recommend!

Had my bumper fixed here last week, they had it fixed and back to me within a week and my car looks back to brand new. They updated me every step of the way and even had the car rental company pick me and returned my rental for me to make the whole experience hassle free. Everything was upfront with no hidden fees or deviations from the plan. The customer service was great from the front end staff, all around pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

Caliber collision went above and beyond. They left my car 1,000% better than I delivered. Their communication was fantastic, my bumper looks even better than before the accident, and they even washed and detailed the inside of my car. Some of the best service of any industry I ve had, possibly ever. Thank you guys so so much, would recommend to anyone. 10/10

I was extremely pleased with how professional Brent and the team here at Caliber were during my car repairs! They were very informative and responsive during every phase of my car repair. This is actually the second time causing this location and the level of customer service is unmatched! If you are searching for a car / body repair for any of your vehicles - this particular location is where you need to go - look no further and I will always visit this location in the future! They are just that good and the work done left my vehicle looking as if I re-purchased it off the showroom floor again - and it was detailed inside and out! Another incredible pleased customer I am!

My visit to Caliber Collision in Arlington was outstanding. Roxana welcomed me warmly upon arrival, and Winston assisted me in sorting out my rental reservation. Upon retrieving my car, I found it to be in impeccable condition, looking just like new. Their service was not only excellent but also remarkably hospitable.

Great experience. The team is professional and communicative. The cost proposal was all done electronically, through there convenient website feature where I took photos of my car damage. That saved me a trip!I received text updates at each phase of my car repair. The cost and the time at the shop was less than predicted, so I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car early and paid less than the quote! Holly is fantastic and seems to really remember her customers' needs.Caliber Collision is very popular, so beware that it can take some time to initially work with them (get a quote or make an appointment).

Here is my honest review.Dear fellow Google users,I had a frustrating experience with Caliber Collision at 4072 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington. As an auto body shop, car repair, and maintenance facility, I found their service to be unsatisfactory and incompetent.My car was broken into on December 11th, 2022, and I had to take it to Caliber Collision for repairs. While the repair work was eventually completed, the staff's poor customer service and support were the main issues I encountered.From the moment I first contacted them, I was met with inadequate assistance. I found their support to be unhelpful, unreliable, and substandard. Despite repeated attempts to get updates and help, the staff's service was consistently lackluster and incompetent. I felt neglected and frustrated, as my concerns were not being addressed.Furthermore, they received my car without knowing they did not have the capacity to fix it in a timely manner. They kept extending the date weekly, blaming the delayed parts for the delay in returning my car. However, the lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior of the staff made the situation worse.Amidst all the chaos and poor service, Selynne was the only person who actually cared to help me. She provided me with the necessary assistance and kept me informed throughout the process. Her effort and support were commendable and the only saving grace of my experience with Caliber Collision.Despite her best efforts, the overall service provided by Caliber Collision at 4072 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington was horrible. Their customer service was poor, with terrible support that was frustrating and unhelpful. Their assistance was unreliable, insufficient, and inadequate, which made the situation even more challenging.In summary, while the repair work was completed, I would not recommend their services due to the poor customer service and support I encountered. I urge potential customers to consider alternatives. They need to improve their customer service and support if they want to retain their customers' trust and loyalty. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others, so they do not have to endure the same ordeal as I did.Do not go here.

I appreciate the customer care and professionalism exhibited at this shop. It has been high quality for decades, and I appreciate USAA recommending this shop. All aspects of the service were convenient and left me feeling completely comfortable. Winston managed my repair and I appreciate his care in looking after my infancy, inexpensive car and understanding how important it is for me to keep it in good shape and on the road and not just brushing me off for a client with more fancy car.

After hitting a deer on Christmas night, I called my insurance company and went to Caliber Collision the next morning. Everything from the excellent customer service to the exemplary repairs to my car were first rate! They even cleaned my car like I was having it detailed! The entire experience was stress free and I would recommend Winston and his team at Caliber to anyone needing repair work done. Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision in Arlington!

Great experience. My car was given back to me in better condition than when they took it! My tires and wheels were stolen but caliber collision handled everything with great care and in a speedy time frame. The customer service was phenomenal and so was Winston, who did my repair. I m so grateful!

Roxana the customer service rep was so helpful and very professional. She made the process so easy. Winston my service advisor was amazing. He saved me a lot of money and provided excellent advice and again excellent customer service. I would recommend them and caliber 100%!! If I ever need body work on my car again I will definitely go back to them!

These guys are great. After a minor fender bender that left my bumper hanging off the front of my car I pulled into their shop. They immediately helped me. They were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend them.

Worked with Winston at Caliber Collision and everything was great. Needed some front bumper repairs and he provided multiple estimates, walking me through whether it made sense to pay out of pocket or go through insurance. My car was ready a day ahead of schedule, and the work looks fantastic -- Would recommend!

Unfortunately, I have been going to this company for years and they always make my negative experience (auto damage) into a positive experience (fixing my car). Service- it s a one stop shop for GEICO auto repairs. Meaning you can get your claims estimate, repair your vehicle and pickup your rental car. The convenience and service is top quality. The staff is friendly, proactive and respectful in communication. They do a great job on getting car looking like new again. Hours - love how convenient they are for working professionals with their wide range of hours. Parking - make sure you park at the location in the photos because it s right next to another branch. Look for GEICO auto repairs express sign on the building for the correct location. Location- it s close to my home so I m able to do everything within a hour. Yup, I ve timed it. Overall, this is my go to place for collision repairs. I would highly recommend this location and company after numerous years of personal experience with them.

Caliber did a great job on the body work I needed after an accident. The team was super helpful - walked me through the estimates and kept me apprised every couple of days. They even finished before the estimated completion date which saved me on car rental. I'm super happy with the work they did.

Caliber Collision on s. Four mile run does excellent work. They handled everything after my car was hit. They were in constant communication with regards to repairs. My car was returned in great repair shape and was cleaned inside and out. Winston and the office personnel were always available for questions and went the extra mile.

Brett is amazing!! He helped me with my car damages when I got into an accident. He went through all of the details of the damages and what exactly I needed to get fixed as well as a great and affordable price quote on the repairs. If you ever go here, ask for Brett! He has amazing customer service. 10/10 !!!!

Caliber Collision never disappoints. It's sad to say I have been here more than once throughout the years...lol... But every time I am never disappointed. My most recent visit was extremely pleasant. Winston definitely made sure to address all my needs and accommodate my schedule in order to create the best experience. He was extremely communicative in regards to the entire process. I felt at ease and not as upset about the damage done to my car. I highly recommend this shop.

I took my car to Caliber for repairs on the damage to the back bumper. Scheduling was straight-forward and customer service was excellent. We ended up needing the car back before the estimated finish date, and Caliber was really great to accommodate that request. Repairs were excellent and the interior of the car cleaned, which I thought was a great touch. I would reccommend.

On Wednesday, around 6pm I noticed that one of my light bulbs was down and rushed to a place at four mile run to see if I can get my light bulb fixed. Now that the sun goes soon earlier, I felt unsafe to drive. The first place I visited told me that I needed to make an appointment for tomorrow because today they were only attending scheduled work. :( They did not know where I could go to get the light bulb fixed, when I asked for a recomendation..... they were sorry, but they could not helped me.On my way home and a block away from the first place, I saw "Caliber collision" and remembered that a while ago they did a good job fixing my car when I got a small bump. It was dark and there was only one light on at the shop, but I decided to take the risk and ask for help! I parked my car and a nice gentleman came out from the building. He told me the shop was closed :(.I was sadly getting into my car when he asked me what I needed. I explained to him that I just noticed that one of my lights was gone and I needed to leave tomorrow around 6am and I was afraid to drive with only one light. He looked at my car, asked me to turn on my lights, and to open the hood. Then he proceed to check my lights :) and in less than 3 minutes he changed my light bulb! He also made sure all my other lights were working as they should . He was sent from heaven :)He made my day! Also it was clear that at car collision, their employees are kind and care about the safety of their clients. To the extend to take the extra 3 minutes and change their light bulbs... without an appointment!I am truly thankful and I am upset at myself that I did not ask for his name. Thank you, thank you, for care about my safety and be kind. .

Caliber Collision in Arlington VA, took great care of me. They fixed my bumper, painted and more. Winston and all the staff there were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The paint job truly made it look like a brand new car! I attached photos so you can see a before and after. Best experience I ve ever had when getting a car repaired and using a rental. Winston Rivas is awesome. I found them as a USAA covered shop. They worked with my insurance and let me focus on life. We got updates texted every 2 days or so which was a pleasant surprise, and they finished the work 6 days ahead of what they quoted us. Roxanna was so kind in guiding me through the whole process. They worked with a nearby enterprise, the pickup /dropoff getting into a rental part of this that is usually so disruptive to life was so smooth it was almost unbelievable. Nobody wants to go through these experiences, but I would GLADLY be a customer here EVERY time. 10/10 highly recommend
