First time servicing my one year old SQ5 with 3K miles. Just a regular oil change. Nathan was very professional, he answered all my newbie questions. Service took almost 2 hours and the waiting area was comfortable with ample beverages and snacks. I managed to use an empty to get some work done. Great experience.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. Nathan Jankowski was very honest to remind that the 50K service was prepaid and the waiting area was clean quiet and comfortable In addition, the technician that serviced my vehicle provide me with a video explaining the condition of it which was a nice touch. It was my first experience with service since purchasing my Q5, but I definitely plan to return for maintenance needs in the future

From the day we purchased our vehicle this dealership and service department has continued to shine. Once again today, with service advisor Chris Bradford managing our service, it was the very best. Nathan checked me in this morning; the video provided by the service technician was informative and helpful; and communication during the day provided updates and more. All in all, another positive experience. Audi Arlington and Chris and his colleagues are just the very best. Thank you!

I would like to go out of my way to compliment Service Advisor Michael Oxendine for his attention to the problems with my tires and rims. Michael extended himself by looking into ways to handle the repairs that would be most advantageous by looking up the coverage for the service and taking the initiative to check and recheck with his superiors on how the work should be handled. He also saw to it that I had a loaner car and that it was extended because of complications on the repair job. All in all, an excellent performance by this employee, who I think might eventually move on to greater responsibilities in your organization.

I'd recommend any other dealer over this place. I had some immediate red flags pretty quickly, but ignored them.The sales rep didn't know basic information about the particular car I was interested in. Had to keep going to "speak with management" to find out what features were included. In the end, some of the features I was told I'd unlock when I got home and logged into the app weren't included at all. This was a huge disappointment and they said "sorry."A bigger issue, the sales rep first said my car was not CPO. A manager later clarified it was. In the end, when I got home and drove it for a couple of days, I identified a leak, calling into question the CPO status in my mind. I immediately followed up and got the run around for a month, before insisting that they fix the leak. The dealer told me instead of honoring the condition of the car that I was sold and just fixing the leak, they'd have to use the warranty. And guess what, the warranty won't cover it. Reaching out to Audi customer service, they originally told me they'd contact the dealer and tell them they had to fix my leak. In the end, the dealer won't budge and Audi says there's nothing they can do.Based on Audi Customer Service's performance, I'd say avoid this brand overall but definitely avoid this location. They seem very focused on making sales, not on supporting their customers. If you really want an Audi, I'd say go to Bethesda. They're a much more established business and I've dealt with them before, their prices are better for identical cars, and one of their sales reps (Captain Kirk) is up front and incredibly knowledgeable. If I could do it again I'd buy from them.

Editing to 3 stars. New service manage is on top of things, so definitely willing to give them another shot. And service tech was friendly and professional throughout the service, but it just took way too long.Took two weeks to do a brake job, change windshield and a standard 30k service when the appointment was booked five weeks prior to dropping the car off.

Great experience, Chris Bradford is a fantastic service tech and has always taken care of me since I ve been coming to Arlington these past years. He gets 5 stars.Downside (3 stars) - I spent some 6.5 hours waiting on my car - whatever happened to paying premium prices for premium service (aka loaner cars)? I would expect better from you guys.

Thanks Audi Arlington! I appreciate a company and their staff doing what they say they will do and your team did what you said. Donald was the technician/mechanic that serviced my car and he did a great job using his many years of experience to fix it and I especially appreciate his professionalism, technical expertise, and that he took the time to explain to me what was going on as we worked our way through the process. I appreciate that the Service Consultants Nathan and Chris coordinated the service and helped me through the process every step of the way. Thank you all!

This is the best Audi dealership I ve ever been to. My customer service representative was Evelyn. She checked me in so quickly and walked me around the facility since it was my first time there.When the mechanic was finishing up on my car, he sent me a link with a video explaining what he did and any recommendations.It was so easy to checkout on my phone and pay for the service.The car washing team was not there so Evelyn washed my car herself and vacuumed. That is great customer service!I just wish this location and snacks!

Came in without an appointment for a state inspection (I m from North Carolina with North Carolina Car Audi Q 5 that needed a Virginia inspection since North Carolina will accept those from Virginia) Service rep. Mr. Oxendine was very helpful and took care of the situation right away. I was out in no time everyone was very professional.

My first time going to Audi of Arlington and a forever customer! Very impressive and personable customer experience from the first point of scheduling routine service via phone to the when the service was completed. My service advisor Elian, was very attentive, informative and very kind. The transparency from the technician Nicolas was very refreshing , sent me a quick video of my truck while making recommendations. People often say Audi dealerships fees are higher, but remember you get top notch service and peace of mind while on road with your car. Thanks Elian and Nicolas for making this experience a smooth one!!

My most recent experience with Audi Arlington s service center was seamless. I would previously get my car serviced on weekends, but once I was informed that it s best to go during the weekday I adjusted accordingly. I dropped off my car Monday before heading to work and I was able to pick it up the same day. Not only did they complete my major maintenance, but they also did extra work for a recall so I was expecting them to have my car for a couple of days.

Audi Arlington is my preferred dealership, primarily of its proximity to the airport. I recently left my car for service while I was out of town for a few days, and my car was ready on time. Thorough, timely service.For other adhoc maintenance issues, it can be challenging to get answers when my advisor is unavailable. My expectation is that anyone should be able to provide updates or answer questions during working hours. Information on the status of my vehicle or outstanding questions I've asked should be available to other associates. However, when my advisor has not been in that day, I'm left to figure things out with no help.

I am giving grace to my service representative because they are new, but I will look for a new dealership for service because this was the most inconvenient experience I've ever had at a dealership. No follow up on my rim service request. No loaner car available. Transported to wrong rental location to then have to go to a second. Had to take rental back to rental car location and get picked up. Audicare service did not fix what I requested and now I'm expected to inconvenience myself again and pay again for Audi Arlington to get it right. Not to mention that I live over 30 miles away... My time and money matters!

The customer service that was provided by Elian was the best I ve ever experienced. In short, he was kind, accommodating and communicative. It made my entire experience with this Audi location extremely enjoyable and easy. I will continue to bring my Audi here for all of my auto service needs- no doubt about it!

Had an appointment with Audi of Arlington for an oil change at 0915 hours. When I arrived they informed me they was already running behind and there are few other cars ahead of me. They stated it would be an approximately 3 hours until my oil change would be completed. I said ok and I ll still wait on my vehicle. 1220 hours arrive, and I ask how much longer on my vehicle. And they regret to inform me they lost track of time and they haven t even pulled my vehicle in yet. But when it gets back to the service bay it will only take another 30-45 mins. I decided to take my vehicle without get an oil change. The service member Mike was very helpful and apologized about the situation and tried to accommodate me as many ways possible. If you choose this location. Have a lot of time on your hands or leave your vehicle there.

Terrible service experience. Days of no communication, I was apparently handed off to a different service rep without my knowledge, I was told a technician was working on my car and that I d receive a call. The call never came and the part wasn t even there yet. I had to rent a car on my own from the nearest Enterprise. There is so much more to tell but I ve wasted enough time with this dealer. Just an unbelievably horrible experience.

Today was the worst appointment and experience I've EVER had. I had an appointment for 9:30 am at the Arlington, VA location. I did not leave until 1:00 p.m., which was completely absurd. No one updated me on anything until 3 hours later. Everyone had such a cavalier attitude, as if 4 hours for an oil change is normal. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I would caution people of this location. I was not offered anything for the ridiculous amount of time I had to wait nor did anyone seem to care. I expected so much more from Audi and I thought this company cared about customer service. From the time I walked in the door until the time, I left was terrible. Again, I will never come back to this location, I will not recommend it and I'm sorry I ever made the appointment. I missed 2 other appointments because of this inconvenience. Shame on you all.

Chris in the Audi of Arlington Service Dept is professional and was prompt in getting my tire replaced today. The issue I have with this dealership is they advertise when your car is getting repaired by them and it s going to take longer than a day to fix your vehicle. The dealership will give you a loaner car. However, the three years I ve been going to this dealership, they ve NEVER given me a loaner car. And, I ask every time can I get a loaner when I need to get my car repaired. Every time they say, we don t have any loaner vehicles. Loaner cars are given on a first come first serve basis. They are still leaning on COVID-19 as the reason they don t have vehicles but we are over 3 years removed from COVID. I live almost an hour away from this dealership. When I need my vehicle repaired, I need a loaner. This is so unacceptable and this dealership needs to do better for their customers.

This was the worst dealership service experience I ve ever received. I took my car here for a rim and tire replacement and after a full assessment other minor things were needed, but the delay in getting these items ordered and repaired was a major concern. On day 16 of my car being at this center the only thing done was the replacement of the tire and rim, all additional task were pending without an answer. After having to call and check each day I was still not given a clear answer of when the work would be completed. On day 17 I called to pick my car up with the remaining work unrepaired. I took my car to Audi Bethesda in which they identified other issues missed by the Arlington location. The new work along with the remaining work was done in 2 days. The level of service at the Bethesda location was exceptional which also came with car pick up and drop off service (in which Arlington location does not offer). If you re in the DMV area, please avoid this location and save yourself the headache.In addition, I also called twice to speak to the Service Center manager and they were never available.Also don t hit me with the apology speech, just find a way to deliver better customer service.

My private information including my name, address, phone number, VIN, and license plate was leaked to another contact multiple times. I requested several times that my email be updated by contacting my Service Advisor. I was informed that my information was updated and it would not be leaked as employees undergo trainings, however my invoices and confirmation of payments with PDF attachments were still sent to another contact. When speaking to my Service Advisor at time of picking up my vehicle and sharing my concerns, my Service Advisor stated What do you want me to do about it? I requested to speak to the Manager and was told I would receive a call and never received a call. I will never return to this location again and am looking into next steps related to my private information that has been leaked. I am now receiving calls, emails, and text messages from different individuals due to my information being leaked.

After a 3 week wait to get an appointment I was presented a $23,000 estimate for repairs on a $8,000 car.Two bent wheels? Recommendation for 4 new wheels and 4 new tires, $7452Noisy engine at startup? New timing chain, balance shaft and camshaft, $5140.Small oil leak on the oil pan gasket? Replace gasket and oil pan, $1466. And so on.
