Ashu Auto Repair completely exceeded my expectations! This shop is honest and professional. I damaged my new SUV in a parking garage and immediately went searching for a body shop to repair the damage. I took the car to 4 shops in the area for estimates, but many had extremely high prices or wanted to cut corners on the repair. Ashu was the last shop I stopped at, and I am so grateful that I did.Chapi was very friendly and looked at the car right away. He and the other attendants priced the parts and gave me a written estimate detailing all the work that would be performed. None of the other shops I went to did this. Ashu s price was excellent and fair, and they agreed to completely replace the mirror and door hinges which were damaged.I did not hesitate and left my car with them for the repair. It only took them 8 days to finish my car and it looks brand new! Their work is top-notch, the paint job was immaculate, and you could never tell that the car was damaged. They even washed the car for me! I highly recommend Ashu. They are trustworthy, honest, and professional people. They are friendly and have great customer service. I will only go to Ashu for my auto repair needs from now on.

After going to 6 different locations to get an estimate of the damage, Ashu Auto gave me both the best price and the fastest time of the repair. This was not an easy choice as I wanted my car to be like new.... after one day they called me to pickup my car. I could have not asked for a better outcome, as my car is now like new. Thank you Ashu Auto for the level of detail and care you place on my vehicle.

AshuAuto Repair is the shop I would definitely recommend in Arlington, best of the best. They are always there for you, will most likely Not turn you away if you are willing to leave your car at the shop if no appointment. The mechanics are very competents. The garage got very good employees. Kuddos to Ashu, keep rolling!!!!

These guys are great. My experience had been a straightforward quote, a quick delivery, and a competitive rate. I went to three other body shops to have our car repainted. The price was competitive to them. It the service was fantastic. They gave me an actual date to drop off, they told me how long it would take to get it done and didn t take longer. I brought my car back a month later because someone dinged it in the parking lot and they fixed for free, no questions asked. Really honest, really good work.

Very good quality work, without any misleading diagnosis of issues. Fairly priced parts and labor, although I think they might be worth more. Same day service depending on how busy they are, if you get there early they might be able to squeeze you in. I needed body work done and a side-mirror replaced. I went all over Arlington for estimates and ended up here, because they gave me a way better deal than everyone else. Their work did not disappoint, they finished it in three days and it looks good as new. In terms of value, quality, and speed of work, I would highly recommend Ashu to anyone!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

5 stars!! This place is amazing! We had an unfortunate incident with our tire right before we were heading up North for the holidays. Not only did Ashu Auto Repair fix our issue, they stayed open late to get the job done. They were all so nice and made sure our car was good to go for our trip. We can t recommend this place enough! I've taken my car here a few times now. They have always been friendly and straightforward. The price they quote is the price they charge. If the price goes up, they tell you about it and will show/explain exactly why. It's such a relief finding a mechanic you feel good about. Highly recommend.

I found this body shop because they were open on a Saturday and I didn t need an appointment just to get an evaluation. They gave me a very reasonable verbal quote, I left a small deposit, and returned the following Saturday so they could get the parts in. I dropped it off at their open time and they had my car ready that afternoon. I hate taking time off work during a busy work week to coordinate car repairs. The work looks great in my opinion (damaged bumper on a 10 year old Honda), they are easy going and easy to work with, and I couldn t be happier with the time and money they saved me.

I was so lucky to have discovered this business and very satisfied with the courteous and honest service I got from all the people that I dealt with at the business. My front brakes on my car were shot and I asked the manager if he could fix them and he said yes. He gave me a price which I agreed with and in a few minutes the car was on a lift and a mechanic already working on it. Within a short period of time the mechanic gave me the status not only on my front brakes but also on the rear which I had asked them to check. He told me I need not worry about the rear brakes, but the front was in bad shape. I needed to replace the rotors and the bearings on the front both sides. He showed me the bad rotors and we agreed on a new quote. Within a short time, he had all the old parts out and the new parts arrived which he installed on my car and within a reasonable period of time it was all done and over with. The mechanic was also thorough and went on a drive to test it before he released the car to me. I paid the bill and went home with a peaceful mind. I was able to rest in peace that night knowing that a serious problem with my car has been handled so well. I have already started to tell others about this wonderful place which not only fixes cars but they buy sell, do body work, paint work, oil change, state inspections and a lot more indeed. In short it is your one stop ideal place to deal with autos. I wish them the best of luck and a long successful prosperous future and hope many people support them and keep them in business as they deserve your business.

I can only recommend Ashu Auto Repair and Body Shop. Went to check it out on Saturday, they gave me a quick estimate and explained the repair (dent in my fender and scratched bumper after I was hit by the car from behind). Car in on Monday night and out on Wednesday. Well repaired, perfectly painted, and washed!To sum up: Good repair for reasonable price with quick service and friendly&honest staff!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I brought car in to have mirror replaced and to have some repair work done on my door. They promised they'd replace the skin (exterior steel sheet metal) of my door with a new one. When I showed up to pick up the car, I was surprised to discover the skin was not replaced. I double checked my invoice. The invoice clearly listed a part number for replacing the skin on the door and no body work had been performed. I drew this to their attention and they said they'd correct the issue. I showed up several days later and the steel was not replaced. The door was covered in bondo which was cracking and my jams and trim were painted shut. The invoice had labor for disassembling the door for the paint booth which clearly did not happen because there was overspray all over my car and door jams. When I pointed out the body work was of terrible quality and that there were cracks in the paint job and that certain part numbers were not provided. They responded by buffing some of the excess overspray and using a razor blade to take some of the clear coat off of my windows, but refused to honor the scope of the work they provided. I then disputed with my credit company and Ashu responded to the chargeback by providing a fraudulent invoice that does not include the same line items as the copy I was provided at the time I left the car off with them. Fortunately I kept the original estimate/invoice. This fraudulent behavior and poor workmanship is completely unacceptable.Service: Painting

I had significant cosmetic damage to the rocker, door, quarter panel and hatch on my car an it was spread everywhere down to bare metal with deformation in the panels. Ashu gave me a walk-in estimate, took the car the next day and returned it ahead of schedule. They nailed it, awesome finish and attention to detail. Recommended. Thank you.

The worst mechanics PERIOD. I spent over $2,000 on my vehicle and now my vehicle has so much issues then it ever had. They did NOT fix it. They messed it up even more. Total rip offs! Please save your time and money and go somwhere else!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Quick turn around, and they do great work. I had a scrape on my Tacoma and they fixed it all up in a few hours. Price was reasonable too.

I went to Ashu Auto repair to get my 2018 highlander repaired. I like this place for the fact that they do almost everything for any repair work. They did amazing body work as well as some mechanical jobs. I got one fold excellent service for the very reasonable repair fee.Visit them if you have an issue with your vehicle.

Ashu Car Repair has great quotes and excellent service! My Nissan Murano 2009 was in desperate need of repairs and wasn t able to pass emissions. The auto shop inspected the car, replaced all parts that needed repair and had my car pass emissions all at the same time. I highly recommend the shop for a great and efficient service with excellent price.

Ashu himself is nice, reliable, honest and easy to reach. I cannot say the same about the people at his front desk and some others that work at his shop. I needed a part (oil pressure switch) for a car that Ashu sold me. Never mind that the people at his front desk absolutely have no customer service skills; they were also clueless about who I was (I had shown up once to get the car diagnosed and called three times to follow up about the part) and were not friendly in seeking to help me. After concretely making an appointment for the service and having them assure me that the part was ordered on their part I show up to a front desk with three older guys that were mute and one in particular looked angry, not even one of them said , hello . The part had not been ordered and was nowhere to be found at the shop at the time of the appointment. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Btw they diagnosed my car and made an error; another mechanic did replace the part (for half the price the shop quoted me) and that ended up not being the problem. My car sits in another mechanics shop as of right now. I would not recommend this shop to family or friends, which is sad because I had a good experience with Ashu.

Make sure they can finish your car when they say they will (if the time they say sounds too good to be true, it is). When the guys tells you what exactly he will do to your car, make sure you get it in proper writing from him (it will come in handy later because they are not properly organized and forget what they were supposed to do). Once you get your car, have them show you everything that was done to it because they forget to do the things that they said they would. Be careful with the billing too, make sure everything has been done and they have showed you it works before you pay. And when you are paying, look at the details of the invoice before paying because they make mistakes there too and charge you for something they did not do.
