I just bought a 2012 Chevy Suburban today from Said and I couldn t be happier! First off the customer service is unmatched and Said is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I have not a single complaint about him or the vehicle I purchased. It s an all around amazing truck. I will definitely recommend him to everyone looking to buy a vehicle. Not to mention I drove it all the way home (100) miles. 10/10 well done!

One of the best car shopping experiences I've had (and that's saying a lot because I generally detest car shopping...). Said was one of the nicest, most helpful salespeople I've encountered and, although I didn't end up buying a car today, I was very impressed with his attention to customer service and genuine concern for his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if the right car showed up on the lot.

Had a good experience purchasing my bmw 230i in October. First off, thought it was pretty shady that i had to sign a paper saying i will not sue... now i see why! They are shady as AF!! Still waiting for my second key 5months later. I call and text Said ( the salesperson)and get no answer. Every other dealer gives you both keys when you buy a car, he said once I pay for it I will get the second key. I sent him a cashier's check for the whole purchase price 3 weeks later. Still no key. I live 5 hours away, I would like to speak to the owner! But I can't get anyone to answer calls or texts.Did a dealer ever have you sign a paper saying you will not sue? This dealership does! RED FLAG!!

Cannot say enough about my experience! The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating and knowledgeable, which made what is usually a very stressful situation, carefree. Living out of state they made sure to FaceTime me often and send plenty of photos and videos so I knew my car was flawless upon arrival. Huge thanks to Said and the entire staff for such a wonderful job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car and will definitely be the first place I go whenever I m considering purchasing again!

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. My boyfriend found a 2016 Jaguar XJ listed on their website. After speaking with the salesman, he was told that the vehicle was in good mechanical condition. Due to the distance he is from the dealership, he elected to have the vehicle sent to him. When the vehicle arrived, it was evident that the vehicle was not in good mechanical condition. The driver that brought the vehicle advised that when he arrived at the dealership, he observed one of the dealership workers putting water in the coolant reservoir. My boyfriend immediately noticed that the vehicle had a severe coolant leak, the engine light was on, and the oil indicator shows "engine oil level not available". In addition, the vehicle did not have any gas in it. He contacted the dealership the same day the vehicle was delivered. He was told that he would receive a call back. It has been over a month and after a number of phone calls and emails, he still has not heard anything. He even reached out to the finance company for their help to no avail. The vehicle is not driveable. He just wants them to pick up the vehicle & cancel the contract. He would not refer anyone to them to purchase a vehicle.

Terrible experience. Do NOT go here. I m disappointed in myself for getting scammed by these scumbags. I bought a 2014 s4 and I was told everything was perfect on it and after purchasing I was driving home and my check engine light came on for clogged catalytic converters. Each side was $3600 without labor. Called Saeed (my salesperson) and no answer. Crickets for weeks. Never got a clear answer from him and now it s about a year later and still no communication with him or the dealership. So over the past year I ve spend over 8k on new cats. And another 5k on an issue with my supercharger which happened right after I bought the car. These people here are the bottom feeders of the world and will eventually be caught selling lemons to car enthusiasts. This car has been a money pit and they knew this selling it to me and tried to clear codes and have me sign a as is paper.

I brought my car after taking it to the dealership and multiple Indy shops to diagnose my car. Nobody could figure it out until I brought it to Arlington auto group. I am so grateful to finally have my car working again.

I purchased a Golf R and it was the best car buying experience. I had recently tried using another dealership and they sold the car even after signing documents. This dealer was fair and the salesperson so nice to work with!!

I just bought a car from out of town from AAG. I had an amazing experience working with Aurelien and Said. They were extremely timely and knowledgeable. They facetimed me multiple times to show me details about the car and were able to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a vehicle!

I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 on 9/7/2023. My initial experience with the sales person was pleasant. I shared that I was in need of a safe and reliable vehicle. I was assured that the truck had new breaks amongst other things. Because of my experience with the salesperson, I felt confident in my thousands of dollar purchase. Trusting that I would have a safe ride. While signing my paperwork I was told that there was a "30 day warranty" on my vehicle which I thought was strange because all the paper work I signed specifically stated that it was "as-is" ....now, I inquired about purchasing an extended warranty and was told by the salesperson that it would be a waste of money since the car was in good condition and would/should not have any problems. When confirming w/ the salesperson about the "30 day warranty" he said that it is a "verbal" warranty and that I would be taken care of in the event something happened. That was my biggest mistake. I know better. Fast forward, while driving the vehicle home, the wheel begun to shake uncontrollably. 1 week later after (not being able to drive my truck, following up and having my calls ignored), I was finally able to bring the vehicle in for service. It was discovered that the rotors were warp. They fixed the problem free of charge. A few days after driving it, the coolant sensor came on. After placing coolant in the truck, a few days later the sensor came on again. After reaching out to the dealership, I brought the truck back and was told that the water pump needed to be replaced, imagine that, and having to pay out of pocket. I was very frustrated because my car was at the shop and undriveable more then I had it in my possession :) The GM went down in price, but I was taken aback when I mentioned "said 30 day warranted" and he had no knowledge of a such thing. One week after repair, my break light and break pad sensor came on and now I am here, writing my honest review because at this point I am very disappointed and left w/o a safe vehicle and transportation for me and my children. If I could recommend anything, if you NEEDED to purchase from AAG, please do yourself a favor and bring your bessssstttttt!!! BEST certified mechanic to make sure that your car was in fact serviced and safe to drive. I am back at square one, and left feeling like purchasing this beautiful truck was the worse decision. Best of luck to you!

My family and I traveled from out of state to purchase a car for my husband. We arrived around 3:10pm on Saturday and since he was pretty dead on the car he wanted, with cash in hand, no financing needed, the transaction was pretty smooth in terms of "they're selling, we're buying" kind of way. We took the car for a test drive, looked over some cosmetic flaws, which was compensated back to us in the form of a check, and completed the paperwork and was on our way. We explained to Saeed, our salesperson, that we would be staying in VA overnight, since we had travelled so far and he suggested some spots in the area. We went on our way to check in to our hotel, which was less than 20 minutes away, get washed up and head to dinner since we had 8pm reservations. Of course after dropping a pretty nice bag on the new ride, it was a no brainer that we would drive our new car to dinner, kids excited in the back and my husband with the biggest smile of all, since he's been searching for this car for so long. Now it's a little after 9pm and we are heading back to the hotel. Dinner was amazing and the night could night have been more perfect, except when the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. No way a check engine light comes on within 5 hours of purchasing a car, UNLESS it was cleared by the dealer themselves. My husband INSTANTLY called Saeed, but did not get an answer. I asked him to pop the trunk, and went to get our OBD2 scanner to find out what the issue could be. He took a picture of the code and sent it to Saeed, in text. Saeed responded apologetic and said he is sorry that this happened and was not expecting anything like this. He also stated that he would send this information over to his mechanic and that he would get back to us. CRICKETS for one week and a day now. Another issue has presented itself as well, and we are just tired of being ignored at this point. I hate leaving bad reviews, but what's worse than that is receiving poor service after spending significant money and expecting to be treated at the least fair. And to think you tried to sell us your car too! SMH. Saeed, your word is your bond, but I guess the bad reputations of Car Salesmen will live on...good job!UPDATE*************Transmission is no good, rear diff no good, rack no good and the list goes on. We were told that this car was driven and inspected to be sold and was GOOD! Amazing how many times they say "Oh it's good"! These are professionals scammers, so BEWARE! After being told AGAIN, that the tech guy will get back to us, Saeed has now ducked us for 2.5 weeks. I pray that people stay aware from here, because they are just out to get your money and show no good faith for selling a piece of junk to customers. Answer your phone Saeed and do the right thing! If we were purchasing a car, you would be blowing our phone up, but now you're screening calls as if we are trying to sell something to you!UPDATE!!!!!!!!The car is junk! Money pit! Don t buy anything from this place!UPDATE 2.0!!!!!Currently on the phone with yet another mechanic and there is another issue with this car!!! JUNK!

These guys know their stuff! They have a great selection of cars and there literally wasn't a question I asked they didn't have an answer for. I did a lot of research comparing cars and prices to find this was both the most competitive as well as best service. If you go, ask for Aurelien or Said because both were awesome. Would give 6 stars if I could!!

Whether you're looking for a car or need car repair this is one of the most honest places I've ever dealt with. First class all the way around. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option!

Saw a beautiful 2011 XJL the day it was listed and inquired about it, was told about it and later made a deposit, took a 2 hour drive from Delaware and I was not disappointed at all. Being 19 years old buying a car on your own seems like a pretty daunting process but these guys made it easy to understand and were honest and up front. If you are a car enthusiast this is the dealership you want to buy from, plenty of nice fast cars come in and out of here, pretty straight forward chill people, definitely will be back in the future and definitely am going to be referring people to this place. Can t wait to throw my XJL on some drag slicks

I got an alert on here that the price dropped on a vehicle I had on my wishlist so I put in a approval application it even gave me a option to pick that exact vehicle after I spoke with them and we set a time to come seethe car they told me it was sold over a week ago. This was after they already ran my credit... Not judging them personally I might still work with them but bad first impression and I wouldn't trust their online postings...

I highly recommend this dealer! We had a great experience working with Jason Clark and the rest of the staff. They gave us a great value for our trade-in and were very transparent throughout the buying process. All staff members are knowledgeable and passionate about performance cars and never pressured us or tried to add hidden costs in the buying process. They are a small dealer and the location is in a busy downtown area, but don t let that discourage you. I will definitely go to Arlington Auto Group for my next vehicle purchase!

I had a fantastic experience with Said at AAG. From our initial conversation about the car, to additional photos, phone calls/text, and a test drive offer to hear the car (I live in Cincinnati); it was a smooth and easy purchase. Said even found transportation for $200 cheaper than I could find to ship the car to me. There was an issue with the car upon arrival with a loose nut on a deck lid. Said offered to replace the entire part for me, but I was able to repair it myself with some automotive epoxy- no sense spending a few hundred of anyone's money when $5 solved the problem. When I need to get another vehicle, I will definitely reach out to them. So easy to work with and responsive.

They did not deal straight with me on our deal. Unfortunately, they lived up to the used car salesperson cliche. We agreed on a purchase price based on them doing certain things. Namely replacing two tires that were in well-worn condition. When I arrived to pick up the car they had not done any of the items discussed. The tires require ordering in advance and they had more than a week to do so. The salesperson, Said agreed he would find matching tires to go along with the brand on the other two tires the day we agreed to the price. He did not. He also agreed to flushing the brakes which he did not do until the day I arrived. The tires that were put on the car were old used mix-match and not run flats as the vehicle requires. The vehicle is solid, however, I do feel that I overpaid by $750 given they did not hold up their end of the deal.Update per the response:I'm not sure who responded to this, but I advise you to speak with the saleperson that made the deal with me, that is Said. Whomever responded is not familiar with the terms that were agreed and therefore your response strays from truth. Facts: 1) I dealt with only Said. 2) Said agreed to match the existing Goodyear tires and replace them the very day I informed him of my intention to buy the vehicle. If something changed, it should have been communicated to me so that I could therefore make a decision as to whether to continue to move forward with the deal. The excuse I was given when the car was delivered to me that the tires for the vehicle are special order hence the inability to make good on the agreement illustrates lack of professional integrity. There was more than a week between my arrival and our negotiating the price. 3) I discussed each of the items observed by my friend with Said which, again, was the basis of the negotiation. 4) Not one of the items discussed was addressed prior to my arrival even though I provided proof of payment as an assurance that you would not be put out by making good on our agreement. 5) I was also told that you all would address the rear light that was faulty as discovered on my final inspection. Despite calls and text messages, I have not heard from anyone in your offices to address these issues since leaving Virginia. I asked Said for contact information for his manager. I guess this is the only way to get management's attention. While I appreciated your efforts to facilitate the sale, I did not ask to be picked up; it was offered. I do not appreciate the dishonesty; as the two stars express, it could have been better. The bottom line, according to my accounting, unless you are planning on refunding the cost to me to replace the tires, you are not holding up your end of the deal.

Great cars at Awesome prices, Great experience overall. The Dearler JP was very knowledgeable and understanding not pushy or Intimidating at all. My wife and I came all the way from NY to find her a white 5 Series BMW M Sport Package. Sunday the week after seeing the car I made arrangement with JP to be picked up from the airport to finish the deal and even with them being close on Sunday they pick me up so I could bring back my wife's beautiful car. The only issue that I came across was My neighborhood Post Office in NY lost the title that was mail out by JP which wasn't the dealer's fault and he jump right into action to make sure that my wife and I was still able to drive the car before the the temp plates would expire. I would Definitely going back for a car for myself and friends and family as well. Come get a new ride people they are just a Flight away Lol , Thank You so much JP and Eddie.

Came in and left with a vehicle the same day. I spoke to only one person the entire time and didn't have to go through 4 different "managers" like other dealerships. Engine light came on a week after driving and my vehicle was serviced under warranty very swiftly at no charge

Awesome shop and dealership. Erica, Jason and the whole team there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Even the owner is engaging and personable. I've seen some quality cars in their lot quite frequently. I have taken my F22 BMW in there for several aftermarket modifications and have always left with a big smile on my face. Currently building my own interpretation of the world's first "m230i." Will most certainly be a repeat customer. Let's show the world what the B46/B48 engine is capable of ;-)

Said, Erica, JP, and Georgio have to be the most professional, outstanding, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful workers I ve ever encountered at a dealership man. NOOOO I wasn t paid to type this nor am I saying this just to make them look good. I m serious as I type this in my new car purchased from them. Words can t explain how great they are and how much they ve helped me during my experience in purchasing a car. Most salesman tell you they have a car, just for you to get there and they try to persuade you to buy another car, or are deceitful, and will lie to you about a car s maintenance just to sale the car to you, but these guys man listen, I can write all day. Without any doubt, these are the people to go to if you EVERRRR need a car or need assistance with your vehicle in general. Much love guys. I thank you all for everything-Frantz

This was a awesome car buying experience for me and my wife(Sylvia). Said was more than courteous, kind and helpful. From start to finish he was wonderful. They have some great cars, clean and ready to go. It doesn't stop there ,.. the mechanic Erica is knowledgeable, kind and a "badass" with the wrench. I didn't even buy my jaguar from them and I've made my decision to have Arlington auto group fix my vehicle. Big shout out to the salesman Said

I've bought two vehicles from AAG and couldn't be happier with them. The first dealership that doesn't try to lure you into buying a car by calling you nonstop or trying a bait and switch. All of the employees are car fanatics, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Both of the vehicles I purchased from them have been flawless, and anytime I have a question about my vehicles, I call Eddy or Jason for assistance. Their lot has great options and I m looking to buy my third car soon!

I figured I would give Credit where it was due for sure. I have been in the High End European Auto Business for 10+ Years as a GM/Finance Manager, So purchasing a vehicle outside of my dealership group is never a fun experience. Until now. I worked directly with Eddy from the start, and he went above and beyond answering all my questions from the start. I am actually from MA/NH, and flew down to VA (DCA) to pickup my new to me Audi TTS, and then drive it back 9 Hours. Eddy came in on a Sunday to accommodate me, and had the car all ready to go with Temp Tags, full tank of gas and detail. The car was everything that was shown and described, and then some. 9 Hours pushing the car home, not a single issue. Not one shake, not one noise. NOTHING. That is almost unheard of as dealer cars are not driven everyday, let alone for 9 hour rides. From start to finish, these guys did it right. They treated me fantastic, and gave me a great deal. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle, or pass along their information to any personal friend. In a market where everyone is preying on the everyone, these guys are here to just make a fair and honest deal for everyone. Could not be happier! Thanks again Eddy, wish I got to meet the rest of the team. Next time for sure!
