Sam, the owner came out to help us after needing a tow. The best tow service we ve come into contact with. He was very quick to get to us, understanding, and didn t charge us a crazy amount like most other companies. If you need a tow, call him!!

Sam responded quickly, and arrived within a few minutes, when I needed to have my Vespa towed in for service. He was super-competent and friendly. The price was very reasonable.

Sam is fantastic!!We had our truck stuck and he came out on a Sunday in the cold, got it unstuck and didn't over charge us. Was super fair, really helpful!I would highly highly recommend him and his company if you ever ever need anything, are stuck or just need help do not hesitate to give him a call.

Knowledgeable, honest, and friendly family business. My day started with a $600+ headache. A call to Sam and 4 hours later, we're in the green and have a customer for life. A business that's necessary in any city and honestly run like very few.

Super fast response by 66 Towing - twice! Thought I had to tow my truck again, with different problems. But Sam saved me tons of time and money. He fixed wheel himself 2nd time instead of needing 2nd tow. Super polite, considerate, smart & friendly. 66 Towing and Sam have my very highest recommendations. Thanks Sam!!!! - Chris

I should have written this review long ago.� I'm glad to see that Sam is the same great guy who keeps helping people through all these years. In 2014 our Honda's transmission failed, and we stuck on the road in the night. Sam came and promptly evacuated us with our broken car to his shop.� On the way to the shop, I told him that we needed a car to return back home to our kids and that I'll be looking for an affordable yet reliable car for our daily commute. He provided us with a rental car that night, and a couple of days later, he recommended me the car, which has been serving my family flawlessly for 9 years already. In addition to great professional skills and exceptional mechanical knowledge, Sam has a big kind heart . I would give 10 stars to this guy if I could.Service: Car towing

Sam was awesome and came to my rescue when my insurance roadside assistance left me out in the cold for 4 hrs. Wonderful service and wonderful people running this company. My car broke down on me, and Sam came to tow my vehicle to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about cars and guided me through the process of dealing with my dealership. Sam also helped to rent me a car when no other car rental agencies were open. He acts with integrity and provided stellar service.

Joe, the owner of 66 Towing, located me quickly in Sunday afternoon DC traffic. With a smile and a flip of switches, he loaded my car and transported it to his shop in Arlington. We agreed his technicians would assess before work began. Joe called me at each leg of my car's recovery. Within 24 hours, the job was completed....accurately (he provided spent parts). Considering my dilemma 70 miles from home, and the fact I was dealing with Metro prices, I consider 66 Towing an honest, diligent, rapid business.

Sam is the man! He saved us from the worst day of our lives. He arrived promptly, and he is very experienced. We ended up feeling not so bad after our car broke down in the middle of the road.

My insurance company could not find any of their "in-network" tow companies to help me on a Sunday, so they called 66 Towing for me. Sheer luck that happened! Sam told me he was going to arrive in 30 minutes, he was there in 15. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my car in that the gas tank was low and due to the fact I parked on a hill, the car couldn't suck up the gas from the low tank. He said I just need more gas in the car, whereas I thought it could have been a battery problem or worse. Within 3-4 minutes, he loaded my car up, hauled me to a gas station where I filled up and I drove my own car home, which saved me a fair amount of money. Sam was professional, intelligent, great communicator....just a terrific experience. If ever in a jam, call Sam at 66 Towing!Service: Car towing

Cannot recommend highly enough. Sam came out to tow my roommates' hybrid to the shop after an unsuccessful attempt to jump it with AAA. Not only did he successfully jump it and get it running (saving me a tidy bit of money), he followed me in the tow to make sure it was good to go and even helped me fix the tire pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and what to do, and followed up to check on it later. This is above-and-beyond customer service that you don't see everyday and he was also very transparent/reasonable on prices. 5/5 stars and will recommend 66 towing to everyone I meet.Service: Battery service

2:30 on a Sunday morning is not a great time to lose drive power on the GW Parkway. Especially when 2 tow companies won't service the area, 1 doesn't have availability, and 3 don't answer their phone at all. Fortunately, Sam picked up, promised to be there in 30 minutes, and made it in 15.Solid service and just a nice guy, great conversation at 3 a.m. as we drove all the way to Maryland. To top it off, he offered me a ride home from the shop I dropped the car at so I didn't have to get an Uber.Can't speak to whether the price was high or low as 1) I don't tow very often and 2) at nearly 3 am, I'm trying to get home, not find the best deal. But it was within the range I had in my head, and the difference to tow to Maryland vs. Virginia was reasonable.If I got stuck again, I'd certainly give 66 Towing a call first next time.Service: Car towing

I ran out of gas on I-81, walked 3 miles back to the gas station and was just starting back carrying 2 gallons of gas. 66 Towing stopped and gave me a ride back. Pored the gas for me and waited to make sure my car started. All with no charge, just helping an out of luck motorist.Thanks

My Volvo overheated 10:30pm on a Saturday night, 60+ miles away from my home in Falls Church and I needed a tow all the way to the dealership in FC with my precious cargo (my musical instrument) in my car. Volvo s roadside service took forever to find a towing company (not 66 towing s fault) but finally at 1:40am Sam was there loading my car. Coincidentally the only shop they found that was available (or maybe willing?) to get me was Sam s shop, 66 Towing all the way back where I live in Falls Church. Sam drove to get me and shared his location so I could see how far he was. He was very friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable. He even offered to drop me off at my home a mile away after unloading my car at the dealership. Despite his kindness, his truck had some issues but he was calm and professional about it and was able to get his truck running and get me home. I was grateful he came all that way to get me so late at night and loaded/unloaded my car with such care with the harp in it. Will definitely recommend 66 Towing and just call them before bothering with Volvo Roadside in the future.

I had an excellence experience with the owner, Sam, today. I needed my car towed from my home to the mechanic. He arrived around 35 minutes after I called him, and he gave me a heads up 10 minutes before showing up to my house. Sam was friendly, professional, and courteous, and he even gave me a ride back after dropping off my car. I recommend without reservations!

I needed a roadside assistance and while another company made me wait for them for more than 1,5 hours and eventually just bailed on me, 66 Towing came to rescue. They were on time as promised. They indeed provided excellent service. They were able to fix my problem quickly and within a few minutes I was on my way. Sam was extremely welcoming, understanding and very professional with our interaction. I have a modified car and he took all the necessary precautions to protect the intercooler as he pulled the car on to the tow truck. As he drove me home, we had a nice conversation and he was very open with his business. You can tell that he takes care of anyone's vehicle regardless of what it is. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs to have their vehicle towed.

The first towing company never posted. Sam called me 2 minutes after receiving a call from my insurance company. He gave me an ETA based on rush hour traffic and an accident. He still got to me 15 minutes BEFORE his original ETA. He is a total pro; took great care of my car, was about safety for both my car and me, and offered to drive me wherever i wanted to go after bringing my car to a garage. He delivered outstanding customer service.

66 Towing was very quick to get to my location even on a Sunday morning, and although I couldn't provide the driver, Sam, an exact address as I was stranded on an exit ramp, he had no trouble finding me. There was no need for me to go with the car to the mechanic, and I was sent an email receipt and a text with a picture of my car as confirmation that it was dropped off at the shop, which was appreciated. Their courteous and helpful service helped ease the stress inherent in dealing with a broken down vehicle. While I hope I don't have need for another tow anytime soon, I would recommend 66 Towing and would use them again.

I had a great experience with Sam and 66 towing. A different company was called first and they looked at my vehicle and told me they could do nothing. Sam arrived and got right to work solving the problem even though he knew it was going to take a while to get my car where it needed to be. Thank you SO MUCH Sam for your assistance and willingness to work extra hard to ensure I could get home!

66 Towing was a huge help for me. I called Sam to tow my car to the mechanic because of an issue I was having with my battery. He actually offered to take a look at it at no extra fee to see if he could fix it himself before loading it on the truck. He was able to get my car running and saved me the hassle of the mechanics shop. I would highly recommend 66 for quality and friendly customer service.

Anthony was phenomenal! He cares about what he's doing and it shows. He's friendly, respectful, goes the extra mile and knows what he is doing. He did everything to make sure there would be no damage to the car - pulled it onto the ramp from the back and used wood planks so as not to damage the front end, made sure the mirrors were pulled in and strapped it in securely. With all the horror stories I've heard and experienced, I didn't even think there were drivers like this that cared that much about protecting the vehicle and serving the customer. Thank you!
