This guy is a scam. Doesn t fix the price at first immediately start working on the car without diagnosis and a quote and then charge u an enormous money. His mechanics are not really mechanic fixes one thing and break the other and doesn t take the responsibility as well. He replaced the brake but broke the sensor I hat to pay double to fix it.One more thing he always ask for cash but doesn t give u receipt. Be careful.

Excellent experience at this with M Automotive. Really helpful staff. Assessed problem with my car(s), got parts rapidly and got me back on the road quickly!One of the best garages in the DC Metro area to fix any kind of problem of your car. These guys are professional and friendly and do absolutely great work.Mustafa is so helpful he explained everything my car needed and was so quick to fix it.As a female who believes that (some), women maybe be taken advantage of when it comes to auto repairs, I fully trust M Automotive. Highly recommend this garage! Helped me on several occasions, great customer service, great communication! I highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again!- EJ

This guy replaced my sienna suspension in the process cracked my front glass screen. When I asked him to fix it he claims that it's was already like that. Where u can clearly see that it was done when his inexperienced technicians worked on it. Be careful

M Automotive replaced the alternator in my 2011 Pilot. After shopping around a few places, M Automotive was the most reasonably priced. Polite owner, diagnosed problem to ensure it was the alternator, topped off my oil and coolant, quality work- this is why he will likely get my business in the future.

My parents recommended M automotive to me for repairs to my vw passat, and Mustafa and the staff got everything running well. I returned a week later for another related repair. Mustafa is quick to respond and is so kind in explaining what's being done and offering all options to consider. I highly recommend coming here!

Very prompt service and affordable and fair pricing. The owner; Mustafa and the staff at M Automotive are nice, honest and sincere. I take all my vehicles to this shop for maintenance/ mechanical needs and have been doing so for years and years. I always have been happy with the work they perform on my vehicles. I highly recommend M Automotive to whomever looking to do maintenance or any type of mechanical work on their vehicle.

He was upfront, professional, and knew exactly what the job entailed, so there were no hidden surprises. M automotive was referred to me by a friend. I called ahead so they could order any parts needed and had my oil changed and brake pads replaced in an hour.They won't rip you off and they're friendly. Highly recommend

We ve been bringing all of our cars to him for years, German, American, and Japanese. He is punctual and does a great job. He always goes the extra mile to earn our business. Had my 2008 Honda Civic SI sit on a driveway for a year and a half. Manual transmission, the clutch was absolutely shot. Every dealer in mechanic shop I went to quoted me north of the cost of the car to fully replace the transmission. No one wanted to deal with the labor involved of replacing the clutch. My model is a complex build. They not only finished the job in 2 days, but at less than half the cost of what dealerships and other brands were offering. Mustafa himself is super chill. Totally cool with you bringing in your own parts and just taking the time to install them right. I was looking at selling what I had sitting on the driveway for a year and a half, until somebody recommended me this shop. My baby is alive again and kicking for the first time in a year and a half, I am beyond thankful.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement

I was referred to this business by a close friend, when I got there the owner wasn't available but one of employee/mechanic greeted me and asked what is the problem with my car, he took the car in the shop right away and with in 30 min car was checked out and diagnosed which turned out to be the A/C compressor unit issue. very nice people. office, waiting area, inside shop area, parking lot were are clean and organized.Service: Air conditioning

I am relatively new to VA and found this shop and its owner, Mustafa. He has since worked on 2 of my vehicles. All 5 times I have taken my vehicles in for work, he is fast, affordable and sticks to what he tells you as to when he can get the job done, and the price. My Escalade broke down on my wife on the 66 this past weekend, and we towed it directly to his shop. He stayed late on Saturday to fix my H20 pump that had gone out, so I could have the car for work on Monday. I didn't even ask him to do that, as I figured it wouldn't be ready until next week. He definitely went above and beyond in his service. Price is always fair too. Great shop. Great owner. Will refer any and all to him without reservation. Plus his work is excellent and clean. I'm very impressed.

Mustafa and his Team are excellent when it comes to car repairs or maintenance! This is the only place I go in Manassas! He is a very honest man. I will never take my car anywhere else. He keepsMy car running well. I was out of town and had a problem stopped at Mineke and the man told me it was going to be 1000.00 to put brakes on lies you tell. Called M Automotive and he said Ms Arnita you don t need brakes I check everything when I changed your oil before you left .you are good.. now he could have lied but like I said he is the best. And me being a woman makes it even better.
